Poll option

I'm sure people have already brought this up before, but would there be a possibility to add poll options to posts?
I think it would be great when asking the community for various opinions, polls could be avaiable from higher ranks for example to avoid spamming them.

I am not clear what you mean. Ther is already poll option. Do you want it disable for lower rank ? If yes then why ?
I didn't noticed people spaming by create poll. Or if you don't know about here is poll option from beginning than locked the thread from lower left.

I am not clear what you mean. Ther is already poll option. Do you want it disable for lower rank ? If yes then why ?

Maybe he's asking if you can add a poll to an already started thread.  I've also had a desire for this in the past.

Actually, there's an option for adding polls to "already started threads":
- It's located on bottom right corner of each thread (reply  |  unwatch  |  notify  |  add poll  |  print), for OP only.

• Options on the upper right corner are a bit different (it's "mark unread" instead of "add poll", that's why some might miss it).

I have tested that mark unread but it just make the topic unread, but I also take a bit look at the topic's I've created before and see this.

So basically it is right that you can add poll on the topic's you already created before, but you cannot add poll on the thread's you dont own.

Regarding the polls there should be an option to delete a poll too.
