I think this idea might help to lessen the victim's of scam ICO/projects.

We all notice that this year, there are too many scam project's that is introduced to us and too many innocent and ignorant people are traumatized on cryptocurrency because the have invested on a scam project because its their first time, and this might break the image of the cryptoworld on some people.


This happens on me that's why I made some research on the mentioned company.

The time that I've reached Jr. Member I tried this "bounty" in this forum and unfortunately Im not lucky because the first bounty I joined is "TipperEconomy" which managed by this user "needmoney", Actually I did get the token 115 days ago and until now the coin I received doesnt still have its value and there's no more responses by the team on their telegram.

So after my failure on joining bounty campaign because Im a newbie I stop joining bounties and try to observe how bounty works and how can I choose a ligitimate bounty to promote.


This little idea came up to my mind to lessen the victims of scam ICO and bounty hunters will avoid it.

For example: Tokensuite company - I made a quick research about the company and find out that they have promoted many scam ICO this year.

I realized that they made millions of dollars from the investors from those project's and just leave the investors that support those projects.

This is really bad not only for those investors who lose their money but also for our community because maybe some of those investors now might not trust cryptoworld anymore.

This is only a little help but Im sure that it can help a lot to:
-lessen the users in this who promote scam
-lessen the investor victims from social media

I think all of us know that social media has a big part on every bounty campaign's because social media has the biggest community.

A experienced bounty hunter will surely not promote and dont waste their time on a scam ICO's and they will surely always take a look on that pinned post list and ignore some possible scam ICO in the future.


"Some people on social media say "Bitcoin is a scam" blah blah... because some of them once a victim of a scam ICO and they think its because of bitcoin because they dont have any idea whats going on in the cryptoworld".

We cant blame them, but this affects our community even a little.

I know this idea cant fully stop those increasing count of SCAM project's but at least we can lessen the victims by reducing the count of promoters of scam ICO's.

There's no other possible way aside from trying all of the combinations of letter and numbers you need but it seems too impossible if you dont use tool's that give's all the possible combinations.

Yes you are right because prediction meaning is "its the statement of what will happen in the future" and guess is just a thought about the outcome of something without any factual evidence.

Most of that list are made without conducting a proper study about it so we cant call it a prediction.

yes its right, also I think many people will not like the idea because implanting chips in your body is against on some religions and to some people who believe's that "you must respect your body and dont change what god gives you".

Why you only track those high members that dont get the merit system since the implementation? Why dont track all the users already registered before the system?

There is no difference between you and those on your list aside from they are luckier than you or even us because they already here for a long time and I think its a fair reward for their existence in the forum before the merit system.

I think he means the Investors and what kind of investor will succeed in cryptocurrency.

As we always say, If you invest in cryptoworld holding bitcoin is the best and has low risk than other investment like trading, investing on ICO and etc... Holding our bitcoin's has a big part in this world, in a situation like this its the time to invest more if you have extra money.

I guess its because of the merit system, after this system introduce many cheaters and spammer's lose their hope to rank up and there are lots of users get negative trust because of merit abusing most of the users with negative trust quit the forum and I think some of them now are focusing on 1 account.

Im not shocked that the active users count now is lower than before because before the merit system introduce to the community there are users with 20 account's and higher that only owned by 1 you can see it on the topic created here in meta https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2896910.0. Im sure after getting negative trust on their accounts they are not interested anymore to that account and abandoned it.


This is the benefit of the merit system in the forum we can now see the real count of legit users and the quality of post of other members have improved.

Another view in this that affects the decreasing count of real active  forum member that I think is because of the bad market situation, many investors joined here last year with high expectations on bitcoin and some of them are now quitting the crypto world because they are seeing the market falling down especially those investors who just invest without knowledge about cryptocurrency.

If you think they dont really care then why the hell they are always active in this forum, If you are in their position do you think their only job is just to check the scammer and ban them?

They have a lot of thing's to prioritize in this forum to make this forum better and clean again.

The user already has a red trust, I think that enough.

You can lock the thread bro if you already get the answer you need.  It can help to make the thread cleaner from the spammers.

Mentioning shit on a post is not new in here, if a user post useless threads or out of topic replies you can call it shit-posting its not a big deal here because there are lots of spammers here who post non sense topic's and give out of the topic response.

Maybe you can just accept what he call's you and make it as your motivation to be a more effective and useful member in this forum, Im also one of the newbie user here and called spammer/one liner by other high rank members because of the reason that Im a beginner in this forum but until now Im still learning and aiming for a higher rank to prove those people who called me spammer before that Im not that kind of forum member anymore.

At some point this newbie is right we cant talk to anyone that can hurt their feelings, Yes there are lots of new accounts created day by day that post only trash in the forum but we cant look at them like they are all the same because there are legit new users that desire to be a part of the forum.

I reviewed the profile of this newbie and he is not that bad in posting like the other newbie users and I can see that this user really interested to learn and be a good part of this forum.

As a "Senior Member" rank in this forum I cant think of a reason why are you believing in a thread like this made by a "Jr.Member" without any informative links to rely on.

In my own opinion basing on ETH market and graph this thing cant happen because ETH has a lot of supporters and there is always a resistance line if ETH breaks its lowest resistance level then that's the time for you to get afraid.

So basically it is right that you can add poll on the topic's you already created before, but you cannot add poll on the thread's you dont own.

As a big fan of cryptocurrency especially bitcoin whenever I see a situation like this bitcoin's price is falling I always think that if I just have more extra money I will invest it more to bitcoin because it is a good chance to get higher profit from it.

Reading those thread's that says bitcoin is dying will not help you and it will just cause you to get panic and you cannot think what is the right decision to make while other investor's loving the market fall very much.

Of course I still believe in it ETH is a great altcoin that's why it is in the rank 2 in CMC, this is the problem to those investor who dont read a project's whitepaper and other important details of a project, everytime they see the market is falling they are switch their mind easily and sell their coins immediately while some of the good investor are taking advantage of their panic selling which is in lower price's.

No one can tell you what will happen exactly, but it is normal that when bitcoin's price is falling all other coin's will be affected.

I notice it too, because long time ago I posted some threads on our local section Philippine's of some helpful tips for newbie and other fellow filipino member's that can help them grow a good part or member of this forum but after an hour my post always got deleted. I think I tried 3 different helpful topic's and it is always deleted.

I didnt complain and I also dont bother my self to post again on our local section.

First of all try to post it on the right section to get a correct answer immediately.

If the thread you reply on is non-sense and deleted by the moderator, all of the reply to that thread will be automatically deleted without any notification sended by the moderator or admin.

You can also use search to get an answer to your question because this topic have already posted in this forum many times.

We all know that people dont bother to read those long thread especially if they dont have any idea about it and it didnt pick their interest.

If someone is really interested in joining this forum for sure Rules and regulation's of the forum will caught their interest before doing anything but most of them are not, why?

Here are some reasons:
-They already know it because the account is alt.
-They just came here for the bounty and airdrops.
-They just created the account to do paid spams.

Back to your question, Can the quality of this forum change?
-Yes thank's to merit sysmtem, we just dont notice it but day's are passing by the post quality of some old members upgrading and some alt's already tagged.
-Since I joined this forum on Feb 7 2018 I notice some members have changed and the quality of their post is far more better than before, I cant deny the fact that it includes me.

I think the forum dont give a damn to those newly created accounts because they can't participate to most of the quality projects sure they can join on some bounties but they can only get little reward's from it and for me they deserve it because they also put some time and attention to do their task, for example on Social media bounties there are newbies that has high count of friends or follower's and they can engage more traffic that the company need's to succeed on their projects.

About those paid spammer's we can help to stop it by reporting but I think we cant stop it at all.
