181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POOL] Mining Pool Hub - Multipool. Multialgo, Auto Exchange to any coin. on: November 29, 2017, 11:44:35 AM
Hi,
I have mining almost a week now but I see the reported hashrates on the website for the zcoin that I am mining is really off.
It is reporting for one of my workers that I have 6 MH/s when in fact I am mining at 12.

Why is it displaying 1/2 my hashing rate?

Sure a few hours it goes up to 10 or whatnot, WHY THE INCONSISTENCY?

What the hell are you doing? Throttling data?

What miner are you using?

I am using the new ccminer from djm here:
https://github.com/djm34/ccminer-msvc2015/releases/

reporting hashrate: https://imgur.com/a/5okQc

Actual hashrate:  https://imgur.com/a/YUDya

Why am I losing 1/2 my hashrate?

Look at the daily graphs on MiningPoolHub instead as the pool estimates the speed from share submissions.

That's the best miner; they fixed the share submission problem but there is still a problem with what it's reporting.

Your shares are being sent to the pool but the miner is calculating something wrong.
Sgminer works fine so you need to keep reporting the bug to DJM34 regarding Ccminer.

Which executable is better for nvidia cards the ccminer.exe or the ccminer_cuda9.exe one?
( at the sane file location https://github.com/djm34/ccminer-msvc2015/releases/ ) ?

Hey guys, i am new to Zcoin mining and have a question.

Whats the best/optimum overclock settings for gtx 1080?

I am mining with 6x 1080 with the following settings:
power limit: 90
core clock: +135
mem clock: -200

I am getting around 12.15mh/s, thats ~2025 kh/s per card. I read here ppl get ~2200 kh/s per card.

Thank you.
Hi, I have 6x1080 Gigabyte g1,14mh/s, the settings are:
power limit: 100
core clock: +130
mem clock: 0
Customize bat:ccminer-x64 -a lyra2z -o stratum+tcp://europe.lyra2z-hub.miningpoolhub.com:20581 -u XXX.workername -p x --submit-stale -i 22

One question, why use the ccmine-x64 one instead of the ccminer.exe one?

Some mining tool upgrade, need a new tool to get faster speed. Is only a matter of the representation of program, you can modify this said, as long as you can set the corresponding program in the 'bat' file.

Thx for your reply,I am using the ccminr.exe file at this location:
https://github.com/djm34/ccminer-msvc2015/releases/

Also which executable is faster for nvidia cards? the ccminer_cuda9.exe or the ccminer.exe file?

Can you give me the location where you are using yours instead?
Which one is newer / better / faster?
183  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: Suprnova's XZC ZCoin Pool - Which fork do you want to mine? on: November 29, 2017, 09:25:44 AM
Hey guys,
just started mining on supernova pool.
What difficulty should I choose for 1 GPU 1080 system and  8 x 070 system from below:

GPU-Ports: 1596, 1569 (high diff)
CPU/GPU-Ports: 1598 (low diff)
CPU-Port-Super-Low-Diff: 1599 (very, very slow CPU's)

Also I tried connecting tot he following ports but the do not seem to work:
  APAC Host: xzc-apac.suprnova.cc & xzc-cn.suprnova.cc (same ports)

So for now I am using the main one in US I am guessing.

Regards

Ok here is the graph of the 1080:

It seems to be consistently under 1500,  Never goes above it.
So your saying the miner is showing a wrong figure of 2000?

Hey guys I'm using auto exchange for the first time. I sent a bit of dash over to be switched to btc but on my balances page it doesn't even show it to be on the exchange...Just looks like it disappeared, is this normal?

Check Balances page. You will see coin distribution status.
https://miningpoolhub.com/?page=account&action=balances

Thanks for adding zencash was waiting for it long time ...

Now Its time to add hush(zdash) Wink

Yeah adding coins one by one.

Yesterday I made registration on zcoin pool but can't login, didn't receive verification email or something like that, is there anybody who can help me?

Contact your situation to contact@miningpoolhub.com
Yeah, I'm this pool's op. I can help you.

Tell me what email you registered and what username you inserted.

I wonder if the auto switch for the baikal giant x10 works correctly? It seems that it switches often to digibyte-Skein not considering, that the hashrate for Skein algorithm is only 5 GH/s instead of 10 GH/s.

Could you please check this?

Hashrate doesn't matter. It switches according to profitability.

Hello,

I am new to mining pool hub and lately was trying to trace out transactions in different statuses, though it was not obvious to me what different status means and how do transactions travel from one to another.

On balance sheet I have

Coin   - Feathercoin
Credited  - 0
Credited for AutoExchange   - 0.12132133 (1.74801426)
On Exchange - 0.02228970

On Exchange I understand my share being exchanged now.

Credited for AutoExchange, I don't get two values, what does mean the one in brackets?

And just "Credited"?

How Can I understand what amount was already exchanged and contributed to BTC(as auto exchange currency) , and what amount is approaching for exchange. And what is total Earned on Feathercoin for all time.

All newly mined coins go into "Credited" or "Credited for Auto Exchange"

if you have set auto exchange coin and your selected coin is exchangeable from current mining coin, then coin will go into "Credited for Auto Exchange". Others will go into Credited.

Here's simple coin exchange process.
e.g.)
eth -> btc.
ETH - Credited for Auto Exchange (unconfirmed) -> ETH - Credited for Auto Exchange (confirmed) -> ETH - On Exchange -> BTC - Credited

You can see mined amount from Feathercoin's dashboard.

And copy to problem mentioned above, my latest ccminers by djm34 shows 13,64Mh/S, however dashboard on MPH only 8Mh/s..

Again shows the wrong hash.
Why such a mistake?
Because of this, and less coins when mining is obtained.
Yesterday was normal, but the day before yesterday, too, such a mistake, a heshret on the pool more than a coin all day was.

It's not mistake thing from pool.
sgminer doesn't have such problem. Only ccminer nvidia users are experiencing this issue.

Also check Graphs page than dashboard if you want to check hashrate.
Graphs page takes one hour to calculate your average hashrate and dashboard takes only few minutes.
Graphs page is slower to show your actual hashrate but shows accurate hashrate than dashboard.

All the same, no one knows the mind at the pool hash is higher than the network.

Pool Hash Rate   106,682.481 MH/s
Current Difficulty   13247.528593108
Est. Avg. Time per Round (Network)   9 minutes 10 seconds
Est. Avg. Time per Round (Pool)   8 minutes 53 seconds
Est. Shares this Round   211960 (done: 76.63%)
Next Network Block   62265    (Current: 62264)
Last Block Found   62263
Time Since Last Block   7 minutes 25 seconds

It's just estimation, so it's not reliable.
Actually pool often founds more block than daily expected blocks.

Pool found 157 blocks, 144 blocks were expected for 24 hours.

Just to show it does not go unnoticed from myself, some appreciation is due for the recent, much and long needed additions:

Thank you, MPH, for opening ZEN and BTG pools! Great work, indeed!

You're welcome!

Thank you for feedback and suggestions  Grin

Nice to see BTG pool... but I have been mining on it on auto-switch (for however long auto switch kicked in)  and I have not gotten a single payout from it yet?  I am running 10 x GTX 1060 6gb cards.. so should be getting SOMETHING... anyone else having problems?  Or is it only paid out once a block is found?

Thanks!

Pool hashrate is not that big. That's why it needs some time to find a block.
Pool found few blocks now so I believe you've got some. It will get better when hashrate increases.

Hi thank you for your long explanation but you did not answer a simple question.
What does the bracketed value mean under the Credit for Auto exchange mean?
( as opposed to the one under the SAME column that is not in brackets? )
190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: NEMOSMINER multi algo profit switching NVIDIA miner on: November 24, 2017, 07:07:42 AM
Hi,
on one of my rigs which is Japanese Windows 10 I am getting an error reading the NemosMiner-v2.2.ps1 file.
When I open it in Notepad it shows some garbage characters near the join statement for example:
join 倒・ + ・$・ $Miner_Index_Combo | ForE

BUT when I open this file on my other English Windos 10 rig, it does not show these funny characters.  Hence I cannot run neominer on this rig.
I installed the English language, I delete Japanese from the settings of Windows 10 on the Jap rig but still I see this garbage characters within the file.

So for now I have to manually run the script and check on my other English PC what is the most profitable coin / algo is at Mining Pool Hub.

Does anyone have any idea how I can fix this?

Just wanted to know what your experience with it is?

Has anyone tried https://miningpoolhub.com?

I am using them now for mining on my PC with 8 x nvidia 1070's.
When I get my D3's I am thinking of connecting to them.

Cheaper only 0.9% and mines most profitable coins and pays in whatever currency you want.
Currently getting paid in Bitcoin, mining ZCOIN making $30.00 a day.

I tried to set up the coin switching miner on my Nvidia rig but the guide sucks, I might be willing to pay someone to configure it. I would like to get paid in Dash for GPU mining.

Sure i can help you set it up. Just use Nemo miner and your set.
I won't charge you for this free service, haha

Follow this guide:

I had the same problem,
You have to find a closer server to you.
I was showing only 6, but now its showing 14 because I changed servers from Asia to Europe ( to europe only 7 ms ping, Asia was 114ms, US was 200ms )
Try it out.
197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: NEMOSMINER multi algo profit switching NVIDIA miner on: November 23, 2017, 02:37:21 AM

Why is it adding  .ID=NemosMiner-v2.2 to the end of my username?
That's why my worker is screwed up on the website, it adds this unknown worker there.

Can anyone help?
Easy enough.  Edit the NemosMiner-v2.2.ps1 file and replace  [String]$WorkerName = "ID=NemosMiner-v2.2",  with  [String]$WorkerName = "",

See if that works.

[edit]
Actually, you might not even have to do that.  First try adding the -WorkerName parameter to the command in startminingpoolhub.bat.

powershell -version 5.0 -noexit -executionpolicy bypass -windowstyle maximized -command "&.\NemosMiner-v2.2.ps1 -SelGPUEWBF '0,1' -SelGPUCC '0,1' -Currency USD -Passwordcurrency BTC -interval 120 -Username nemo -Workername miningpoolhub -Location US -PoolName miningpoolhub -Type nvidia -Algorithm cryptonight,keccak,lyra2z,skein,equihash,groestl,MyriadGroestl,Lyra2RE2,neoscrypt -Donate 5 -WorkerName Mining1070

[2nd edit]
I take it back, you'll probably have to use the original change.  The second one seems to add it to the password parameter (which works for zpool).

.earl

Thank you, actually there was already -workername there pointing to miningpoolhub, I did not know what this was, so I left it alone.
198  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: NEMOSMINER multi algo profit switching NVIDIA miner on: November 23, 2017, 01:42:07 AM
Hi,
I figured out why the miner worker is incorrect on the miningpoolhub website.
For some reason when I execute the command to run all algos it runs this one:

 Bin\NVIDIA-TPruvotcuda9\ccminer.exe -a lyra2z -o stratum+tcp://us-east.lyra2z-hub.miningpoolhub.com:17025 -u fynxgloire.Mining1070.ID=NemosMiner-v2.2 -p x -d
                                               0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7

In the miningpoolhub.ps1 file in the Pools directory for this line: User = '$UserName.$WorkerName' according top the above executed code it is using this string:
-u fynxgloire.Mining1070.ID=NemosMiner-v2.2
This is wrong, it should be only:
-u fynxgloire.Mining1070

Why is it adding  .ID=NemosMiner-v2.2 to the end of my username?
That's why my worker is screwed up on the website, it adds this unknown worker there.

Can anyone help?
199  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: NEMOSMINER multi algo profit switching NVIDIA miner on: November 22, 2017, 05:55:38 PM
I have 2 questions, which file do I use and how can I incorporate this into nemosMiner ( or how can I make nemosminer use this new up to date latest build ? )
Need to use a faster client, the simplest is to create additional file in the folder "Miners" for example CcminerLyra2Z, just copy any other and changes it.
In the file need to change 2 lines (need to remove the space .exe) + to activate the algorithm:
Code:
$Path = ".\Bin\NVIDIA-Lyra2Z\ccminer_cuda9.exe"
$Uri = "https://github.com/djm34/ccminer-msvc2015/releases/download/v0.2.1/ccminer_cuda9. exe"
Code:
"lyra2z" = " -d $SelGPUCC" #Lyra2z

You can create 2 different file and learn which of these customers has the worst speed than the client from TPruvot =)

I just manually copied the new EXE file into the directory directly and renamed the old file ( as backup if things go haywire).
My reported Hashrates at miningpoolhub.com went from 6 to over 13!
I am not sure if it also was because I am using the US server instead of the Asia one, but I am good at 13.17 Hashrate now.
Thx for the tip

Sorry to say but this MulIPool miner is absolute garbage, I spent 2 days trying to get this thing to run stable on my system.
After windows blocked the miner program from accessing my video card, I finally gave up.
I had to manually copy dll's from here and there, followed all the instructions, then all sorts of issues.
I never had any issues with NeoMiner autoswitching program.
Going back to that one.
Good riddance

LOL no such thing as downloading DLLs. V2.7.0.1 works perfectly, check the issues section on GitHub. Keep spreading the FUD. That miner is my code as well. Cool

I installed this on a complete newly upgraded to Windows Anniversary Edition 10 64 bit.
Trust me, its not good.
This is from one fellow developer to another ( me to you )
You need to install your code on a complete new PC and go step by step, you will see the missing holes.
Running this program even resulted in the miners (Claymore, ewbf, etc. ) only recognizing 7 out of my 8 graphics cards, YET all 8 are visible in device manager.
Plus your searching my whole damn hard drive and copying whole directories into your Bin directory ( including files and scripts that are not even required for your program to run )  Kind of like a virus.
Hey man, I would use it if it were stable, but not in its present form, no way.
