1721  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you plan to do with ETH and ETH Classic coins? on: January 08, 2019, 02:03:26 PM
Hi. What do you plan to do with ETH and ETH Classic coins?
Considering that ETH Classic will no longer exist, and the price of ETH will continue to fall? Which coins do you convert your assets to for a long hold?

P.S. I don't think so, unfortunately, this statement is written on ethereumcv.io. - Ethereum Classic Vision hard fork - January 11, 2019 . Look at the screenshots:

How do you know that ETH classic will no longer exist? Also, I have read certain reports on the ETHV that the ETH classic Vision fork is a scam. Otherwise why will they be asking people to provide an ERC wallet.
1722  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: How to list your token at exchange for FREE ? on: January 08, 2019, 04:17:27 AM
Is there anything as free in business where taxes and commissions are paid? I do not think so. What do you stand to gain if your services are rendered for free as you said? What is the hidden charges that you are not saying here.
1723  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are Smart Contracts indeed Smart??? on: January 06, 2019, 11:25:06 PM
Is man even smart? I do not think so. Otherwise the Ethereum guy Buteri would not have said he regretted using that word 'smart contract' when he developed ETH.
1724  Economy / Speculation / Re: What's up with bitcoin ? on: January 06, 2019, 07:04:21 PM
The market is at work and you are asking what is wrong? May be you should just relax and eat some popcorn and ice cream and watch the market less. Do not stress yourself for the year is just too young to start worrying.
1725  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Do You Think 2019 Will Be Different? on: January 06, 2019, 06:51:29 PM
Put simply - because the market is not hugely over-inflated at this point by an abundance of uneducated investment. What goes up, must come down and this year boy did it come down.

I believe you mean last year 2018. Yes, the market was crazy because the rush to make wealth through bitcoin was pushed by uneducated investment. Now I believe a lot of losers have learn their lessons and are closely waiting for the right time. I know the market will push up this 2019 after the so many programs and regulations in cryptocurrency are executed.

There are three ETH Hard Fork lined up this year which may create a huge difference.

1. Classic Vision Hard Fork
2. Ethereum Nowa Hard Fork

3. Constantinople Ethereum Hard Fork (Major one)

The first two are rumoured to be scams. Be careful around them and do not expose your private keys to any site in attempting to claim the coins.
1726  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: majority will lose money and minds on: January 06, 2019, 06:45:36 PM
The only reason why people buy bitcoin, is to make money. I believe in the tech, its the future blah blah blah. Your here to make "sick" gains, most will not have the stomach for it. How many investors bought 100 btc for $100 and sold them at $20,000 each, practically none.

Say bitcoin reaches $1 million and you invested now at $3800. You honestly think you wont sell when it hits $50,000 or any other figure that will improve your life significantly. Nobody knows if, when or how it will happen.

Don't waste your life waiting for a win, you will end up going crazy. Invest yeah sure, check it once a week / month on progress and just let it be man. For all we know, it could be outlawed and crash to $0 tomorrow.

Forget it, bitcoin can not be outlawed and crash to zero value. Look at what the bitcoin blockchain has been able to give the world. How do you think all that will be wiped off? I do not think it will happen.
1727  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bull Run on January, February or March? Your Predictions please...... on: January 05, 2019, 05:52:35 PM
What month will bull run starts? I can't wait to see my portfolio increases up to 100 times after joining so much bounties and got potential altcoins that will bring me to riches. When shall I see it?

I hope your coins become great and not turn worthless because thatbus what most ICO coins turn into. For the bull runs, I think it would start in March. That is the end of the first quarter of the year.
1728  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can ETF Decision make a negative impact? on: January 05, 2019, 01:38:09 PM
If we think about the price, then it will surely help to increase the price of Bitcoin and maybe also other altcoins will grow.
But it will bring more big investors, more whales to the market and market will become more centralized, I think.

Many people do not realize this when they talk about the ETF. They forget the good it will eventually do the crypto business once it is put in place. I know for sure it will stabilize the market and make more investors come into cryptos. More.money will find its way into this business just like it did with gold etf.
1729  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: bitcoin lowest value of the year. Other perspective on: January 04, 2019, 05:27:27 PM
Goosebumps!

This is one of the greatest encouragement that I've seen, why I haven't saw this last year. It's interesting to know what will be the all time low for this year? $6,000? $9,000? $15,000?

Can't deny that the growth of holders is real and increasing. People are becoming wiser now after experiencing last year's big break.

This figure is not in anyway a surprise if you have taken a look at the historical data yourself. It is there on the coinmarketcap for anyone to review. The only problem is that people are only concerned with the all time high and not the all time low of bitcoin. That is why we do not see that.
1730  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Finally ETH is back at no. 2 spot on: January 04, 2019, 04:40:58 PM
In my hearth ethereum always no 2 spot but even they had taken back the second spot, I think the price should more higher. I always rate ethereum price should be 0.1 of btc and I expect the price around $300
It will be, everything will be soon, probably even more than $ 300 because today there is a real potential for work. Today there is a lot of interesting things that the ETH team prepared for us, for ordinary investors.

Can you tell us some of these things the ETH team has for us as you said? Nothing. I do not think the team has done anything special to merit a praise for the sudden increase. It is just market demand that is pushing price up. People are investing after the Christmas holiday. That is all.
1731  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Crypto A Way To become Rich / Millionaire ? on: January 01, 2019, 06:29:29 PM
Today Want to  Ask , did Satoshi Created bitcoin to solve poverty  issues or he created this bitcoin so solve financial transaction problems !!
Is crypto  a get rich quick scheme as people are putting their  mindset into  it  ?

I believe Satoshi created bitcoin to solve transaction problems and not as a get rich quick scheme as you have rightly mentioned. But I do not see anything wrong in anyone getting rich through it. If it happens it happens, it is not a crime. Did anyone notice how Pragon (PRG) was crazily pumped today from less than 20cents + to over $5+ ? I guess unplanned millionaire were made from that pump that lasted less than 12hrs today.
1732  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥🔥🔥[NEW BOUNTY] BOTXCOIN - Future Token For Financial Freedom 🔥🔥🔥 on: December 31, 2018, 06:51:20 PM
TERMS :
•   You must join our official telegram group and bounty telegram group
•   If you do not post any positive comment every two days in our Official telegram group, you will not receive any reward from this bounty program.

This criteria sucks. You are bending the participants to not be honest. So they must pretend and post positive reports and comments even when it is not so?
1733  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin stolen. Electrum exploit / phishing on: December 30, 2018, 03:34:19 AM
theymos posted about it too yesterday to warn Electrum users. The News/announcement is still there, above the main menu bar.

News: ♦ Users of Electrum and similar: ignore any messages you receive from Electrum, and do not follow any links within them. More info

Big problem that the error message pop out inside the official electrum wallet. Probably, there are people who will be deceived.

Early this year too there was an attack on Electrum and a warning was pinned here by Theymos or some guy. It was at that point I stopped using that app. I had to be sure my little satoshi was safe than sorry. Electrum should fix this hacking problem to save it reputation.
1734  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Did you lose your confidence as an investor? on: December 29, 2018, 06:51:24 PM
This year we battled with two things, the sharp fall and scam icos. I think the bigger problem is not the decline. It is with the scam icos and developers who at the end will always run away with investors money. As for the market, I know it will recover some day. If not in 2019 it will be at another time.
1735  Economy / Speculation / Re: 2019, Would The Market Getting Better? on: December 29, 2018, 01:59:17 PM
2019 is just about 3 days to come.
How is your foresee upon the prospect of general situation of cryptocurrency market in 2019?
Would the market recover soon and be conducive to do more massive trading, or should we wait for another year?

Thank you.

Every analysis points to cryptocurrency getting better in 2019 and I believe it will push the hype further and many will rush into it next year. It will be a more favourable year than it is in 2018. It will be sad if it still do not turn out positive for crypto after all this.
1736  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: All bankers hate BTC, am I right? on: December 29, 2018, 06:19:54 AM
That's an overstatement, most banks hate BTC but not all banks hate BTC. In my country one of them started showing interest by mining Bitcoin

This is a better statement than what the OP wrote. There is no way all will be against bitcoin. By the way, bitcoin can not survive without fiat. Fiat is bank. So if all bankers hate it, bitcoin will not survive a year longer.
1737  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: trade without id verification? on: December 28, 2018, 06:56:03 PM
I think this verification madness started a few months ago. In the recent past all of them allowed their subscribers to trade and withdraw without the KYC. Like some posters have mentioned Binance, I also think Polonix and Coinexchange do not require it for the basic withdrawal of a few bitcoins.
1738  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Should i trade on this market ? on: December 28, 2018, 06:28:10 PM
They are simply using the same design as CEX.io with a different color and some tweaks in the statistics (which are very unrealistic).

The footer links such as the API, terms of services, mobile app are also not leading anywhere. I'm not sure how you stumbled on this fake version of cex.io but you shouldn't use it.

How these scammers keep getting their victims will continue as long as people do not ask questions or make their researches before engaging in any form of business online. This OP has been saved from such because he made this inquiry. Others should form the habit of doing so too.
1739  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it bad for altcoin that BTC is dropping on: December 28, 2018, 12:01:41 PM
Not. For those of us who are unfamiliar with cryptocurrency, this is a problem when crypto prices fall. But for those who have experience in crypto they will be happy, because they can invest as much as possible.
You are just running around the subject matter as your point is not clear as to the question asked here. Well, I can say that those who have experienced the rise and fall of cryptocurrency will know better how to buy and sell it. And this has nothing to do with whether altcoins are falling or not.
1740  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People with most bitcoins should be in their 20's by now on: December 27, 2018, 10:08:25 PM
Bitcoins have been over a couple of hundred dollars for more than 5 years now. Kids can only get so many by mining. Don't imagine too many teenagers have 10+ bitcoins without family help in getting them.

You can not for sure judge the set of people who have the most bitcoin for sure, except you actually carried out a research on this. For me I like to think that those who even hold a meaningful amount of bitcoin as early adopters were risk takers who just wanted to gamble with the little the could afford to lose.
