was the bottom in or not? I bought back, then sold again, now buying back... or.. not?!
The bottom was 6200 Been told by who...? By my orders to bottom fish some altcoins. Will never be hit so contra indicator is working Glad to be of service at the costs of about $6 for a BTC transfer to an exchange.

Everyone is so bearish here that the bottom must be IN already.
No, people are still buying and HODLers are still holding. We need panic on high volume. The current bounce to $6xxx is pathetic. More to come.
The best thing to do now is write off your holding, go away and do somthing else for a year or so.
I concur but will not write off my holding. It’s just a game of patience, unless you think crypto is suddenly going away and will be ‘uninvented’. Time to accumulate bigger positions in promising projects while the dirt is shaken out of the markets.

I should have sold at ATH...
True if you had a crystal ball. But you don’t. So thinking like that is self defeating. You are still in the game very early. Crypto is not going away soon and the infrastructure and general awareness is stronger than ever. Even if we have to endure some kind of crypto winter, a next adoption wave ‘bubble’ will be inevitable. This is why the term HODL was invented.

I can’t say I am disappointed with the MTNC/BTC price during these rocky days. It looks like the best days of Masternodecoin are still ahead.
There are about 4-5x more bids $1,000 down from here than asks $1,000 up from here. I guess most of the selling has been done now unless silly sellers really want to see more of their coins going to strong hands.
Apparently there was much more air in the price than suspected, but it ain’t over yet. Prices never move in straight lines, and the Weekly chart is in some serious oversold territory
Remember, for every seller there is a buyer. So someone is buying cheap(er) coins.

So I guess the markets will be more concerned about the progress of cryptocurrency use in real life than the hype of the markets. A useful but dull period (and it will take some time to pick up the real bargains in altcoins). So long, Bitcoin. We will meet again in a few months
But that means downloading and maintaining the whole Blockchain multiple times, right?
Somehow, looking at Bitcoin transactions live is reassuring these days. This thing is alive and well
it's a huge embarassment when companies are choosing other cryptos over btc
No, it’s not.

I think it is all her fault:

A minimum 2 month lingering period seems in the cards indeed. Back to work I guess

And what happened in 2013. Extreme meets extreme

Our hopes remain high

If the chart wave is similar, we could be looking at a BTC low ~$2000 in mid 2020
That’s right around the halvening. I do not see that happening. I’d rather think of a 2013 redux with a new ‘bubble’ after this ‘correction’. The market interest in this phenomenon is just too strong.

While we're watching this, a much larger area of carnage is emerging. US Guvpaper meltdown continuing this morning. Contagion into stawks also. BTC --> $30k. https://i.imgur.com/NBRUKZj.pngCompared to this, crypto is just a firecracker in a hot pan

Times are hard for the whole market.
Times are cheap. Cheap investment in proven projects that will grow big in the future. Or do you think that sending ‘value’ over the Internet without intermediaries will be ‘uninvented’ soon? Is it crypto fluctuating, or fiat?

This what came out of the site, Jesus christ, Are they trolling us now?
It’s your own mind that does the trolling.
