181  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling with bonuses only on: April 22, 2019, 05:04:07 AM
As far as I know there are plenty of bonuses out there that don't require you to deposit your own money, in fact here on bitcointalk you can find free bitcoins in the giveaway section, I've seen plenty of prizes/contests/etc that give a small amount of free btc 10-100k satoshis for doing some really simple tasks, you can easily use that money to gamble, again risk free.
An example of that is Bitsler's contest, they have a wagering contest for their play money but you're only likely to win if you're a high roller because the amount of play money you get is based on your total wager.

Another is Stake's challenge, it's announced on their telegram you can win without gambling a single satoshi but there is one requirement which is to send messages on chat and to do that you need to gamble a certain amount.

Yeah it has always been like that with Bitcoin casinos. There is always strings attached. There more you bet the bigger the bonuses or so it seems. I think only Sportsbet used to give absolutely free bonuses without any rollover requirements alas not any more.
182  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling turn an atheist to theist and superstitious? on: April 22, 2019, 05:00:13 AM
Sometimes when I am bored I like to hop into the chat of the SofaScore app and just have a laugh at all the 'believers in God' there lol  Grin
People come up with all kind of bullshit excuses for their losing sprees lol
183  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: April 21, 2019, 09:39:07 PM
Well I am not holding my breath for United vs City after today's disastrous performance. Ole should revamp the squad for next season for sure and scratch this one off. Europe League here we come lol

We can look at this disastrous performance by United in 2 different ways. The one you already mentioned where United has simply lost good form/Ole effect has finished its run and they will end the season with bunch of mediocre performances. If that is the case City will run them over without any problems.

The other way on looking is if we chose to believe there is still fire in this United squad and today was simply a bad day. If this is the case they will do everything possible to play the game of their life against City in local derby.

Currently, I am more inclined to believe first theory is correct. United looks bad for some time now.

I prefer Liverpool getting the trophy rather than City. I secretly hope United will be able to put a wrench in Shitty's wheels next game.
I think it's not just the manager to blame for the recent shocking results that have plagued the team. For example stellar player like De Gea is conceding easy goals left and right. Something is not right with the team.
184  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Wow! Exchanges track how you spend btc! on: April 21, 2019, 09:28:07 PM
That guy did a botched job of covering his tracks most likely or he didn't ever bother doing anything in the first place. But yeah some exchanges frown upon transactions coming from gambling sites so unless using a mixer better not risk getting your account closed.
185  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: John "fucking" McAfee: I will reveal Satoshi on: April 21, 2019, 09:17:52 PM
Dudes if McAfee knew the real identity of Satoshi he would have been sitting in a dark room with a bag over his head being interrogated by 3-letter agencies as we speak lol  Grin He is just pulling everyone's leg that guy  Cool
186  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which is the Safest and Most Reliable Exchange to Sell Alt Coins ? on: April 21, 2019, 08:10:19 PM
In my personal opinion Coinbase is the most reputable out there and their service is top-notch and very secure. They don't have a huge alt coin lineup though like other exchanges so only top alt coins like ETH and LTC are included.
187  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin Debit Card on: April 21, 2019, 07:53:33 PM
You don't need a Bitcoin Debit card per say to pay at supermarkets etc. A normal bank-issued debit card that accepts transactions from crypto exchanges like Coinbase will suffice and you will be assured your payment will be accepted worldwide. There have been many problems with dodgy crypto debit card providers in the past and people have been left without access to funds while traveling abroad due to issues with their cards.
188  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Southeast Asia’s Cryptocurrency Sector could be targeted by North Korea on: April 21, 2019, 07:45:11 PM
Wasn't the WannaCry ransomware created in Russia or am I missing something? What's worse in North Korea is that normal people are denied access to the Internet entirely and only the government has access to it. Even China is more lenient than North Korea.
189  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Samsung says that smartphones are the safest way to store cryptocurrencies on: April 21, 2019, 07:36:31 PM
Has anyone bought the HTC Exodus phone? It's a smartphone specifically designed to keep crypto coins safe with custom OS and whatnot. I have been eyeing that phone for quite some time and am wondering whether or not to splurge on it. HTC claims that the phone is super secure but I don't know. The problem is that HTC are in a very bad shape and can go bankrupt any time now and all support will be dropped abruptly.
190  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling with bonuses only on: April 21, 2019, 07:26:51 PM
This bonus whoring was possible (still is?) at different fiat sportsbooks where people would arbitrage bet with the bonus money until they successfully withdraw the bonus. I don't think this is possible at crypto sportsbooks though because the rollover requirements are egregious.

So what is going on with this giveaway? Has anyone managed to scrape all the chosen numbers? Looks like it's abandoned by Stake.com Huh
193  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Game of Thrones - Who will rule? Odds and betting discussion [Odds updated!] on: April 21, 2019, 08:14:01 AM
I have so far managed NOT to watch Episode 1, or even to hear about anything, and made the mistake of looking at odds discussions (not that, as Ronnie says, any odds have changed much). So I'm probably going to stay away from looking at future discussions until the season ends. It's going to be hard though, bloody news keeps being shoved in my face from Google. So yeah, if a spoiler leaks to me, I'm going to give in and watch.

Is anyone like me and just prefers watching everything in 1 go?

No because spoilers are everywhere over the Internet especially on Reddit. I prefer to watch on the day a new episode is released to avoid that. But anyways 5 more episodes to go before the show is wrapped up for good so I don't think it's worth it to wait a month and a half for 6 hours of watching in 1 go.
194  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: April 21, 2019, 08:03:37 AM
I am going to do a parlay with Both teams to score & over 2.5 goals in all 3 PL games today. I think Cardiff, Everton and Crystal Palace will be able to sneak in at least 1 goal. I am a little bit worried about Cardiff though but I will just wing it lol. Hopefully there will be goals today  Grin
195  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling with your Parents on: April 21, 2019, 07:56:02 AM
Gambling runs the risk of serious addiction and promoting gambling to kids is just a very bad idea. There are so many great family table top games to choose from. Some people might argue that poker promotes critical thinking and math skills but I would disagree as it's as addictive as any other betting game.
196  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: April 21, 2019, 07:51:03 AM
Ronaldo has said he wanted to leave Juventus after the defeat in the Champions League. I wonder if lifting the domestic cup with Juventus will change his mind though. Looks like he wants another CL trophy and Juventus might not be the club to win it with.
197  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⚽ Sportsbet.io ⚽ Fun! 🏀 Fast! 🎾 Fair!🏆 on: April 21, 2019, 06:58:21 AM
Are you going to add more alt coins as betting options? I wanted to use Dogecoin but I think I have only seen LTC and ETH. It would be great if you had a crypto converter on-site for quick alt coin exchanges.
198  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is downloading money into your PC on: April 21, 2019, 06:49:27 AM
I think chances are you are 99% percent going to download a covert mining trojan that is going to use your PC resources to mine coins for some hacker in Russia  Grin There is no such thing as free lunch.
199  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Average Online Users on Crypto Casino ? on: April 21, 2019, 05:52:54 AM
You can find a user-generated list of the current top crypto casinos in this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1820529.0
These attract the most customers anyway so if you are looking for the ones with the most traffic have a go at those listed there.
200  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does your country knows about cock fighting betting? on: April 21, 2019, 05:49:04 AM
Cock fighting much like dog fighting is illegal. As a matter of fact a huge ring of underground dog fighting criminals were busted a couple of months ago and some dogs were freed. I don't condone animal fighting let humans mutilate each other in MMA and boxing etc.
