safe no listed in crex24, only sate.trade  and no volume
Why do people intentionally write "non-truths"?

BTW, it's Boxster.
Boxer is type of engine, Boxster is model of Porsche.
I had one 9 yrs ago. It's "911 for poor people" (Jeremy Clarkson).  Wink

I couldnt state how much ASICs are pushing out as it depends on efficiency and size. Also you dont believe FPGAs exist on the network when numbers have already been stated?
I don't know about ASICs , but FPGA exist. I thought that's widely known.

Community member Jeroz pointed out a really cool company a few weeks ago that let's you send RVN via *TEXT* to someone else.
BTCZ have this option since march/april , it's called TxtZ: https://github.com/bitcoinz-wallets/TxtZ
After that several coins introduced this.
185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] CoinPoker: Poker future is today! on: December 08, 2018, 11:36:01 PM
I don't play on sites which doesn't allow tracker software. It looks shady from the start and usually it is, like that GG Network (which seems to be rigged AF with lot of house bots). I don't even need to use tracker for PLO, but I want hands to be saved on my HDD, so I can review them later and most important - I can see do I run bellow EV or I don't play good poker and need to change something in my game.

You are totally right in the terms of ROI, but if we suppose that someone already have hardware, GPU's are very close to switch off and FPGA's are not even close. And when GPU's switch off, difficulty will drop and FPGA's gonna make even more coins.
Most efficient hardware wins at the end.

Yes, BUT I have been doing some math and I dont believe that nowadays FPGA are making so much money.
I would like to see that math. FPGA has probably ~10x better hash than GPU and use about same electricity.
So, if someone mine with 6x 1080ti , he pay ~1.20 usd per day for electricity and earn ~4 usd in RVN. His profit is ~2.80 USD daily.
With 6x FPGA he pay same 1.20 usd of electricity and earn ~40 usd in RVN. His profit is ~38.8 usd daily.
With 10x better efficiency, you can have 14x bigger profit. Even if FPGA's use 5x more electricity, they are easy winners. In any possible calculation, FPGA mine with lot of profit.

True....but at 10x the price of GPU's. Cheesy
Exactly, but since someone already bought those FPGA's and paid coder to make mining software for that model of FPGA, it is obvious that he's gonna mine the sh*t out of the RVN with them. He will mine with profit even if price fall to 100 satoshi and all GPU miners will switch off at 300 (or maybe 200 if some of GPU miners have cheap electricity).
In bull market largest hashpower counts, but in bear market better efficiency wins!

This "central authority" is mining RVN altough they are loosing some money. Probably with FPGAs.
This is actually so wrong. FPGA's are 10x more efficient than GPU's.

The people who left had no dev skills, they had no marketing skills, no big connections to important exchanges or people, they joined later and quickly left, and basically couldn't get anything done.
So, developers who stayed have dev skills, marketing skills, have big connections to important people and exchanges?
These marketing skills are most important, since this is only coin that lost more than 99% of it's value in last year. Baldrick from "Black Adder" would do better job.  Roll Eyes

The difficulty is so high you'd be better off mining something like ethereum and then trading for ravencoin. You'd get more rvn that way.
No, you won't.
Check yourself if you don't believe.

exchanges predicting demand and closing withdrawal to cover bases? hmmmmmm..
I'm not sure, are you crazy or you consider all of us crazy?  Roll Eyes
Bunch of shillers in this topic.

What is RCV? Honda CR-V maybe?

Radio Club Venezolano, obvious!

6 satoshi...developers missing...btcz is dead

no progress ... the end is come
Good. You are scammed. Now sell all (if you even have some) and move to some ETH token.

The price can suddenly go up quickly too.
Actually, it can't.  Embarrassed

Tron Block - post Ravencoin Discord.
Great Guy!!!
Black, not Block.
It looks to me like he's paid very well for that job at RVN.

ProgPOW could work on ASIC too, but how efficient would be? Not much more than GPUs. Would it be worth making ASIC for ProgPOW?
200  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ravencoin [RVN] PoW GPU Mining | Asset Transfer Blockchain (Updated ANN) on: November 03, 2018, 06:27:53 PM
Yes, the project has protection from asics.
But not from FPGA's, which is basicaly same thing like ASICs, since big farms got FPGA cards and private miners.
Changing algo to something like ProgPOW would be only solution IMO.
