181  Economy / Exchanges / Re: My 1200 BTC Account Is Blocked By Binance on: October 25, 2018, 08:26:47 AM
There's something wrong in your scenario it is either it's your fault or the system of binance. it is really weird that you didn't do any KYC security before entering that big amount of bitcoin. What you are doing right now is correct, get some advice or ask some lawyers how can you solve this problem.
182  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Bitcoin is a security, a currency or a commodity? on: October 25, 2018, 08:21:59 AM
For me it is a commodity. Commodity in a sense that you own a piece or the product not physically but virtually. Though, you can still sell it and do some trading with it and gain money from it. And with that it will help you on your daily expenses. I also believe that bitcoin is a  currency because it has value and you can convert it anytime you want just like the real money.
183  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Unocoin co-founder arrested after opening first cryptocurrency ATM in India on: October 25, 2018, 07:31:47 AM
That guy is really unfortunate. But I think it would just be better if he is going to launch cryptocurrency related things in other countries that allows the use of bitcoin. He played risky in his part because he should be aware that cryptocurrency is banned in India.
184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what is the cause of this dump.. on: October 25, 2018, 07:30:42 AM
Btc dumped hard after the fake news of goldman but after their representative told that news was fake instead of recovering its value btc still not recovering its value what is the cause of this bloothbath

I just want to ask if the fake news of goldman really have something to do with the btc's value. Because I really don't think that there is any correrlation unless you can explain it.
185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What is happening to Ethereum? on: October 25, 2018, 07:30:02 AM
Ethereum is number 2 based on CMC and also one of the most used utility token in cryptospace, yet it is unable to rise above $230 USD. It would seem that it is waiting for Bitcoin's bull run. Can't it make its own bull run?

Price now favorable low, but should I still buy?

What if the price doesn't go up?

Since Constantinople fork failed and should be expected in 2019, is that hope?

Ethereum is currently low and I think this is not really bad because a lot of people can invest now since it went cheaper. Don't think negative and just continue focusing in the future of the coins. Everything is not going to be permanently red.
186  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi's original idea... on: October 24, 2018, 09:27:44 AM
All i know is that satoshi know that there's a trading system per country and international. But most of the people can't afford the starting fee and don't know how it runs and it doesn't really helps individuals but only the company. So, satoshi made an alternative market or system that solve all the problem and now we're using it.
187  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bangladesh government banned bitcoin ? on: October 24, 2018, 09:15:02 AM
They are not actually totally banning bitcoin but only limiting their people to use it because of the hacking and other improper use of bitcoin. Bangladesh is on of the 3rd world country where bitcoin might help them to improve their status but sad to know that there are people using it to outweigh or scam others.
188  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How does Bitcoin affect other Crypto? on: October 24, 2018, 08:47:17 AM
In my opinion , bitcoin now greatly affect other crypto because most of the investor start with bitcoin  and money they gained from it they invest it to the other coin. Now since bitcoin is falling other crypto also falling apart. With bitcoin movement is directly proportional to the other crypto.
189  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: are you boring new ico? on: October 24, 2018, 02:45:12 AM
Well lot of new ico today have suspended / pause their icos due to market uncertainty. currently is more profitable to Skip icos then buy when it hit exchange to be honest. On 10 ico that i have followed only 1 manage to stay above ico others went low as 90% below ico, and those icos has hype around it .
even some good icos are not exempted from this bear market

I totally agree with this. Even the campaigns that I've joined just stopped and they start focusing on the product which is I think the better option due to the current situation of the market. I hope those ICOs actually develop a coin that is really profitable.
190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: will tether collapse? on: October 24, 2018, 02:43:29 AM
Even though there are issues revolving around tether collapsing, I don't think it will collapse just because of those reasons. Even though it has its own issues I think tether should be able to respond well.
191  Economy / Speculation / Re: At what price will a coin die? on: October 23, 2018, 08:26:49 AM
I think for a coin to die there's only 2 scenario. first, when there's no trading happening like only one user is holding all the coin and non one is buying it. second, is when the price of it falls to 0.00 and can't be convertible to any coin. But for bitcoin to die that will never happen cause bitcoin will rise.
192  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What are your thoughts on energy projects? on: October 23, 2018, 05:46:02 AM
There is a lot of talk of various projects and the future of the market but I am curious on everyone's opinions on the future of blockchain energy projects like Power Ledger, Restart Energy, Sun Contract, etc.

Do you think these really have the potential to completely change the way people buy and sell energy?

Energy projects are really good and useful especially in the future. I've seen some energy projects and they're looking really great and I think the value of their tokens will be really valuable.
193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: A new bounty scam on: October 23, 2018, 05:41:50 AM
GOLDMA started their bounty campaign in April, and then 1 week before the end (in October) they said they require full KYC meaning:

- Proof of address
- Government issued card
- Selfie holding the ID

Is there any ICO requiring such information from bounty hunters?! To me this is a SCAM to get private details and sell on dark markets. Imagine what they can do with such information! I have never seen anything like this, be careful of these scammers from GOLDMA.

Has anyone experienced something similar from other bounty?

*edit* It stated first that NO KYC REQUIRED FOR BOUNTY, this changed 1 week before the end

There is a possibility that that campaign is scam but no one really knows unless you read something really suspicious in the whitepaper. However, KYC is not a proof that a bounty is a scam.  There are a lot of bounty campaigns that requires KYC. And I have an experience where the campaign ask for a KYC and they gave me the number of tokens they promised.

195  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: South Korea Opens Doors for Cryptocurrency on: October 19, 2018, 10:23:28 AM
South korea  is always open to any opportunity that can help their citizens. But also south korea making it sure that that crypto is safe to us and can be benifitable to the people. so for me south korea is the best place to live if you are into investing bitcoin and also it a great country.
196  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: here you have it economists speak against bitcoin on: October 19, 2018, 08:24:30 AM
I talked with economist once and i asked him what can he say about bitcoin, is he against bitcoin or not. and he said that bitcoin will help the economy of the country even though the trading doesnt affect the stock exchange but this will help the individuals on their daily lives and might help others for them to become successful too.
197  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China: Man Sentenced to Prison for Stealing Railway Electricity to Mine Bitcoin on: October 19, 2018, 08:16:58 AM
Stealing is always a crime no matter how big or small you stole. In his case stealing electricity is another way of committing a  crime. The company might have filed a case against him because he is stealing. I think he's still lucky because he's in prison right now.
198  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is now a good time to store some Bitcoins? on: October 19, 2018, 06:52:03 AM
For this time where bitcoin price is 6k the best thing to do is hold it or store it safely. There's no reason for you to sell it or trade it. Maybe you see that the price is decreasing over the past days don't worry it is normal just wait until the price return to its original or might be the highest peak of all time.
199  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How has Bitcoin changed your life for the better? (Those who bought <2017) on: October 18, 2018, 09:43:14 AM
I started bitcoin before the highest peak of the price. Yes, bitcoin changed my life gaining lots of dollars within a month is a big break through of my life. It is just like winning a lotto. I am grateful that i started before the 20k price it helped me to pay my bills and daily expenses.
200  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China can destroy bitcoin on: October 18, 2018, 09:16:38 AM
In my opinion i don't think so china is just a  part of the bitcoin world they are not the one who is running the system they are just  part of it. Let's just say they quit then i think it is ok because there are still users all over the world who can continue the system.
