Right now the only way to get this is to follow the link to the post that was merited and do additional scraping, but it just creates unnecessary load and is messy to implement. What's really going to get you, is if the Merited post was made on a hidden board (most likely the VIP or Staff board). It'll look like the post was deleted, and you'll have to correct it after theymos' weekly Merit data dump. Did theymos ever said anything about scraping in general - what's his stance on it? I haven't read anything about it, but if you go faster than 1 request per second, you'll hit a timeout.

Can you give some contexts for this? What kind of post? I stumbled upon this example: Discover The Whole World website, which provides travel products and related services, is releasing a beta version of a multivendor cryptocurrency marketplace structured on the free open-source Opencart platform. On Discover Market, users can buy and sell goods in cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin (BTC), New York Coin (NYC), Binance Coin (BNB), Ethereum (ETH), Tron (TRX) and Orakulos (ORK). I'd say this is incorrect use of bold font, because I instantly stopped reading.

I guess now I'm a self-made Legendary. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Anybody who has more merits than activity should get a Top Dog|Bitch rank. Let's raise the stakes a bit, and make that more earned Merit than posts made since the introduction of Merit. Not many users have accomplished that! 555- Hoping There ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) I'm friendly today ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif)

Loyce or wife's guess? Absolutely not bearish! But where ya haiku?
Sorry, I dont do haiku. Its not part of my skill set. Google does not help: "Haiku" is a traditional form of Japanese poetry. Haiku poems consist of 3 lines. The first and last lines of a Haiku have 5 syllables and the middle line has 7 syllables. The lines rarely rhyme.

For the past few quarters, I tried my wife's prediction. That didn't work ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif) So now I'm picking one myself: $19,849I know, I feel like a bit of a bear now, but Q4 is too early to reach $50k, so I made a conservative guess.

Thanks again! (yes, I did a ninja edit after posting as fast as I could)

Am I alone in this? I rarely see posts that are completely in bold (probably because I don't read certain boards very often). But there's more to it than not using bold at all: use it wisely! I use bold font quite often, but mainly for headers (see: example), and most of the time only when I'm creating a new topic. It can make your text easier to read when used wisely, just like colors.

Surely there will be lot of good participants in yobit as well I wouldn't count on it: Look at suchmoon's thread: Out of the first 150 usernames, only 36 have more than 10 earned Merit, and only 11 have more than 50 Merit. Although Merit alone doesn't provide conclusive evidence on individual post quality, I think it's pretty clear only a few (maybe 10%, probably less) of the participants have good posts. If the rest is eliminated just like they would have been eliminated in any other Bitcoin paying signature campaign, Yobit can actually end up with some good quality users.

LoyceV has a post or thread on users who get temp bans actively posting again after their bans finished (as I remembered). I think LoyceV has data on this The number of people thinking I'm suchmoon is increasing ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif) He/she/plaguebot may have the same avatar and signature, it's still not me ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) You're looking for Effect of signature bans. By suchmoon ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif)

That's why I don't wear their signature anymore. But, talking about their support, they don't answer on tickets via their website. And try to write yobit.ch in your browser, it will get you to yobit.net.
And...? Anyone can redirect their domains to any website. This is 100% a scam. No questions. It's a good scam though, until I read this I too thought redirecting the domain to their own site must mean they bought it to prevent abuse. The email on the other hand is obviously a scam. You should NEVER trust someone who requires a payment before he can pay you. Didn't millions of emails from Nigerian princes teach you that? ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif)

I don't expect all of them to be banned, but it would be nice if a Mod can at least review all listed accounts. I've made long lists of abusers in the past, but those were mainly low-ranking accounts that could be Nuked by most Mods.
|
|
|
I guarantee you users are reporting posts to forum moderators from users specifically in this campaign. There's an additional reason for doing this: last time, when theymos wiped all Yobit signatures, he also banned (temporary + signature ban) all users who had at least 1 post removed by a moderator while wearing that signature. If theymos is going to take the same measures again, there's an additional "benefit" to reporting their spam posts now.

Hi Loyce. Hi ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif) Can I get a list of users that :
>Have posted at least 10 posts in the Indian board (including any of its child board) in the last 6 months This is suchmoon's thread, not mine, but your request would require scraping many posts on those boards.

Anyone wanna make a merit coin token with me? Will it be airdropped 1 to 1 to all Merit owners on Bitcointalk? ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)

as well as with Loyce It was before you joined:

Doesn't "recent" show only the most recent post in each thread? You're right! Mind blown :O I never knew that. I'll edit the title to my new question: how do I get all posts? This messes up my data projects.
|
|
|
While scraping recent, I noticed I missed some posts. My logs show this: Downloading recent.html 1. userID: 819696 - username: Hypnosis00 - msgID: 52615289 2. userID: 2286354 - username: FrequencyRules058 - msgID: 52615288 3. userID: 662400 - username: kzv - msgID: 52615287 4. userID: 1226689 - username: phoen - msgID: 52615285 5. userID: 93751 - username: ltcdice - msgID: 52615284 6. userID: 947291 - username: Polar91 - msgID: 52615283 7. userID: 2480302 - username: Bullrunking - msgID: 52615282 8. userID: 543165 - username: citronick - msgID: 52615281 9. userID: 2294946 - username: reena024 - msgID: 52615280 10. userID: 1000199 - username: krogothmanhattan - msgID: 52615279 The post ending on 86 this post is missing. I missed another post from the same thread too. I don't have the board on ignore, some other posts in the same thread show up as expected. It's missing from half way the recent-page, and I have the same post missing a few seconds earlier or later too. That means the post was really missing from the page, which makes me think it's a bug in "recent".

I struggle to understand how browsing an external site is more convenient than browsing the actual thread... Everything is on one very big page, that's all.

At NeuroticFish's request, I made this: All posts in the Wall Observer thread in the past 1h, 24h and 7dAll posts in the past 1 hour: WallObserver.tk/1h.html (updated every 3 minutes). All posts in the past 24 hours: WallObserver.tk (updated every 30 minutes). All posts in the past 7 days: WallObserver.tk/7d.html (updated every 2 hours). Domain WallObserver.tk expires a year from now, I'll see by then if anyone uses it. All times are set to Amsterdam time. Limitations: Images still go through Bitcointalk's image proxy, and they don't load when there are too many on one page. In Firefox a fix is to go to the URL-bar a few times, and press Enter. Just "Reload" doesn't help. I'm just leaving it here in case anyone things this is useful ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) If not, please ignore it.

LimitationsI scrape a maximum of 500 pages per topic (sorry Wall Observer). If it's not too much work, maybe you can do something like http://loyce.club/show/178336.html?last=10 to help people catch up easier with the last couple of pages (it can be useful exactly for WO) without killing your scrapper or the browser? And another 80 minutes wasted ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif) How's this: All posts in the Wall Observer thread in the past 1h, 24h and 7dAll posts in the past 1 hour: WallObserver.tk/1h.html (updated every 3 minutes).
