I dread coming to this forum now.  It used to have contributions from devs and was generally positive. Now it seems to be some sort of non-violent ethnic cleansing site. VRC is rapidly losing credibility and needs resuscitation. Feeding trolls improves the chance they will win. Please hit ignore and don't respond. Go beat up a verifluffy pillow to vent your rage. liteuser provided me with an archive of the rich list form August 6th. Since then 6 of the top 10 wallets have stayed the same balance.  Wow I dont even want to calculate what they have missed out on so far , this also has impact on the total supply it will be growing much slower then max velocity.(keeping diff etc in mind) One of those could be Bittrex do u know wich one? Im having a little trouble with the Raspberri Pi wallet it wont start for me .(im rather new to this but the TRK raspberri wallet ran just fine.) |

TRK and HYP use the same p2p and rpc ports - 18775 and 18776. To run TRK and HYP wallets simultaneously you need to change ports for one of the coins. Just create Truckcoin.conf file with the following two lines: (you can put any port numbers there, they just should be different from 18775 and 18776. Put this Truckcoin.conf file into your Truckcoin directory with wallet and blockchain files. Now HYP and TRK wallets will work together without conflicts  I've done this but still get the same issue. i created a simple .bat file to do this edit trk.bat truckcoin-qt.exe -port 4321 not very neat but works fine. better to just make a shortcut and add "-port 4321" (or whatever port u prefer) |

Yes me 2 Very impressed. If u know where both hyperstake and Truckcoin come from they started as just another clone by some uninterrested dev that left the coin as soon as he could. Now we have 2 Great coins with allmost weekly updates Active devs that post pretty much Everyday that Listen and implement new stuff without Pumping bloated whitepapers , there is a Idea this seems neat .. and Poof You got new features etc . I struggle to Find Any coin that has more interaction between the community and the devs then both of these have. Especially the Tone if there is such a thing in writing its a 70's love fest Im w8ing for the First Serious fudders to arrive so we know we have really made it to the top  |

If i understand correctly he wants about 500k vericoin to increase the price over 10 fold and will only get Paid After this is achieved ?
I dont understand why VRC holders arent breaking down his door begging him to take this Veri strange deal.
I would gladly give up 10% of my holding for a price increase to 100k sat simple math.If he should fail at least we gave it a shot and lost Nothing.
I dont understand the Hold up I dont believe that VRC (bag)holders are so short sighted that they cant see the oppurtunity here.

You are absolutely right, that would be a dream deal for Vericoin. The problem is, what I said at the moment I saw the info about the deal, the deal is not going to happen. No serious software developer enter into such agreement and take such risk. The deal under such terms is just not feasible. I am not FUDding just being realistic. Well i get why his side of the deal isnt that great , Unless he has faith in this skills to add so much value that the goal will be achieved. If he would manage to get it to 100sat that 500k will have nice a value. But if the deal is beeing still beeing negotiated thats a different story i Thought Dev4 had proposed this deal. Can we see what dev4 Wants ? the 500k deal as stated above We`ll take . If he wants something else .. how about telling the community so we can say if we are willing to make the sacrifices to get it done. that should not be up to just the devs. |

being working on a mac os v 0.9.4.1 wallet upgrade, but not promising anything by now as i have an older os version (and an older model of mac) with a lack of xcode support. need to reinstall mac os to get it done.

New wallet v 0.9.5.0 is coming soon and it will be kinda mandatory update because I've changed checkpoints and alert PubKeys and PROTOCOL_VERSION. (We have no private keys for the old version and the original dev didn't answer my question regarding these keys so it's better to change them to be on the safe side). Work in progress  Hopefully it comes out before monday or after a week from monday  (I'm moving, won't be able to upgrade.) Looks fantastic. ur right its a hell of a deal for the spectacular dev.4 ... pay 41 BTC or 20,000 USD (500k @ current market price) to make 459 BTC/ 250,000 USD ( 500k @ 100k sat.) get coins and push price a little more to say 150k then dump all over market.
i dont know a single PnD group that wouldnt take that offer...
instead of letting him go all dr evil putting his pinkie up and demanding an insane amount of coins... if dev 4 wants 500k coins make him buy them from open market... then he would really have to care about the coin and implementing his code and then he wins all the same...
also why didnt dev 4 come out and state this offer himself...?
