With the position Bangladesh is in right now, only weather can help them, either way i did not expect Bangladesh to play out the entire day tonight but the openers played an incredible fightback with a century partnership but the rest of the batsman were struggling and at one point i was thinking whether the pitch became flat with the way the openers were batting Cheesy.
With the end of fourth day play now things looking easy for the Indian team because they have enough time to bowled out last four tail enders on this pitch with Shakib and Mehdi both are looking for the long partnership which is never been easy on fifth day play in test match and 241 is also big target even they have done good job after trailing in first inning by big margin 35 years old Shakib who is playing his 64th test match for the Bangladesh is having 40 runs even now most chances they will lose by big margin, but his inning is still good for himself and team because he can cut margin even defeat is defeat, but this could be help them for having better chance into next test match which is also coming in next few days.

Definitely a tremendous balling by Australians  Mitchell Starc 3 wickets Nathan Lyon 3 wickets . This first innings is totally for Australia as they'll chase this easily .
It should be a bowling friendly track which means you cannot expect high scores. Australia just lost their first wicket (Warner) for duck hence you can expect a close encounter throughout this test match. Still, I assume chasing a small total like less than 200 runs in forth inning would be easier for Australia and at the same time if they need to chase anything beyond 280 then the chances are belonging to South Africa.

South Africa is in deep shit. They are at 139/8, with Anrich Nortje and Kagiso Rabada at crease.
They managed to cross 150 runs. I am expecting a low score thriller out of this first match of between these two strong bowling attach teams. So, 150 runs on first innings seems like competitive in my eyes.
1723  Other / Archival / Re: 2022 was the second worst year for Bitcoin on: December 16, 2022, 09:45:18 PM
I hope, relying on the theory of the cyclical nature of the bitcoin market, 2023 will still be the beginning of the recovery of the crypto market in general and bitcoin in particular.
I really really hope so. However, this sense of optimism must be supported by the strength and confidence of traders and investors in the market. There is a possibility of holders increasing during the current bear market, so that should be very positive news to support our optimism for bitcoin in 2023 and beyond.

2022 was indeed a bad year for the crypto market as a whole, many disasters happened, it was all just aggravating factors. But bright hope should always be ahead, we hope about that.
I think recovery happens at all times because BTC can't just dump and dump more or remain stable at one price. Many times we are at $17k but later on we are at above $20k and then the price will fall again under it. It was only a small recovery in short but it might be true that big or real recoveries can only begin by next year, so that by the time we hit 2024 the price is already ready for a bull run because 2024 is going to be a special year for BTC.

2017 was the second big break of BTC, so it's normal that its fall were also heavy, same as on 2021 where BTC also reach its third highest ATH. People must have expected that a year later the price will also dip hard.
1724  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin high prediction 2023? on: December 16, 2022, 09:21:06 PM
I know we are likely to drop further in the first few months of 2023 but I am curious to know how high we all feel Bitcoin can reach later in the year before 2024?
I once asked a crypto expert about speculation and Bitcoin price predictions in my country.
said the expert.
For 2023 Bitcoin is a bit difficult to speculate and predict, not the same as Bitcoin prices in previous years, he realized that this year the crypto market was indeed difficult and difficult to predict analytically, he said it was caused by the negative things that had happened so far to many crypto trading exchanges, but he did not mention the exact direction of Bitcoin going forward.

The expert advised me if you do something with Bitcoin, follow your heart and mind, don't be guided by the news on the internet, that's the advice I can come up with, but he said Bitcoin will fall below its current price, he did not mention what the lowest price.

I think from the words of the expert, that at this time if we want to invest or trade the decision is up to us, good and bad choices we ourselves decide.
I agree that its not good and its not going to be good for a long time as well. Its a hard prediction because 2023 is unlike any other year, it's not looking like coming off a recovery, it's not coming of a bull run, its looking like it accepted bear run and then stable afterwards. That is usually not that common, either we are in a bull run and going up, or we are in a bear run and go down, right now its not going down much, and its not going up, sure there are 5-10% moves but those are small for crypto and it looks like we are just stable which is usually very unlikely scenario for crypto since it is known to be super volatile, nothing small like we are seeing.
1725  Economy / Economics / Re: Fiat and crypto and stock is bs, but property is real on: December 16, 2022, 09:07:42 PM
You said Fiat is bullshit but you need it to build properties 🤦

Just listen to yourself mate, if money doesn't make sense to you then avoid doing anything with money, I wonder what you can do without Fiat, Crypto is just making the whole thing decentralized and digital.
You got a point there but I think that wasn't the op wants to imply. He is trying to say that property is a real thing or has a physical appearance while cryptos and stocks do not have it. As for the fiats, they do have a physical appearance but they aren't an investment. They are simply a currency that we used daily for purchasing goods.

Even though stocks and cryptos are digital. They are still considered as an assets that you can invest and make a profit with. Being digital do actually have an advantage because they are easy to keep and you can have different kinds of them. While a property investment is something that is hassle in my opinion.
Having a digital investment is far superior than having a physical one. Even though it would be hard to lose a gold bar for example because you would hide it very well, even put it in a bank safety box, its at least possible, or fiat banknotes, or house burning down, whatever it is a physical thing could be destroyed.

Digital ones can't be, you could be scammed, or even lose your key phrases and all, but normally if you do not make any mistakes its there and there forever which means you will not lose it. Plus its easier to control, its a few buttons and you click them and either buy or sell, that is a much better and easier method then going and buying a whole house.
1726  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: December 16, 2022, 08:30:21 PM
I think the premier League is very open, I don't think arsenal will win the league,I don't know why I feel so but I don't think they will still have momentum that they have before the break,I think Manchester city are the favourite to win the league, they have the qualities and depth in the squad, Tottenham Hotspur will improve, with Conte experience I think they will go far, then Manchester United I still don't know what they are made up,let's wait and see after the Ronaldo sagas I think things might be different.
The history has proven how good arsenal during the early season but making so many blunders at the end of season. It's too early for you to judge everything before EPL will begin again. There will be lots of change gonna happen with various clubs as some clubs have been preparing some big list of players to be bought during january just like chelsea, city and MU. As far as i can see that even leicester city has been trying to hunt potential striker from another league.
The competition will be even harder with some clubs were restructuring their players. It's caused by the end of season will become the most crucial moments for arsenal. If arsenal will get lost streak and then it's end.
The good thing about Arsenal being at the top is the fact that they do not have to be champions, they are a team that rebuilt, and showing that their young core is amazing and already leading the league. Which means that they could end up working towards making this a reality one day in the future. This season they could finish second and that would be good enough.

However, they need to make sure they do not get worse, United finished 2nd in 20-21 and then last year they finished 6th, with just 58 points as well, lowest in a long long time. So if Arsenal ends up second, and fail to win, the only thing they need to care about is keep improving instead of going worse like United did.
1727  Economy / Speculation / Re: Hmmm....No way! on: December 15, 2022, 09:11:28 PM
Just a quick reminder that patterns can break; a perfect example being the infamous Bitcoin stock-to-flow(S2F) model — whereas a lot of people were banking on the fact that the historical trend will continue.

..it didn't
Yes, but we now know the reason why it didn’t, so I wouldn’t count on the pattern being dead yet. Regulations will likely be implemented soon to keep exchanges from funneling money meant for BTC into shitcoins. FTX is the reason we didn’t hit $100K+ last cycle. The next cycle, if exchanges are banned from using customer funds to buy shitcoins and then go bankrupt, things could get wild. We may see a $500,000 BTC in 2025. I’m glad I’m not on the sidelines.
The trend that they are expecting must be the down trend and it did happened actually and there are different reasons about it. The wars, economic crises, the collapse of the exchange. These are only the few id like to mention.

At some point, the decline would stop because people are also actively buying when the price dips and then there are now positive news that we are seeing. This brings a confidence again for the people to continue their crypto journey despite of the hardships that they are facing. Last year was a bull time and there's no FTX issues yet that time. It's only just a bear which prevented BTC from climbing at the $100k mark.
1728  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why every casino got bad habits? on: December 14, 2022, 08:38:22 PM
There will always be attacks.
You should also consider an attack from another casino to tarnish the name of the other so that its customers will find another. Who's next in line? Them.
I doubt there will be a perfect casino or sportsbook out there, errors will happen that will lead to complaints, and some are lying to their teeth just to gain free money.
But whenever a reputable gambling site had made its roots on how trustworthy they are, we should also look at its side of the story.
The "Customer is always right" belief is so abused.
That's not a healthy competition anymore. Those butthurt casino owners should take the time to improve their service and not by focusing on how to damage the reputation of the other fair casinos.

That is the only way for them to attract more players because the players from other fair casinos won't just believe easily on the random complaints made by someone else unless maybe if that casino have been proven to be guilty or they do also experience the same issue. Not all casino got a bad habit but every casino are not perfect. There will always be flaws but a good casino will always try to fix it so that it won't cause an inconvenience to their customers.
1729  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Binance Coin losing its Value, What will happen to Public Funds on: December 13, 2022, 08:35:20 PM
Obviously BNB's last year performance was nothing but bad. It dropped from 560 levels to 200s once and generally moves between 250-300 now. But we should stop FUD. CZ is working very hard for his exchange and his coin to get public use. I feel like BNB Chain has one of the easiest uses in the world of crypto.
He still favors projects over binance to be funded by bnb holders. That will always help bnb to gain transaction. I really love how CZ is persistently fighting for his coin. BNB I feel, is safest investment besides Bitcoin, in whole crypto market.
Try to look at other cryptocurrency, even Bitcoin, the father of coin already dropped from $69k to $17k now or around 77%. Compare it with BNB coin, which just dropped around 60% from $680 to $268 now. Even if you compare top 10 coins on CMC (beside stablecoins) , BNB has the lowest drop compared other coins.

FUD is FUD, BNB will going strong than ever, even this FUD bring us new chance to buy more BNB coin
He said last year not this year. There was a quick bull run last year and good cryptos were supposed to rise but if BNB didn't do the same. Maybe there is something wrong with it but even without a bull, BNB should perform better because it was among the top coins and it was backed by binance.

This coin has a utility inside the binance exchange. Bitcoin is not comparable to BNB and it was normal that the drop of BTC is a little bigger than it because BTC is much heavier plus we are also in a bear market right now. Yeah, FUD is FUD and it has nothing to do with us who have a strong hands but I think I am guilty about those who got affected with it. They will sell and then we are only going to take the benefit.
1730  Economy / Gambling / Re: Researching for Upcoming Game on: December 13, 2022, 06:01:31 PM
The problem in crypto gambling that has often arisen is that KYC comes to gamblers suddenly when they feel they are not made a deposit or withdrawal in big money or are carrying out suspicious activity.
First of all, a casino should state in on their rules that they will request their users a KYC. Any casino can't just demand it right away as soon as they like because that was wrong and they can be punished for doing so. Therefore as a gambler, we must make it a habit to read the rules and regulations of the casino before we play so that we will know if what to expect. There is no rules about the players who don't make a deposit.

We never know maybe those users are only testing the site if it was good to play there or not. These freeloaders can't also do much like getting rains or receiving a bonus because these features are strictly for those who wager actively.
1731  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Brazil Fan Token Down 60% After Losing to Croatia on: December 12, 2022, 07:23:42 PM
what would be the "use case" or utility of such a token?
does it hypothetically allow access to discounts or privileges for hodlers?
is it a sort of collectible "sticker" to keep in e-wallet? or is it simply a speculative product?

Unfortunately, in recent years we have seen an explosion of tokens of dubious utility (the vast majority of NFTs belong to this category). now let's see the consequences, with these "pumps and dumps"...
OP only said that it offers an exclusive experience. Maybe it let's you get closer to that team and then it can give you discounts to the merchandise that they are selling. Not sure if that can be considered to as a utility but that was better than if the token is built for pumping and dumping alone. They don't mention if it's an NFT so I won't say that it was some sort of a collectible but it was still up to the person if he will treat it as one.

It's only amazing that this coin movement is related to the result of the match. Maybe people who owned the token sold their token out of disappointment but that tells them that they are only going in for the hypes. They are not a solid fan.
1732  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: December 12, 2022, 03:36:35 PM
The ability to lose an easy win cricket match can only be displayed by this team. Of course there have been instances when they have won a match which every cricket fan knew they would lose. Such inconsistency has hampered Pakistan cricket performance for a few years now. PCB is busy constantly fighting with other boards or ICC. It is better they concentrate more on finding talents and nurturing them.

Getting defeated so easily on your home ground is the one big humiliation and I think Pakistan doesn't get bothered with such humiliation otherwise they would have not repeated the same mistake.

I have now become a big fan of Ben stokes captaincy. Not only he is one hell of an all rounder but he has proven that he can be a hell of a test team captain.
In last five test matches at home they lost three and draw other two which mean they are not fully prepared for this format, and they need big changes specially mindset which is not going to help them in case of selection with Azhar Ali and Fawad Alam you are playing with Salman Agha and Mohammad Nawaz is not make any sense here as I check on social media and other sources Babar is now under pressure due to his personal friends are consistently joining national team instead of talented players specially Shoaib Malik talking about this frequently and few other legendary Pakistani cricketers are also talking about this all regularly which is the biggest concern for them right now and his captaincy is also not good in test format which is another issue hopefully they will talk about this and bring some changes specially Sarfraz Ahmad also looking for his chance into test format
1733  Economy / Economics / Re: Have Satoshi dream failed? on: December 12, 2022, 08:02:41 AM
Satoshi's dream is still alive and It is fighting with the imposition of CBDC for compulsory use by all and the abolition of cash. It is the only way to escape the current financial system and central banks that is why they want to control Bitcoin price and with attempts to ban it.
CBDC's are already there but no they are not for compulsory use. Physical versions of fiats are still there and won't vanished because not all people are into digitalization. However, there are countries where cryptocurrencies are banned so people there do only have limited choices when it comes to digital payment methods and they may consider these CBDC's.

There is no way for the government or the banks to control the BTC price. Remember they are allergic with it and if they buy loads of it then it will be awkward. It is so contradicting. No one can control BTC price even its founder, which is why BTC is termed to be the most decentralized crypto.
1734  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Bearish market the right time to buy coins? on: December 11, 2022, 09:43:22 PM
No other season is the best to buy those coins and fill those bags hence bear market this year terrible and with so many downfall and collapses, no doubt this is the time indeed. Bull market will have the opportunity to make profit and we are 2 years away before that. So, don't think second time just keep buying while you can.
Bear market, terrible? But, what do you expect? Every bear always means that cryptos values are going to decrease. The more decrease the better because we can be able to buy at a much cheaper rates. I don't know maybe there are people who are not feeling the same way but my only advice for those guys is to leave their coins in their wallet for a while.

They shouldn't check it to avoid getting anxious because the dip could still continue further but they can come back 2 years later because that is the said time when the market can recover for real. For those who missed this bear, well there will always be second, third and more chance as this market works in a cycle.
1735  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin cycles, this is the cyclical minimum on: December 11, 2022, 09:19:30 PM
All the drops that we've seen so far and the struggle to go back up have nothing to do with some dumb correlation or even the regular cycles since that was also broken a while ago. It is all about the economy crumbling down all around (most of) us. The bitcoin market with its stupid gamblers are reacting to that very predictable crisis in the economy.

There is no doubt that bitcoin will recover eventually and smash through all resistances very quickly reaching new highs that some people these days are calling "impossible to reach". But the start of it is going to be when the economy has crashed and the ruins are stabilized. Otherwise as long as it is crumbling down I don't see it stabilizing for bitcoin to rise.
Yeah and what are the chance that when the world economy recovers coincide with the next bull run around 2024-2025?

Will that be great for us? Yeah obviously the answer will be yes, nation has bounce back, inflation has been defeated, now it's time for the investors to come back again and what a perfect opportunity for them to enter the picture and fuel the next eventual bull run.

I think that will be the perfect (almost) scenario for us to see $100k or more in 2024-2025.
I think the chance is only slim because those dates you listed are so far. The economy must recover as soon as possible so that people won't struggle anymore. It's okay if the cryptos recovery is delayed. It wasn't our priority anyway but for those who do then, that was already their problem.

Many times we have been told that investments are only be treated as a kind of sideline or side hustle same with trading especially if that is about crypto because there are less regulations here and the value of cryptos are also highly volatile. Solid investors didn't leave the market and if there is the best time then it must be now when there is still a bear and not when everything is pumping.
1736  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Gambing Halal or Haram According to Jewish Or Christian Faith? on: December 11, 2022, 08:02:21 PM
According to me, As I am Muslim, Gambling is Haram and there are very reasons behind this. And also I do not much about another religions. But if someone has knowledge about that if Gambling is allowed or prohibited in Jewish or Christ Faith. And I think many people have many mind sets.
Come out of religious belief. What your religion will do with your losses and frustrating moments of gambling. If gambling is not prohibited in one religion means that religion followers are safe to consequences of gambling? I mean the gambling must be treated as sin by all the human because it is really injurious to our wealth and health. Do not mind about what your religion is saying about anything but approach things in scientific and by morale way; I am not talking about only gambling but all the aspects of human life.

If snake's venom is poisonous to human means why no religion things are not applied here? Similarly, something is harmful (proven by science or experience) then it is applicable to all human and not limited to religion facts.

(I am not atheist but I hate dividing people in the name religions).
You can easily say that because maybe you are not one of them. Some people are very cantered in their religion because it was too sacred more than any other religions out there. People from other religions can betray their religion. It's easy for them to commit a crime and do other unwanted things that are against the bible. Other religion allows gambling but it will still depend on the government because some of them can ban it.

If you are among it then you are safe about the consequences of gambling. Nothing wrong with gambling as long as it is done properly or in moderation. If you play that way, you will only experience its benefits.
1737  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: December 11, 2022, 06:23:53 PM
The current condition of India women's team is certainly appreciable. They made good use of the entire 6 overs of the power play. If they can use 4 more overs properly then I think it is reasonable to expect a win. However, there is still a long way to go. The partnership they make at the beginning has been very effective for the India women's team. I think India has a chance to win today's match. Required run rate and current run rate are as approximately same. We can expect India Women can win today.
Without any doubt team doing amazing stuff after losing first match they have done again good at batting and now have won by super over which is still good for them but on other side Australia is still doing amazing stuff after winning first match by nine wickets today again Mooney is the hero for them another impressive inning and good runs on board even they lost but still consistency is and quality is at the top with Smriti Mandhana and Richa Gosh were Indian hero's for the today match series could be full of entertainment as both teams are having quality and skills now after first two matches we are going to shift Brabourne for the last three matches which will be full of entertainment as both top teams are fighting and preparing for the WIPL2023.
1738  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: December 10, 2022, 08:11:04 PM
In the first innings, Pakistan had enough chances to take the lead in this match. Abrar Ahmed who took 7 wickets took 3 more wickets in the second innings. However, Pakistan is not ahead in the debut match of this 24-year-old leg spinner. England advanced by 281 runs at the end of the second day. Pakistan started the second day at 107 for 2. Babar Azam was unbeaten on 62 runs with Saud Shakeel who scored 32 runs. However, the Pakistan captain could not take the team far today. He was bowled by Ollie Robinson for 75 runs. The field is now playing very competitively even with less runs.
Pakistan's current team is the worst side in test format with no player having sense of playing this format most of the players are in the side just because of personal links and parchi system which is killing the spirit of the game with current situation most chances Pakistan will lose this test match also, and hopefully they will be whitewashed as well because things are looking not good for them, and they are also clueless with no strategy and plan for future is working around them.

Abrar Ahmed having good start of his career, hopefully he will work for long time because most of the time Pakistani players after having good start face many on and off the field issues, and they can't give performance consistently which is long run problem for them in all formats.
1739  Economy / Speculation / Re: How we know btc not going to 100$ ?? on: December 10, 2022, 07:48:30 PM
What guarantees we have btc not going very low like 100$ ??
Can btc go Even like 50$
Becouse everybody knows that Market Will crash hard soon very bearish out look now for btc
If today btc start falling what price is good to buy ?
It can fall to 1000$ or lower why not ? What's stop btc to fall down like 20$-50$ ?
You don't.

That's why people with common sense warning you that you shouldn't invest more than you could afford to lose. That amount may vary from person to person. For some people $1k is nothing but a spare change. For other people it is what they live on for one month.

Bitcoin very well may disappear even though the hardcore bitcoiners disagree with this idea. You should always be prepared for the worst outcome.

What if bitcoin goes to $50 tomorrow, is that going to be a problem for you? If your answer is "yes" then you are in a big trouble.
The thing that you said is true because cryptos are unpredictable. Even though BTC is considered to be the safest crypto, it still can drop and then it may take time for it to recover like on what we are experiencing now. Some of us may get bored waiting, some will get worried, etc which can lead them to sell at a loss.

I don't think it's a problem for him when BTC crash but he was actually waiting for it to buy more coins. A massive drop like that will only be a problem for those who don't have a solid faith in BTC. Pretty sure that they already sold all their BTC's before the price reached 50 dollars.
1740  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTC or altcoin on: December 10, 2022, 04:36:58 PM
It depends on what you what? The surest and most stable is BTC, it could be easy x4 in the next couple of years. The most stable altcoins that are proven are ETH and BNB, these 2 coins can probably grow x10. The riskiest are the low market cap coins and the newly launched ones. They can grow x100 or even more but you can also risk losing your investment. My latest newly launched project where I spent $3,000 is now worth $10 although it might recover, it will be hard especially if its community, supporters, and investors cut their losses and left.

Even if it is only $800, you can still diversify it a little. Let's say $300 for BTC, $200 each for ETH and BNB and you can search for a low market cap coin or newly launched coin for the other $100. And you can also do a dollar-cost averaging on bitcoin.
I think the most stable is obviously tether, busd, dai and other stable coins and then followed by alts like eth and ltc. Btc on the other hand is known to be a highly volatile coin but I think many people call it the most stable is due to the fact that it never fails them. Btc can recover no matter how low its price can go. It also exist first than the others so it had lots of experience that people have witnessed even not in actual but only by looking at the chart history.

I do believe that btc can times 4 its price but for the two alts that you mention, I am sceptical about it. 10x is too high imo even though they are not that heavy as btc but they are still a good option or addition other than btc. Low market cap coins are risky yet rewarding however the op only said coins with a promising future. I think low market cap coins doesn't have that.
