so, you mean to tell me, this is your conclusion on why i was spending roughly 6 hours a day on the forums talking with the community, and decided to apparently sell of slowly, but stop selling off after 5m, and continue to work on the project with the team trying to rectify what had happened and scramble for a solution, and all the while, having stopped after selling 5m, i waited longer, kept working on the project whilst the value was rapidly diminishing down to 1 satoshi and maintained the rest of what was in my wallet all through this?

Edit: I sent 15m to my freind Jesus-- on irc for him to sell for me at mintpal after this shitstorm was dying down, i sold at 7 satoshi. FYI

alright, explain why i didnt sell everything then when i had a chance to at a high satoshi value? why did i retain 3/4 of what i was given until after this shit storm, and hey, even continued mining non stop for weeks whilst this was all going on?

lol chaos, this is wrong, i held 20m, as did cryptowest, jacob and artis each had 200m. not me. Jacob, artis, molly and wolong were all under obligation to hold coins, no one else. So basically what the guy above you is saying is, i sold 5mil, so wolong dumped everything..oh not to mention just in panda, but also in UNO and other coins i heard he was holding too.. still.. no one went behind anyones back here.

Jacob, i suggest we just focus on supporting defrostr. We knew what would happen when we revealed we were involved in the team, and i think lets just let the project stand on its own merits and stop feeding the trolls. Those that know the deal will participate and those who want to cause us issues wont, simple, not going to waste more time entertaining it, i think that was covered in the last 120 pages of the pandathread.

if your going to keep bringing up the irc logs, produce them. I know about all the logs as i was part of most of them and i am not worried about their content because i know what they say and it backs up everything i have said here about what happened and i will maintain my position indefinitely.

I have no control over further development of panda, the other main dev responsible for producing panda has been AFK since the project started and is still AFK, so we are unable to provide any updates until he returns. He is currently in Ukraine so we have no ETA.

Explain to me, in plain english, how i have proven to be a liar at any point? If you don't reply back with any reasons, which im guessing you won't and prob just type in some more red bold text, then just wait and see how this coin goes and reserve your judgements.

first, where are the aforementioned irc logs you have? Please show them

second of all, my understanding behind wolong getting 2.5% of the coin was that he was going to personally do the distribution of all IPO funds that he had personally raised - NO ONE IN THE TEAM HAD ANY ACCESS TO THESE FUNDS OTHER THAN WOLONG, he raised 250btc in exchange for i believe 1.5% of that, although that some percentage of that was MEANT to be used for giveaways, bounties, paying for further development etc, and that also included 200million he held for mollymachine. The remainder of it, was his to hold.

Edit<> I just want to add that the comment above about coins being used for giveaways and bounties were what spurred us to start asking him questions as we wanted to further promote the coin and were being restricted from doing so as a result of him ceasing communication with us at launch.

JacobUX can correct me if im wrong, but thats how i remember it being distributed. I don't get what your saying, there are plenty of people who received their pandacoins at ipo, and plenty of people still holding those coins as they are facing a huge loss as a rsult of wolongs actions. I think, what your saying is that he had all the coins so he could dump them all and we could all profit..right? In hindsight, after all the hassle, maybe it would have been better to be partnered with wolong so i could at least tell you what you want to hear. Sadly, its not, and no one on the dev team has any further contact with wolong, and infact, when i started putting out feelers to help in some way contribute to the previous IPO holders (which by the way, had nothing to do with me) he was very rattled by it (so i hear) from a friend of mine who is in his channel, although the IPO holders are excited..

You need to appreciate, we are going above our duties to do some good in the community and help people feel more at ease with what happened with panda given that a number of us are from the same team that worked on the coin. You need to get away from the mentality that we were in on some masterplan, that we are trying to repeat it, or whatever. But look, the good news is, we are just over a day away from launch now, i guess the coin will stand on its own merits, and you can make a clearer and more educated decision on what you think of us, the lead dev, and the potential for the coin. Until then, why dont we be amicable and just leave it till after launch for you to continue criticising us?

I love this, this has been said from the minute this all unfolded, where do you get your info from? I don't get it. I banned wolong from every single channel i have any admin status on in irc, doge, unobtanium, pandacoin, we did our best to distance ourself from him.

You can form your opinions on your own account of what you believe your opinion to be but in actual fact is just bullshit trolls have spread throughout the entire panda thread. We have nothing to hide from so why would we change our names? We have done nothing wrong but you have made your mind up, we understand your concerns and think its best that you focus on other coin if thats how you feel.

nice feedback, had you actually read the thread, which you clearly haven't you can see my responses, mutliple, per page to people addressing everything that happened. If you recall, he released a pasetebin blaming me personally for the whole thing that unfolded. 2 hours prior to this he was blaming one of the other team members. An entire 24hours prior to this, myself and other team members were pressing him for answers as he decided to cut ties with the community on launch, as i've previously stated 100 times, and we were obviously pissed off about that in itself, compounded by the fact he decided our questions weren't important, and then he dumps his coin and pisses off, makes up some crap about how its my fault, the dev teams fault, cryptowest's fault, etc. You are aware that i have friends who are in his circle jerk who he still owes BTC too, why are none of them hating on me or refusing to talk to me if its all my fault, the teams fault, or somehow orchestrated by us ? How would US, minus wolong, going in to some sort of plan in any way benefit us when held the lions share of the coins that were available at that time? Do you even realise what madness you are spewing. dump profits were shared? Tell me where, id love to know so i can go and buy myself some stuff, you retard.

i welcome anyone to tell us why we are scammers or to explain their account of what they believe happened with pandacoin. It seems like there is a lot of rage built up and its being directed at the wrong people here.

I knew that offering pandacoin IPO buyers was going to be a double edged sword but i did it anyway hoping that people would see the reason for it, not see it as something negative or buying people off. Those guys who have given their details over, are free to do whatever tehy want with their coins, if that means they choose to sell them immediately, so be it, its not our decision.

i would like to point out that we are in no way obligated in any way to have to offer this to anyone, we are doing so as we feel its the right thing to do and at the very least, restore some confidence in people who have got the wrong idea about what happened with panda.
 
If you want to make this thread about panda or calling us names, at least produce some valid arguments for what your saying rather than just shouting blindly that we apparently did this or that. Its got to a point now, where this has been talked about over and over, and no matter what answers i, or anyone else on the team gives, its not satisfactory to anyone due to what happened with the coin. I am going to say this one last time in this thread, you can believe what you want, you can choose to follow other peoples opinions, and for the most part, i believe most of you had nothing to do with panda and are just looking to hype on the forum for no reason other than to be argumentative based on what you have read elsewhere.. and thats fine.. but we did nothing other than provide an extremely successful launch with panda, and have our efforts sabotaged by wolong. Im not surprised so many here refuse to believe it because you paid a membership fee to join his fanclub. If you want to make some actual valid arguments, i will gladly respond, otherwise please go and troll elsewhere if you don't like what we are doing.

No the devs didnt get called out, the devs made a decision to decrease the ipo/premine to 1% based on community feeedback.. and for that you're attacking us?

It clearly states, in the OP, what goes to the dev team which is 40% of the 1%.

I am telling people to invest responsibly for good reason - take a look at us, scrutinize it, tear to pieces, do whatever you want.

We are also offering free coins to anyone who was involved with the pandacoin IPO or with wolong in any capacity. We are doing this not because we have to, but because we want to help to restore some order and provide a valuable platform that the community can grow to love.

Man, I don't want to get in to all of this again, you are free to believe what you want. But if you're so offended, so disgusted at us and don't want anything to do with us or our projects then you shouldn't really be posting on our threads.

If that's how you feel I think it's better you don't invest.
