Companies including online shop are not adopting bitcoin now because of its volatility and for them to adopt bitcoin it most be stable. Bitcoin is the best form of money and because is the best form of money it most be money like. Many of us are treating bitcoin as stocks and commodities and using bitcoin as an investment opportunities but bitcoin should be see first as money and as a mode of payment for good and services. We undermine the value of bitcoin as money if we use it as stocks or commodities.

This is just a thought that occurred to me while reading some posts around here, feel free to discuss it or even criticize it. So if we want Bitcoin to rise in the future, we need it to crash first and many wannabe traders to sell off their coins at a loss when the price is low. If people don't close their positions in panic now and just wait out bad times, they simply won't let prices grow later because they will get out whenever the price rises just enough for them. But if they fix their losses, they will no longer have bitcoins to record minor profits and thus drag the price down in the future. As a consequence, the price can surge higher without a lot of selling pressure at bigger figures when the hype and buying frenzy begins anew.
The bottom line is that it is kinda required for Bitcoin to crash occasionally for the prices to rise higher eventually.
You really understand how the game is being played out and of a truth we need both the bears and the Bulls to keep this market growing and progressing. If bitcoin don't get dump we would not buy bitcoin at the right price and and sell high in other to make profits and vice Vasa. |

Nice to hear this and hope we see this some days to come. We should buy now in other to be part of this the next push. I am happy I am still holding and hope to make profits in days to come. Many articles are out there which said bitcoin is death and many said bitcoin is not going to push up again when it fall below $7,000 last week. I read a story today from my local newspaper that "bitcoin has droped 60% of it value and it might not rise again " but I say in my mind that this is a lie and bitcoin is now prepared to make it best bullish trends pattern ever.

I do use boligo band and relatively strength index trading tools to analyze the state of the market during my trading of forex and commodities. In day trading one has to be very fast and caculative if you actually want to make it. Most time you will need to always be on alert if not you will lose a lot of trading opportunities. If you are good in spotting pattern using candlesticks you can also apply the same knowledge you have from long-term trading to day trading. |

While browsing some online articles, I came across the mentioning of a book by noble laureate Friedrich Hayek, called "The Denationalization of Money". In it, Hayek argues against central banks issuing money and advocates the adoption of private money, not too dissimilar to what Bitcoin was designed as.
Interestingly, Hayek's book was published in 1976! At that point in time, only few people took the idea seriously.
If you know of some other visionary publications that "predicted" some aspects of this new world of cryptos, I would love to hear about it.
"Denationalization of money" is the whole idea behind bitcoin and the blockchain technology. Bitcoin idea take jobs from bankers and destroy the usefulness of central bank which has created more financial problems than it ought to done! I'm currently a user of MyCrypto (aka MEW) and never touched anything else. I want to know what are your thoughts on Mist and MetaMask? I'm not planning to use them for ETH only, I will be using ERC20 tokens too.
I have never tried trying mist and metamask since I come into cryptocurrencies. Myetherwallet has been doing very well for me and most time I believe that Myetherwallet provide for me the features of other ethereum wallets providers. I think using Myetherwallet to hold other erc20 token are also good and you should be able to get all you want there. |

Ok people, those concerned with AMM issue read carefully. At the end of this message will be the link to cyber crimes report form of HONG KONG police. Finally, somebody is going to a good way, but that alone will not be enough, I still think that hiring a lawyer and reporting the case to the police is the best solution, the problems is, this will also take time once these guys are anonymous, not even physical office do not have, and it is unbelievable that an exchange that makes so much money can not have their own physical office or the reason why these exchange do not have physical office is because they simply do not want to take on responsibilities?
Now it's time to have balls and speak up.

Depending on how you see them but I think litecoin and ethereum are good and you can actually choose from any of them for investment. If you are a seasonal trader I think there are other new coins that may give you high return in a short time than bitcoin, ethereum and litecoin. I dont know did you watch or not, Cliff High published a video on Youtube where he said that Bitcoin will reach 64k price till mid April 2018. I am not sure if it is possible or not but in my opinion price makers wont let the Chinese investors to buy bitcoin such a cheap price like 7k-8k USD. I am really curious what people on here think about that ?
Can this be a sign that I also have contact with universal mind as I had a dream that bitcoin get to $64,000! I think this is going to come into reality as many of us have said something hear and most time the come to pass. If bitcoin is going to get to $64,000 then I will advise those that bought bitcoin at $19,000 last December and did not opportune to sell should hold there coins until bitcoin get back at it feat before selling them. I will said coinsbase will actually stand the clash as the amount of capital there holding is large and in the event of clash you will need such amount to be able to pay the investors or traders.bitstamp can also hold a big dump and I have been enjoying this exchanger platforms for long time. If Bitcoin have to remain viable in the world economic then these two exchange including poloniex has to remaining strong.

Indeed LTC is a quick supplement of BTC, I've too used LTC quite often to transfer assets between wallets.
But I don't think LTC and BTC are investment coins with profit in mind.
That is why many of us has invested in bitcoin and litecoin with the aims of making profit and not using them as money. Bitcoin and blickchain technology was mostly discovered to replace the financial systems we have now in future. I believe a lot need to be done in other to educate people about bitcoin and litecoin and to tell them that if you really want to make good profits from your investment in future you have to invest in tokens which was purposely made for that. |

Ethereum has done very well and I think it has outperform bitcoin in so many ways. I have been following the development in bitcoin pricing and we have been trying to invest in those coins that had a potential to grow In future and invest in it. Bitcoin though is having some bearish moment I believe bitcoin has most high potential to grow more than any other coins because almost all the structure of cryptocurrencies. |

My formal boss said to me that he got the most disappointing of his life in investing into cryptocurrency and I told him if you can hold, you will recover what He has loss because I strongly believe that bitcoin has that capacities to go up in future but people are selling now because of panic that has been created by cryptocurrencies enemies and they are pumping the fear on social media and others media house.
