Actually i did it manually as you suggested, export and import one key at a time because i didn't like the idea on "moving" wallet.dat via internet.
MedaR, so the export and import via the software does not working well?
When you add beckup wallet file in swing wallet, list of address should appear if wallet is sync at 100% it should show balance. Manually moving wallet.dat is maybe simplest way.
We will check it out if problems exists, meanwhile you can open an issue in the swing wallet github. Ivan looks at that and answers it. |

Hi Devs
I am mining ZenCash but I am facing a problem with Swing Wallet version 0.73.1 for windows.
In the procedure of backing up the wallet and restore it to a new installation, the restore does now work at all.
It says that restore has been completed but the address tab is having only the default wallet and not the restored one.
So backup is useless
Can you please suggest what should I do

Did you saved wallet.dat ? If you did, then you should manually do copy-pasting wallet.dat on this location. For windows wallet.dat can be find it here - > AppData\Roaming\Zen For linux the equivalent of /appdata/roaming/Zen is ~/.zen For MAC the equivalent of /appdata/roaming/Zen is ~/Library/Application Support/ Always save copy of your wallet.dat on safe location so if something goes wrong, you can do this manually. |

Hi. I remember that devs promised SmartReward from 28 Oct... Today 31 Oct - where are SmartRewards?
Oh, and vtw, why my wallet is out of sync EVERY DAY? I have to delete ALL data, start launcher, wait about 4-5 hours to sync, than replace wallet.dat with my own....and after couple hours it's out of sync again!
And I'm doing it every single day! WTF guys? Is it normal?
What wallet do you using? What system do you have? For example i have win 7 64 sp1 and never had any problems with Swing wallet. SmartReward - You mean reward from beta testings? Or? This was only mentioned and will be discussed about, never been promised. |

The current logo is no doubt the best. Do not change it:)!
I like the current ZEN logo too. Please keep this one, devs getting so much controversy. First, no logo is ever so set in stone that it can't be swapped out when something better comes along.
That said, we need a new logo that we own the trademark to, that's the main purpose for redoing it. That's why we launched a new logo competition months ago: we had the community submit designs and we ran a parallel 99designs competition. There was a vote and what we see now was the result.
We held off on implementing bc some people wanted another chance to come up with something better. We had some members run independent (and more expensive) 99designs campaigns, we've had awesome pro designers submit expensive sketches, and nothing made everyone happy; nor did it make majority happier than the one you saw in the slides yesterday.
Of course, our community has grown a ton since we did that original competition, and we can keep this channel open for continued improvements that we can adopt at any point; as of right now, we need a new logo, not having one has held up broader rebranding Rob Viglione |

Can i still recieve my ZEN for Zclassic chain split? Let me know how I can go about doing this please
1. For recovering ZEN balance from ZCL, just swap the wallet.dat file from the ZCL wallet to the ZEN wallet, or you could "dumpprivkey" for each address with a balance in ZCL and "importprivkey" for each of those to your ZEN wallet. 2. Go to https://myzenwallet.io/ -> Settings -> load wallet -> Load your wallet.dat your should be able to access your ZEN. Always save a copy of wallets (Wallet.dat) and private keys on safe location before you take any action! |

I have never been able to get the swing wallet up and running on Zen. I have it up and running on Zcash and Hush though?
