Just see screenshots

It doesn't change anything. Those losing streaks are quite normal as anyone with a basic understanding of mathematics would know. Even when someone actually does have a losing streak with a low probability of happening that doesn't mean they were cheated it means they were unlucky.

unlucky 51 bets in a row?

Let's see this beautiful message "It doesn't change anything."... beacouse i stole your money and no matter how much bets you do 36...51....1000 It doesn't change anything.

return my money!

Nobody will return your money, so stop complaining and learn from your losses. You play with a 7x multiplier, so you have a probability of 13,57% of winning, 86,43% of losing.
Probability of a 50 losing streak is (0.8643)^50= 0.06% which means it's not impossible at all. You were unlucky, you had this losing streak. That's the risk with gambling.

What did you calc here?  Do not be an idiot Grin
Maybe TheQuin pay to you 50 sat for this message? Maybe 100sat??)))

dude ,stop making a fool of yourself
you gambled , you lost- end of story
either learn from your plays and improve and win next time or do not gamble at all
especially seeing that you clearly do not understand anything about gambling and probability
the site is provably fair, you can check the result of every roll
1722  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stockr.co - Bet on hourly and daily candle changes! on: October 14, 2018, 05:37:23 PM
Isn't this pretty much exactly the same as opening a short/long position on Bitmex?

Can you explain the difference between Stockr.co and margin trading as they seem to be extremely similar.

Quote
You can validate that BitFinex rates are used by matching the prices from your platform and from ours. If the prices match or are very close, we are probably using the same platform.

Doesn't changes the fact that the rates weren't manipulated in your favour.

Quote
I guess the solution to this would be to enable use of different data providers by the user, which is something that we can offer in the future.

No, it isn't the solution. Just because you are using data from multiple sources doesn't mean that they can't be manipulated. Just like @BitCoinDream said these binary options aren't provable fair and the house edge is a quite large one with them usually at around 11-20% on average. A whopping 33% in your case.

This users suggests that your house edge is 33%, can you confirm this to be the case? If so, how can you justify such a significant house edge when the industry standard for betting portals is closed to 1-2%?

their house edge is 31% I think, you get 69% + if you get the prediction correctly
some binary options return a fraction of your stake if you got it wrong, but I think it is not the case here

1-2% house edge? are you sure you have heard what binary option is?
it is not your usual dice provably fair casino, may want to read here:

1723  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-10-09] IMF suggest crypto could create new vulnerabilities in finance on: October 14, 2018, 04:59:43 PM
@audaciousbeing. They have to be scared. The cryptospace is taking away their authority and monopoly in the money printing business hehehe.

It is already an inevitability before a good percentage of the global populace become cryptocoin users. But I reckon not many people believe it will occur.

while there are more and more people aware of crypto and some actively using it
they are not ready to discard the "it is worth as much as I can sell it for fiat"  mentality
once you can walk into any shop and buy with coins or sell your car or a house for bitcoins things will change
they are in control at the moment, the banksters, it is easy to just cut the convert to money chain or declare crypta illegal in some cases
but their monopoly will come to an end sooner rather than later
1724  Economy / Gambling / Re: Limedice.cz Beta - Best Dice and Faucet on: October 14, 2018, 03:49:52 PM
Okay back up, here's what I did:
-I put a CAPTCHA on the faucet system, although no CAPTCHA was my goal, as many have said: just use the CAPTCHA.
-Fixed a bug in the wallet backend causing it to crash

Time to confront the criticism:
I haven't had time to get the website running as smoothly as websites like Just-Dice or Primedice, it's a matter of time. The people at Primedice don't have the most smoothest website launches but after a little time they nail it down and figure out their formula for running things and they end up running the most trustable and dependable services. Similarly I will actively work to improve my site even if it means downtime and lots of criticism.

I was browsing through the 'how to play' page and wondering what was that graph all about. The site name itself says its a dice game and the graph looked like crash game. Hopefully, I would come back and try it when it gets online. gl.
Limedice is still a regular dice site, the graph is a visual representation of your own profit (and others). Sorta like how other dice sites show other bets in a real time updating table, my take is to just put your bets and everyone into a live updating graph. Like a Bitcoin price graph. Thanks for the good words. Primedice <3

I would like to know on what are those gimmicks and bullshits of other site have. Using up some words will really make some questions to the community. hehe

I am not a fan of superficial features like auto bet, bonuses, jackpots, levels, etc. I want my site to be like Just-Dice, a very functional and expertly run website. Dooglus runs the same design (which many would say is dated) and he offers a usable interface that just works. Features like autobet, account levels, etc is just marketing designed to make users lose more money.

well , we all like simple interface, don't we
but you cannot sacrifice functionality -autobet is an absolute must for a dice site
from both customer's and business point of view, do I have to explain why?
without any, as you put it "gimmicks", your site will be just another bland unprofessional shortlived effort without any customers
you got to do not what you like ,but what customers want if are to have a successful project
to quote D.Carnegi:
"Personally I am very fond of strawberries and cream, but I have found that for some strange reason, fish prefer worms. So when I went fishing, I didn’t think about what I wanted. I thought about what they wanted"

Mayby you kidding me.... 36 times in a row fell low. WTF?
-snip-

I was like no way in hell this guy just had 36 reds in a row on a 50% win chance
and indeed , he was betting 7x and sounds surprised having 36 reds?
what did you expect with a 7x multiplier?? you can get 90 reds in a row very easily
also if you have switched sides, you would have gotten it on many occasions
an unlucky streak, especially when betting 0.01-0.04 a pop, but nothing extraordinary

lol... 90 reds in a row - nice gambling...
especially when betting 0.01-0.04 a pop - what this mean? When you raise bets - you lose faster?)))

educate yourselves about probability and streaks
at least enter your data here and see how big a bank you got to have to sustain a certain streak:
https://dicesites.com/tools  (this tool is with 1% HE ,so factor this in if you plan to gamble at freebitcoin, which is 5% HE)
90 reds in a row on a 7x is rare but possible and 0.01-0.04 btc if you look at the screens is what he has been betting

I see that at 36 rows the probability of losing 0.41300143%

0.41300143%....

yeah , this means that you have a 100% chance to get it every 250 rolls
if you are playing first time this may seem as a very slim chance
but people dig through hundreds of thousands of rolls every day
you get used to streaks like that and way way longer than that, just got to know how to deal with it

His post on Reddit

His post on hackerNews

Livestream Oct 13, 3:00 CDT, 4:00 EDT 1:00 PST

cost of a 51% attack

I believe that for educational purpose, it is very important. Of course, there are risks and many people can be harmed. But the central idea of cryptocurrencies is that they are projects that are difficult to attack. The devs need to know how to act when something like this happens and can work to make it difficult to happen.
Unfortunately, we had several projects that are just forks of the BTC that had a purpose to enrich their developers. And over time they have turned into weak projects.

might watch Smiley
it is interesting to see why Einsteinium coin will be attacked and what is the expected profit for him in this
he claims that he will be streaming and explaining "some interesting game theory from an attackers perspective about what coins they want to attack,
what exchanges, in what order, and what would deter them"
he also collected 800$ in donations already o_0
you can follow him on twitter to see when he goes live : https://twitter.com/geocold51

1729  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-09-28] One of India’s biggest cryptocurrency exchanges is shutting down on: October 13, 2018, 05:13:11 PM
This is the official response to anything crypto: https://www.ccn.com/indias-securities-regulator-tight-lipped-on-crypto-regulation-inquiry-reveals/

TLDR: Unsatisfactory and incomplete response from regulator to queries on its research and work so far on crypto, study tours to crypto friendly nations etc.

RTI (Right to Information) Application filed by Blockchain Lawyer (https://twitter.com/Blockchainlaw91): https://drive.google.com/file/d/1SLFxZjhf-vwhwXZo__IU6pWt0rPmtUwv/view

Revert by SEBI: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1cQh2sCmguHndVG_Vid5Oslgl01MQz9NT/view

SEBI is India's securities market regulator. And they largely reflect the sentiment of the Reserve Bank and the Govt. Looks like the uncertainty wrt official stance on crypto will continue for quite some time. Will try to keep this thread updated with the latest on the Indian situation if and when I find the time.

uncertainty is the name of the game in India
in regards to crypto at least, they are sitting on the fence now, since if RBI has its way and the crypto is outlawed completely
it will move the whole  market into shade and it won't stop people from trading
even if they ban domestic exchanges, just look at China, for example
here is ET timeline about RBI vs Bitcoin : https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/topic/rbi-bitcoin
you can see how the thing has progressed so far, there were u-turns,deadlines, final decisions etc.
but they have postponed the hearing yet again...

1730  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does Satoshis' absence make bitcoin truly decentralized? on: October 13, 2018, 02:35:10 PM
The absence of Satoshin treats Bitcoin more, but Bitoin starts to be meaningless, and Bitcoin may risk a major fall.

jeez ,wonder how the hell did you manage to get 5 merit with this sort of posts  Shocked
bitcoin starts to be meaningless is something totally new  Cheesy

bitcoin is and was created decentralized, it cannot be made more decentralized than it is already
maybe by redistributing mining pools % to shift more towards smaller pools
1731  Economy / Gambling / Re: [Under Maintenance] Limedice.cz Beta - Best Dice and Faucet on: October 13, 2018, 02:14:23 PM
That error message should be something else - "I messed up something" - That doesn't sound very reliable for people who wish to be playing on your website with their real money. You know "I messed up something" if the wallet gets hacked isn't a convincing excuse. At this point, I think you should hire someone else to help you with the development.

yes, it kinda sounds unprofessional, not because people make mistakes
but because there is a special language devs used for this kind of things Smiley
like: "we are undergoing maintenance to increase performance" means "I  just screwed the users db up and , hopefully, can restore it pretty soon"
I messed something up is what it usually is but you do not tell it to the end user
as for the captchaless faucet, it is so super abusable in the right hands, that it is easier to remove the said faucet than to try and fight it
just ask Stake,Bustabit and many other sites owners-they either completely removed the free faucet or made it so low (5-20 satoshi) that it can be only used for testing purposes
which is the purpose of the faucet first place
1732  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-10-02]Bitcoin Price Stable around $6,600, CEO of deVere Group Forecasts BT on: October 12, 2018, 06:54:50 PM
not stable anymore it seems
took a 300$ dive today with a 6250$ ish low, but this is not the lowest low we can find
seems like demand is low, plus multiple shitcoins are taking the market share of bitcoin
its dominance is slightly lower , just over 50% now, lets wait until the end of the year
if the price stays in 6000-8000 range I will be more than satisfied
1733  Economy / Gambling / Re: [Under Maintenance] Limedice.cz Beta - Best Dice and Faucet on: October 12, 2018, 04:41:03 PM
The site currently uses a CAPTCHA-less faucet system, it's tricky to get right. I made a wrong assumption on exactly how unique an IP address would be to a user.

Bear with me I'll improve it but it will take a day or two.

Just use a CAPTCHA system, you aren't hurting anyone except faucet abusers and VPN users.

edit: or maybe PoW monero mining for like a second like CoinHive.

edit2: Maybe use the PoW system I said above but users need to deposit at least 0.001 in total to use faucet? but first faucet is free.

come on, any gambling site that uses hidden mining or any sort of iframe ads
or even regular banner ads for different sites do not deserve to be trusted
there will be no players as soon as it is made public
if you are worried about the faucet abuse, use captcha- Google recaptcha is crappy and doesn't work sometimes but at least it is
pretty decent at stopping bots and abusers , or get your epic faucet back to the levels where it is not profitable to waste time abusing it  Cheesy
1734  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does Satoshis' absence make bitcoin truly decentralized? on: October 12, 2018, 03:23:31 PM
no,Satoshi absence has nothing to do with bitcoin being decentralized
with ETH and Buterin it is not the same, although there are some similarities: both have huge coin stashes, both created the coin
but other than that bitcoin is being developed by a consensus through BIP's
and even if Satoshi (if he existed and wasn't a group of individuals who didn't want to reveal their identities) resurfaced now
I doubt he would have major impact on how the things are going, maybe only if  he sells a huge portion of his coins or reveals a critical vulnerability that cannot be patched
and that are all negative scenarios, also I think Buterin is doing the right thing too, let Etherium develop without its creator's influence will give it more chances to grow into
something better and more decentralized

Why i lost all my balance in 15 bets this is not provably fair this is very unfair i just created my account and lost all money. Please add my 50% of deposit back asap! You guys are fooling us. This is very unfair and the chance i used is 1 to 2 odds not above 5 it means i have chance to win once in 15 bets this is totally wrong😲. Please add my balance back 😤😡😡
My user id : 187768
Username : 2rving
I request you admin please add my deposit of 50% back in my balance this is unfair with me!😢
See the link of image
https://imgur.com/a/k8d2MLD

always sad to see posts like that
not because this guy has lost (which is unfortunate but quite predictable the way he was playing)
but because the level of gambling literacy , if you wish, is very low among gamblers
how provably fair works  was explained in the posts above, won't focus on that
but at least know your chances to get a certain losing streak and that every roll is independent from any roll before or after
yes you can get 15 reds in a row, you can get 26 reds on 2x
and judging by the screen your rolls were 2x+ none to blame but yourself and your luck, also you only lost 150$ or so
its a very cheap lesson to learn and maybe you can read about probability and gambling fallacies now
1736  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Perfect Dice experience on: October 12, 2018, 12:55:58 PM
Decent (human) support that don't repeat themselves and withdrawal times..

most of the dice sites have automatic withdrawals nowadays , cannot remember one that doesn't
well unless it is some third tier new site with no bankroll
or bitdouble  Tongue which is notorious for having manual withdrawals ( a very good site otherwise)
support is helpful when you are having troubles, yes , Stake has a good one, for example
I prefer to not have to resort to support's help, just depo, play and withdraw
1737  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Beware of HACKERS! on: October 12, 2018, 11:33:29 AM
just exercise usual caution and use common sense
if anyone or any application asks you to login into your wallet or account using their  extensions, frames or programmes
just close it and don't trust your money to people who promise you crazy returns or quick money
if something sounds too good to be true , then in most cases it really is not true Smiley
free cheese can only be found in mousetraps, bitcoin transactions are irreversible ,so if you  got scammed there is no returning of your coins , usually
1738  Economy / Gambling / Re: Doubling your bitcoin every 3 months with sports betting on: October 12, 2018, 10:34:12 AM
seems like OP doesn't want to participate in this discussion anymore
unfortunately, online google sheets with past bets do not prove much
I believe that OP managed to achieve this double bank in 3 months target, but topics like this are usually created to sell some sort of
paid tips or to promote  a site , maybe OP just wanted to show that its possible to do even without being a professional capper
it is doable but to be consistent you have to be investing so much time in research, it becomes like a job (which it is for many pro bettors)
1739  Economy / Gambling / Re: ▶▶ CryptoBet.to ◀◀ Transparent Ethereum Betting powered with ▶ Smart-Contracts ◀ on: October 12, 2018, 10:22:45 AM
thank you for the chance to test your site Smiley
go go Khabib
p.s. sadly, blockchain wallet prohibits sending to smart contracts directly, grrr
will have to try to find a different wallet to participate
maybe you can also set a non smart contract addy that auto resends the amount to the smart contract one? just a suggestion, do not throw stones at me Smiley

Metamask Chrome extension is good I have been using it since last year. Smooth and pretty easy to use. Moreover, we can buy ETH using coinbase account and shapeshift.

I try not to clutter my browser with extensions, also I prefer Firefox
do not use ETH that much and now will have to get a new online wallet for day to day transactions
I will send a support ticket to holytransaction to see how they explain that the amount was not credited
