Oo, ninja bears. Like a mini-boss.

So YOU say.
We know Rampion dixit'ed it, but we have no idea what ipse did!  Roll Eyes

You don't wish to know the things Ipse gets up to with Tinky Winky, Laa-laa and Po when the cameras are off.
1762  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: December 12, 2016, 11:20:53 PM
Not really, we will go to ATH (around $1200) with no real resistance and then we go exponential for a relatively short time before the crash - like it always happened. I've witnessed this shit three times already Cheesy

Ipse dixit, huh.
1763  Economy / Speculation / Re: rpietila Wall Observer - the Quality TA Thread ;) on: December 12, 2016, 11:07:04 PM
Just checking in.  Seems like the energy has left bitcointalk.org.

I'd probably tell myself some similar lie if I turned my back on something.

Let's not see 777 become the new 666 Tongue
The 666 from 2014 or the 666 from 2016?

I was thinking of 2016, but I guess the devil has many aspects.

I see you have decided to compound one mistake with another.
1767  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: December 09, 2016, 11:41:07 AM
Who creates the polls for this thread? Cause they are awful. Why would you say next Friday instead of a specific date. Next Friday changes every week.  Huh Huh

This seems to come up every other page, but Adam (the OP) lost access to his account, so that poll is going to stick for eternity until the situation changes.

I used to use them for a while and then when I sent a translator in France a payment for a translation for a job I was (legitimately) doing in French about Moscow and I put a reference 'Moscow translation' on the payment it was held up for ages, I complained and they asked (extensively) what it was for, why I was doing it etc.

I said it was a transfer of funds in Euros - exactly what they were advertising was 'easy' with their service. They were suspicious because of the use of the word 'Moscow' that it was a breach of Russian trade embargoes / money laundering etc. which was ridiculous.

They refused this legitimate (and totally legal) money transfer for UK to France totally and so I never used them again, and I never will.

One day, I will do all of this in Bitcoin - right now, realitstically I can't, but it's not long way off.  No one else can offer these legitimate payments without excessive charges and / or 'questions' about 'why ' a person wants to do it.

They are resisting the tide along with all the others.  This is why crypto will win and fiat banks will lose in the long run.

Long live frictionless, cheap transfer of money across borders. Long live BTC.

Another great example of the limitations of their system, where permission must be sought, and where one's money is not truly one's own.
1769  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: December 09, 2016, 12:10:28 AM
they have to keep their banking relationships happy. that outweighs anything to do with bitcoin. i think i read somewhere them saying good things about bitcoin but they had to stop dealing with it.

Really? I'm sure the CEO said the opposite - that Bitcoin was dead and that nobody uses it.
1770  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: December 08, 2016, 10:48:04 AM
I agree (up until we've passed the ATH, that is).

But that's a good thing... the harder some try to hold this thing down, the more power we have later for the rocket.

Indeed. The slower the rise above $1150 the better in a sense.
1771  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: December 07, 2016, 07:37:38 PM
Edit: and how about https://transferwise.com/? Seems a great solution for remittances!

I used these jokers back in 2013 to wire money to Bitstamp as it was cheaper, until, lo and behold they banned deposits to all Bitcoin exchanges. If you trigger a hidden threshold, you also have to supply ID.
1772  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH under 10$!!! on: December 07, 2016, 06:19:48 PM
ETH will go up again very soon within few days we will see this it will gain $10 price level. ETH is more than just normal cryptocurrency that is platform. Price already got recover when it reached around $5 but slowly moving up.

For now the destination probably lies above, but don't kid yourself, breaking below $7 is massive. Lower lows are all too possible in due course.
1773  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH price soaring. Are you going to move some BTC into ETH? on: December 06, 2016, 05:47:20 PM
This could be the cause: https://twitter.com/tensorjack/status/806084099202945024

If this is true (at least partially) then a huge bounce can happen with so many shorts in the .009 and .01 area...

Yeah, I saw that. I wouldn't ascribe too much of ETH's fall to just that one guy, but 760K is certainly a possible bottom for now.
1774  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [REP] Augur speculation on: December 06, 2016, 01:05:43 PM
I don't see how some guy getting hacked would irreparably damage REP's rep. It's a short-term episode.
1775  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH price soaring. Are you going to move some BTC into ETH? on: December 06, 2016, 01:03:08 PM
Finally seeing some volume...

$REP whale hacked  Grin

Yep, seems to be - https://twitter.com/tensorjack/status/806084099202945024

Wish I'd have some bids further down the order book. 10k was a definite buy Shocked

Given a choice between being a slave to Zionist bankers or getting rid of them even though it might require breaking some "holy" tenets of political correctness in the process, most non-cuckold males have an easy choice.  Not sure about you guys though.  You seem to have framed your question in a manner where you believe it's normal to commit suicide before inconveniencing someone else's feelings no matter how outrageous of actions they do.  You've demonstrated the stereotypical cuckold thought process perfectly.

Maybe, given the choice, you should get rid of all of us too, as we stand incorrigibly in your path.

Mandatory Javascript - Satoshi is shaking his head in disappointment.  Undecided
1779  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH price soaring. Are you going to move some BTC into ETH? on: December 03, 2016, 10:48:24 AM
I'm not shorting ETH at these prices really, too risky, the money was already made shorting it from above 0.02...now the tide will change. Bitcoin will touch $800 (even $820-850) and then dump, mark my words. ETH can still go to 600-800k during this time.

By sell the rebound, I don't mean shorting, but buying the big red candle preceding it. Perhaps I'll miss the bottom, but I'm not going to fish for it in a gentle, almost orderly decline. Show me the whites of their eyes - then I will act.

The chart on Bitcoin looks good to $1000 to me, though I can't deny the possibility for dumps with Segwit activation. Shall I carve your words in stone? Probably not. Tongue
1780  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH price soaring. Are you going to move some BTC into ETH? on: December 02, 2016, 10:00:50 PM
Well it was hit on all fronts, dao, attacks, hacks, forks...I think if it hits $7 it would be a good time to start buying if you are not already accumulating already. The reason is that this is the long trendline from before the DAO. Yes it can go to $5-6 depending on BTC rally but to me that's a steal. It all comes down to long term potential and BTC can't be the only blockchain ruling the world, they complement each other perfectly and the market will eventually react to that.

Plus, BTC will be dumping soon, not sure what's the top but we are very close, when that happen you will see ETH shorts getting rekt and the bounce will be epic to 150k and above (it could still come down after that though).

Nope, not accumulating. That's a sucker's game at this point imho. Waiting for the big move, as I said recently, with the intention of selling the rebound.

I do not share your bearish views on Bitcoin.
