I am sorry guys but I sold all of my MNE. I tried to hold out for as long as I could but I am planning on buying some MNE once it is something like $3.2
I am confident that there is going to be a big dump of MNE on the ICO date since all of us are just speculators. We never have any intention of using MNE and we just have it because we want to sell it. The same goes with ART.
The current price of $4.14 will not hold as it will get event lowers.
I am not trying to spread FUD here, I am just saying what everyone is thinking. We all made a mistake, we should have sold when it was high and bought again when the price crashed. Lesson learned.
I tried to believe but 1 day before the ICO start the dev going quite just broke my heart. I so wanted to believe but I can't believe like this.
Man, I wish I had your 100% accurate crystal ball, I would be rich as hell! You're actually not saying what everyone is thinking, you're saying what YOU ARE THINKING. The truth is, this project barely has legs it's so young and undeveloped. You are not investing in what the project is now, you're not investing to create your own token on minereum. You invest for what you think the project will become and you invest in the possibilities, this is crypto it's all a risk but for some reason I really think Minereum and Artemine are well worth the risk. I think the ICO being under the radar is quite appropriate for this project, what would the developer be hyping so much? He's still getting the project off the ground! I think the ICO may be premature but I also think it's a great opportunity for anyone who sees value in the project. If you don't see any value, then get out but for god's sakes don't say you're speaking for all of the investors, you just sound like an asshole. |

Getting listed in bigger exchanges has zero benefit, except to short-term traders to flip their token.
I think BAT is the perfect example of this, listed on Liqui at the start and 5 days later trading opened on Bittrex only to see the price tank about 50%. Just because there's higher volume doesn't always mean higher prices, but it definitely helps get the word out and the project circulating through more hands to give it a better chance at a higher value. |

I have to ask this, isn't Artemine relying on Ethereum mining which will still require energy/resources to mine in order for Artemine to have any function at all? Correct. You need ETH miners for the self mining smart contract to work. So it's really not energy/resources efficient, in fact, it's less so than any-other coin that distributes all of their coins at the start. Artemine is really the least eco friendly ETH based token since you constantly need ETH miners for the self mining of the coin. A self mining coin does have it's benefits though, such as incentivising people to hold the coin vs sale it since you can always mine more coins. Not sure if that's a must buy feature though. Well, I'm investing in Artemine for the token creation/ICO factory and how they're mainstreaming that entire process. The self mining/genesis feature is, as you said, beneficial for the strength of the community and protection from any massive dumps. |

exactly Bittrex is necessary It'll be on Bittrex soon, they won't want to miss all the WTC revenue. Patience I typically doubt Bittrex adding projects, however, their interest specifically in new Asian crypto projects makes me think WTC actually has a shot. Between NEO, Quantum and AdEx I think we will see WaltonCoin on Bittrex as well as many other exchanges. Very confident in this project, the developers are smart but not arrogant and forging business relationships under the radar. This will be a top 50 project by 2018! |

no communication days before the announcement. worrying  That's what they've always done, it'd be shocking to me to see 10.000 MNE get burned on the first day Why shocking? I will burn 2.000 MNE alone to get ARTE and know couple of people with same ammount and even more that believe in this project. Dev never communicated very well but he always delivered so keep cool. He never communicated because it wasn't necessary. An ICO is meant to increase FOMO with the community and to reward early investors. If no one knows about it except for the original MNE investors, this project won't reach its full potential. I'd be a lot more happy if they postponed the ICO until the end of september, but either way I'll be investing I don't agree with this at all, the best way to reward early investors is to make a great project that will grow over time. I have no interest in a FOMO rally at the start of a project, look at what happened to BAT, it tripled in a weekend and then plummeted to where it's at now and did no one any good. Now let's look it Bitconnect and Veritaseum, completely under the radar at the beginning but has a great concept, vision and platform that continued to grow in value over a few months. I think Artemine is best to let the loyal following it has now get in on the ground floor and we can watch others catch on to the project in the coming 6 months. Just be patient and hold!! |

I've send a few tests of 1GBYTE to Bittrex, my light wallet shows it in my history but days have gone by and nothing has happened. I still have my original balance on the wallet so haven't lost any bytes, but really want to get some into my trading account, any help would be greatly appreciated!!
Are you sure you sent 1 GBB and not only 1 byte ? Son of a bitch, you're totally right and I'm a little embarrassed thank you for the assistance sir!! Haha, change the Unit for bytes/blackbytes in your wallet settings to GB/GBB to avoid this confusion in the future. It is much easier to transact since most exchanges trade GB (except for the chat bots in the wallet). OK, thanks for the help! |

Apparently there are two totally separate dev teams for Minereum and Artemine, it would be nice to have clarity on the teams and just more information in general on Artemine, but I'm sure in time we will know plenty. Excited to see this take shape! |

No, you can pay using Ethereum, however, it will most likely be significantly cheaper to buy via Minereum. I'm locked and loaded on both projects and will continue to hold around 500 MNE but spend my other 1k MNE in this ICO as the 100x rate on the first day of the ICO is absolutely absurd |

True! Still, the project is obviously not dead and have given updates in the past week, they just haven't responded to your e-mail. I would try their slack... I will try slack but this is an official thread so they could put some news here sometime. Agreed, they've been relatively quiet in their communication to investors/prospective investors, I'm just being positive and assuming it's due to them cranking out a killer product |
