I think there's a phrase for this sort of behavior... You know, accepting money with the promise of providing a service, then keeping the money and blatantly failing to provide the service. Gotta be a term for that...
There's another possible reason for MRY not getting listed... It's real tough for Cryptsy/BigVern to front run a coin when Cryptorush is having liquidity problems and Vern can't withdraw all those MRY he bought. Maybe he's not comfortable adding a coin if he can't front-run it?
