The Canelo - GGG fight is still worth having and GGG should still consider Canelo, this guy beat him and it reflects on his record and legacy that Canelo beat him, he is in the twilight of his career, so it's better to have one last fight that will redeem that loss, Even if the money is not that huge, he should consider giving it to the community because that's what the boxing community ask and it's been a long time. If this planned Canelo-GGG trilogy pushes through, I think Canelo would beat GGG badly. Basing my prediction on their last performances, GGG though he won but that is not very convincing for me and I have observed that he is not anymore the young GGG that almost beat Canelo while Canelo has still that sharp uppercut and those body punches that could hurt GGG. This trilogy would just be a retirement fee of some sort for GGG as we all know that father time is catching upon him. |

For today's game against Vietnam, the handicap is -33.5 @1.84, a very high handicap but I think it can be covered as basketball is not the sport that Vietnam does love. Unfortunately, Vietnam got it covered as the PH won by 28 points. Can't really trust that high spread when playing against the host country. PH team just toys them that's why every play isn't serious at the end. It is called garbage time that's why Vietnam was able to cover the spread. It should be over 50 points lead if the PH remains serious until the final buzzer. Yup, unfortunately, Gilas didn't cover the spread. Same here, if Donaire could time perfectly that counter left hook flush on Inoue's chin, there's a chance that the former will knockout Inoue. Backing Donaire in this fight but I'm not expecting so much as Inoue will also be preparing hard on this fight because he already knows the capability of his opponent as he already tasted that left hook that almost sent him down so expect him to be avoiding those as long as possible. |

I surely hope so that Donaire have another strategy this time because he should know that getting into a toe-to-toe fight with Inoue is certainly not a good idea at all. I think his only choice is to pull a KO on the early rounds so that his chances to defeat the latter will somehow increase and be smart not to exhaust all stamina and energy he needed in the following rounds of the fight because that is where the monster will go for him just like in the last fight.
Most of us here who followed Donaire already know how lethal that counter left hook of his which I think will still be his weapon of choice, he only needs to land it at the perfect timing and you are right, he needs to watch that gas tank of his so that he still has some left in the championship rounds which is very critical for both fighters as either one of them will go for that knockout. |

I think Warriors is on the mission to come back to the finals again so I might be rooting for them for this series. However, I would also like to see how good Luka is on leading his team to the finals or win the finals early of his career. They said Luka is the next LeBron who can carry a team to become a playoff caliber team. But If Luka and the Mavs wins it all this year, I'll have to believe that Luka is better than LeBron.
If Luka can lead these young Mavericks to the Finals this year then for me he is better than Lebron James because Luka never talks to the front office that he needs these kinds of players to help him or he never joined a team to form a big3, something like that hehe. This is a very interesting series considering that the Warriors have been exposed by the Grizzlies, I mean even if the Grizzlies are young but they still give the Warriors one hell of a fight, how much more with these bigger and gutsy Mavericks. I'm a Warrior fan but seeing how Luka and the rest of the Mavs performed, I'm afraid that they will be eliminated by the latter in the coming days, hoping here that I'm wrong. |

For Charlo vs Castano, what a ending, Charlo proving himself in this fight. And Castano's reaction to the left hook was delayed, but obviously it had some power behind because after that his legs is gone and Charlo finishes him for good with that left hook again, body shot for the 2nd knock down.
On that first knockdown, it was obvious that the fight was over because as what you have said, Castano's legs were gone, and yet the referee let the latter continue to fight, only to be punished more  . I was fortunate on not betting on this fight because I could have chosen Castano because I felt that this guy has the tools to beat Charlo but it seems that Charlo got the better of him tonight. |

Phoenix Suns - simple lang ang rason dito, walang natatalo sa homecourt nila kaya go Phoenix na ako rito hehe. Sana lang hindi ito maging dikit na laban dahil every shot is a pressure shot kaya mas pabor dito ng kaunti ang Phoenix kasi nakaranas na sila ng ganitong sitwasyon last year.

Another shocker for me is Shaun Ildefonso landing on the 10th pick by Rain Or Shine, he could have been picked by Converge as his father is one of the assistant coaches of the team hehe. |

Crypto use in gambling in the Philippines is a scenario far from reality as of the moment because it is only a few people who are aware that cryptocurrency exists and besides, internet connection in the PH is one of the slowest in the world. The question of whether gambling should be allowed on cockfighting is a secondary thing, the point here is that government should ban the sport itself. When there will be no cockfighting, there can't be any gambling on it.
Gambling in cockfights has long been there in the Philippines for a long time, it was even said that it already exists during the Spain colonization. The one that is banned is the online betting of cockfights because people in the PH can already bet anytime and anywhere they want, too easy to bet that it leads to the destruction of some of the families as some individuals lack the discipline/control that it goes out of hand. Well, we can expect that because PBA are looking for a good prospect, star players in the universities. A good example is Robert Bollick from UP, he has already become a star player in the PBA because he excel right away during his first season, so maybe we will see the same, and hopefully, they will be drafted in a weak teams to help them.
If I'm not wrong Robert Bolick is from San Beda of NCAA not from UP though i don't know where he go to school during his high school years. Speaking of PBA draft, looks like this year's drafting is one of the shallowest ever because many players opted out of the draft like Justine Baltazar who pulled out his draft application because he will be playing in the Japan B league. Justine Baltazar was one of those player whom Blackwater is eyeing to be their number 1 pick. |
