Lot of countries do not allow to use crypto currencies and they discourage using them. However as far as I feel, trading with crypto is not that harmful for the economy of the country. As an example, if a person has Eth and someone from another country needs to buy Eth, that buyer needs to pay the seller in terms of dollars. Then that seller needs to convert that Dollars to his native currency which means it creates a the demand for the native currency and increase the value of the currency. May be the government is unable to add a tax on such transactions but it is beneficial for the currency used in seller's country.

Because the Cryptocurrency market is not safe for any country. We can see that manipulation often occurs and fraud occurs a lot. In addition, bad businesses will often take advantage of Bitcoin to launder money. That is why governments often forbid Cryptocurrency. |

Serious discussion please.
Obviously some alts can have significantly bigger gains than bitcoin when it comes to long term and bull runs, the last bull run from 6k to 10k for example, sure bitcoin was strong, almost a 2x but some of the top alt coins did more than a 2x even 3x. However that's only long term.
Short term I don't see any reason to trade anything other than bitcoin, especially knowing how little volume some of the other coins have, even top 10 alt coins, for example stellar only has 33m volume. So my question is, what's the point of trading stellar, for example, instead of bitcoin? You know that even if you are a whale and trade a lot, you wont be moving the market as much, if you have 1m and you trade stellar, that's already huge and we all know the 33m volume is probably not even real, a lot of it from bots trading.
It's also much easier to follow bitcoin because, well, the whole market follows bitcoin. Bitcoin dictates where the market goes.
That's just the rule of the past. Now things have changed. As bitcoin increases, the altcoins are not likely to increase with it. because when the bitcoin is pumped from $ 6k8 to $ 8k3, the altcoins did not rise under it. That was a bad thing, the traders were expecting this but it did not happen. So I think we can now invest in altcoins to make a profit instead of just investing in Bitcoin. |

Recently i was working on a project related to Altcoin listing on different exchanges. Strange i found out too many new exchanges and people are trading well over there. Don't you guys think there should be limited number of exchanges and regulated ones? (Many new exchanges are nicer too and competitive but there is always a trust issue there specially for new investors). Your thoughts.
I do not think trading platforms with beautiful interfaces will be a good and trustworthy trading platform. I think there are a lot of fraudsters on that trading floor. They can create a few years and try to build the reputation of the trading floor. When there are many people who trust and leave money on the floor, they will destroy the trading floor and all the money on the exchange will go to the hands of the person who created it. |

Many people now loves doing bitcoin because of the advantages of doing so but the fact is many of them are still not aware of what does the Bitcoin do and how does it work. And the list of knowledge about Bitcoin is too small.
