181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC process and reasons for rejection: Is crypto still fair? on: January 25, 2018, 05:00:05 PM
I'm against the whole idea of sharing my personal data to anybody but if they even rejects your ID ... that's really weird. What the point of this KYC then?

Wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if some people here will have to deal with identity theft in the near future.
It will be a long nightmare for them.

I agree,
somehow, submitting an identity to the stranger still dangerous. There is a high probability that identity will be sold by other people to get some profit. That's why until now i'm still not join any event (ICO, AIRDROP, BOUNTIES) that need KYC.
182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What is the most stable altcoin? on: January 25, 2018, 02:55:18 PM
As far as i know. There are no such thing like that. This is cryptoworld, the most volatile investment ever. People are taking profit from the unstable market. If there are some coins that very stable, then how you making profit from that?

This is a zero sum game. Someone will win, someone will loose.
183  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust XLM stellar lumens? on: January 25, 2018, 02:49:00 PM
I wonder if xlm has the potenciel to gain value?
I would like to know your opinion

thanks.

Why not? I know this coin since the price was 3K sat. And today, you can see this coin has good value. Become top 10 coins at Coinmarketcap is not easy. But stellar can prove they could do it. As far as i know, Stellar will become top ICO platform in the future. Stellar fees is very cheap, and very good for arbitrage.

Recently, they will updating their 2018 roadmap. You can chek it here: https://www.stellar.org/blog/roadmap/ Roadmap will be updated before the end of 25 January. So, my personal opinion, it's not to late to join the party. Invest stellar now, or regret later Smiley
184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Ethereum? on: January 23, 2018, 10:42:52 AM
Bitcoin and Ethereum are two of the most popular digital coins today. In terms of value, bitcoin is much larger than ethereum, but in terms of potential, ethereum is quite capable of dealing with bitcoin. So you think which one is better?

I prefer Ethereum now in terms of potential thing. But unfortunately, nowadays ETH network getting slow. A lot if ICO and Airdrop event was abandoned because of expensive gas price. I think Vitalik must solve this problems, otherwise, a lot of platform like NEO, STELLAR and CARDANO will be the leader of the next ICO platform.
185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is ETH tokens killing cryptocurrency? on: January 21, 2018, 03:21:32 AM
I realized that most token now has no value. But not at all. There are many good token also. Especially token which having good product, and used as utility token.
186  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Getting paid to post at Bitcointalk ? on: January 21, 2018, 02:20:36 AM
It's called bounty signature campaings, but they don't force you to write only about their project. You can post whatever you want and thus you advertise a project by wearing their signature. And in most cases it's very profitable both for a project and for a bounty hunter.

Yes, i agree with this. Many ICO projects didn't force the campaign member to shilling their project only. The main rule is, don't using other project in you signature. Signature campaign still worth it for both ICO and campaign members.
187  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I think I'm addicted to ICO's on: January 20, 2018, 04:18:57 AM
Quote
Dadi (2.5 Eth)

Worst thing that you can do, dadi is a scammy project, they have a copied/pasted whitepaper from SONM. If you are looking to join, better to find another one instead of putting your funds in there. Iti is too risky.-

Really? any proof or source link? if its true, then Aoirayn will loss a lot of money there. Just want to give little advice, make sure you read and research every detail information about your ICO before investing on it.
188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KUCOIN Scam??? on: January 20, 2018, 04:15:22 AM
I never used Kucoin before. But it seems normal to me. That is how trading platform works. But that issue wouldn't happen if you trade in some dex exchanges.
189  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto Bloodbath.. on: January 17, 2018, 02:14:08 PM
The crypto market are currently all in red. It seems that there is a bloodbath. How long do you think will it take and what do you think is the reason behind it? Is it just a massive price correction or is it the end for the crypto world? Just want to know your opinion about it.

My opinion about this current situation is Asian Market (China, etc) cashing money. They will celebrate Lunar Year on February. So, i think the market still in RED until early February.
190  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 5 Ways To Profit From A Market Crash on: January 17, 2018, 02:08:32 PM
Recently, a range of analysts have weighed in on whether cryptocurrencies are in a bubble.  Currencies have been suffering some weakness lately, as many have dropped significantly from their peaks.
This article reviews five specific methods that investors can use to profit from a market crash.

https://www.forbes.com/sites/cbovaird/2017/09/13/cryptocurrency-5-ways-to-profit-from-a-market-crash/

Good article man, i agree with both point 3 and 4. Hodl is the solution, but if you have a lot of FIAT, then this is the time to buying the dip.
191  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Regulation Must Be International on: January 17, 2018, 02:03:21 PM
every country has regulation Japan Legalize crypto while China Ban. This contradictiv? is it possible International regulation for cryptos?

Joachim Wuermeling, a member of the board of Germany's Bundesbank, has suggested that any attempt to regulate cryptocurrencies would require international cooperation. Speaking at an event in Frankfurt on Jan. 15, the director told listeners:

"Effective regulation of virtual currencies would therefore only be achievable through the greatest possible international cooperation, because the regulatory power of nation states is obviously limited.”

Nope. I think i disagree with this opinion. The main focus of crypto is to break the rule of centralization. Then, if we unite the regulation, then there are many opportunities that crypto will be centralize again. The bad effects of centralization is "abuse of power" which is one man can rule everything.
192  Local / Altcoins (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: masalah pada myetherwallet.com on: January 11, 2018, 12:59:46 AM
Setahu saya, tim MEW selalu ngeyel dikasih masukan dari Tim BLUE, selalu ignore dan nganggep tim BLUE hoax.
193  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What's the biggest problem with EXCHANGES right now? on: January 10, 2018, 03:55:48 PM
What do you think is the biggest problem/what's lacking with current crypto exchanges? There are quite a few of them, they're making hundreds of thousands a day and yet I can't help but notice some things like...

-> Terrible, inexistant support (on most)
-> Verification takes weeks
-> Reliability (uptime) sucks

Personally what I'd like to see most is an exchange with FLAT FEES. Wtf why are all percentage based? With stocks you usually pay like $5-$10 per order. Here you end up paying hundreds if you trade bigger amounts.

So... what's yours?

There are many problem with some exchanges right now. Especially with the security issues. So here are my list:

1) Too much maintenance activity
2) Too lagging and sometime return to 404 error page
3. Withdrawal / Deposit transaction time, sometimes take a long time that activity will be processed.
194  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best trading site? on: January 10, 2018, 03:51:11 PM
Hi Guys

I have tried the likes of Binance and Bitterex, but they aren't accepting any new users at the moment.

Poloniex have been processing my photo ID for over a couple days now, has anyone got any recommendations for alternatives?

Yeah, they have been interrupted several times by DDOS attack, not only that, Many users joined Pump and Dump group. So Bittrex not accepting new users for a while. My suggestion you can go to gate.io, coinexchange.io or mercatox. It's very easy to use and no need ID verification.
195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Best multi currency wallet on: January 10, 2018, 03:30:59 PM
I'm currently investigating what is the best multi currency (obviously secure) wallet. I started using CoinPayments and so far so good but there is a limited amount of coins they support. I'll appreciate if you can share your experience.

My personal opinion, you can use exodus.io That apps, can manage and exchange your blockchain assets. Their User Interface also very handy and cool. It's very easy to user for newbie.

It's gotta be MyEtherWallet if you prefer multi-currency heavily. If you prefer a few currencies (with new ones added monthly) I'd recommend Exodus, it has an amazing UI.

What? Myetherwallet? Just wanna make a correction, Myetherwallet only store Ethereum and ERC20 tokens.
196  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Etherdelta Token sale, will you buy it? on: January 10, 2018, 03:24:47 PM
Etherdelta is running a token sale, will you buy it and do you think is worth it. Why don't they focus on security of the website first , People have complained after the website compromised of their stolen tokens and Ethers yet nothing is done, and here they are running a token sale.

I can say NO. Etherdelta is too risky. They lack of communication. although they have a good product, I will never buy it. I joined their telegram group for several days. Just want to make sure, what they offer. But unfortunately, all member of that group only complaining about their (Etherdelta) site.
197  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to choose good coin!? on: January 09, 2018, 02:49:06 PM
Try find coins that has own blockchain. See their roadmap and whitepaper. If you find token also, then try some utility tokens, not a payment token. Because payment token is useless, too much fee. Better pay it with eth rather than payment tokens.
198  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Developed trading skills on: January 09, 2018, 02:46:27 PM

199  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which knowledge is important for crypto trading? on: January 09, 2018, 02:42:44 PM
Forget it about Technical Analysis. I can say the most important things is to practice controlling your emotion. Another skill will useless if you do not take care your emotion properly.
200  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto Picasso training videos and signals on: January 09, 2018, 02:37:51 PM
will sell for one last person, hit me up.
Have you even sold anything yet? You give out so little information that I really doubt that anyone has taken you up on this offer.
Besides, this isn't the correct section of the forum if you want to sell something like this.

Also, what are you charging for this? You're basically just reselling this guy's idea's etc.

Yeah, this is so true! he even not made those videos. He only try to reselling it again with small fee. What a nice move.
