I don't think that's accurate, they both have the same supply (21 million), and bitcoin gold started with a snapshot of BTC, so I don't see how you would get 10x the amount of BTC you have in bitcoin gold.
Ofcourse! It is total nonsense. I just don't understand why there is like 20 posts after that and no one reacted?!  |

right now as i can see bitcoingold lost his value. 200 usd now and i believe it will go down below 100 usd.
Honestly, I see it on 10$ in few weeks, maybe even in few days. I would love to be wrong, since if BTG remain over 100$ , it would attract some GPU miners which now mine zCash and Ethereum, so difficulty would decrease on those two, but IMHO BTG is not worth more than 10$. I wouldn't pay even 10$ for it. And everything because of greedy developers with their pre-mine "get rich quickly scheme" |

i say it now, the developer only wants to make money from this. it may go up in price even like how ETH did with its premine but it won't be any better. it will always be a useless fork to pump and dump it.
It is ok for developers to make money and they should earn and be rewarded for their work, but they seem to be greedy. Instead of making few hundred thousands of dollars or million, they want to become instant multi-milioners... |

Now,it has almost become a trend to do hard forks and create a useless shitcoin.Just they are doing this to fill their pockets.Even more people of bitcoin community have also become eager to welcome such hard forks so that they could get some free coins.They don't even feel that it is spoiling the reputation of bitcoin totally.
I totally agree with this! However, I would like for BTG to succeed and become strong coin, because it is mined by GPUs, ASIC-resistant, "people's coin", but with every day passing, I believe less in that. |
