Looking in the auction forums you can see that there are multiple threads or folks offering to buy direct shares but nobody selling.

Offer more money then, simple as that (not directly aimed at you, whoever is trying to buy) Smiley
When you find the price that perks a seller into accepting it, well then you've found fair market price haven't you.

Short of that, holders need to believe in the cat.

Sounds like we already do.

Nice and simple, just how I like em Smiley

Any chance it could do GBP for supported exchanges, or even just convert internally from USD?

If you're purchasing BTC, ie receiving it, you don't need a wallet with you at all.

Set up a receiving address in advance and take note of the address. Ideally a QR code, after verifying your seller will be able to scan it.

Then all you need is a way to check that address on blockchain.info and wait for the funds to turn up before handing over your greens. You can do that with a LiveCD or something as previously mentioned.

I live not far from where he lives. I am going to go find out what is up. I am not going to allow this bullshit to happen.

Any update on this front?
189  Other / Archival / Re: btt on: October 17, 2013, 05:07:39 PM
What do we do with our shares??

My advice: don't do anything yet.

What exactly can you do with them?
190  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTCTC][[ASICMINER-PT]] - Public trading of ASICMINER shares on: October 16, 2013, 05:30:57 PM
Received dividends to my BTC-TC public address, so I guess the direct share transfer is done. Thanks for the seamless work on this front burnside and friedcat Smiley

192  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Guide] Comprehensive ASICMiner Blade Setup on: September 27, 2013, 10:14:24 AM
Does my 100mbps network switch have enough throughput to cope with 2 blades at 10.3 gh and 2 other miners (on the way) using ethernet (rated at 32gh each)?

Does anyone know what how much network throughput Blades use per second?  surely its Kb and not Mb?

Yes it does. Mining uses a few kb/s, a 100Mb switch is plenty. Are you using a local proxy?

Price is dropping fast.....

What price are you looking at?
194  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: September 23, 2013, 12:20:55 PM
I'm impresssed. Only the second of my funds to give an update, beating both friedcat (though I doubt he needs to say anything..) and creativex.
195  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: September 23, 2013, 10:59:32 AM
You have to stand up and say something now friedcat.

What does he have to say? He is emailed the list of shareholders twice a day, the PT shares will become direct shares, this is almost exactly why the email was sent in the first place.

Of all the funds and securities I hold on BTCT right now, this is the one I'm least concerned about.
196  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: binaryFate & Caesium's Mystery Box Transparency Thread on: September 23, 2013, 09:12:07 AM
Ok, pickup is arranged for tomorrow. I'll PM you a tracking link.

It ended up costing me £56 to post which is way more than I anticipated, so I'm at a slight loss over the entire thing, but never mind.
197  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: binaryFate & Caesium's Mystery Box Transparency Thread on: September 23, 2013, 09:02:09 AM
Box arrived, quicker than I expected. Dying to know whats inside Smiley

Looking at quotes to get it resent now, best I've found so far is TNT at £50, bit more than I was hoping.. It's heavier than I expected.
198  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: binaryFate & Caesium's Mystery Box Transparency Thread on: September 21, 2013, 02:26:22 PM
I'm not sure what happens if the import fees aren't paid to be honest, I rather suspect that it would arrive in the UK anyway and they'd just keep sending me angrier and angrier letters about it before actually delivering it to me.

But regardless, it has been paid - I can PM you the transaction number which you could probably verify by calling DHL UK (thought it'd probably have to be Monday now), if you liked?
199  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: binaryFate & Caesium's Mystery Box Transparency Thread on: September 20, 2013, 06:46:51 PM
Confirmed received. PMing you the DHL details and I'll make payment for the import too.

I don't understand, you're setting policy that people must follow if they buy your script?
