At this moment I'm working on an SMS bot that will let you view your 10-5 balance and send coins to contacts using their (anonymous) 10-5 codes.
It's still in testing, but we're quite happy with the results so far.

As you can see this is just using your default messaging app, you don't have to install any new apps to use this.

We aren't forgetting the people out there without unlimited texting plans though!
If you've used Whatsapp, you probably know Telegram, the app that a large chunk of Whatsapp users switched to after Facebook bought Whatsapp.
If you've used neither: Telegram is basically an app that lets you send (secure, encrypted) text messages over your data connection for free.

This version of the bot isn't as far along, but we're quite happy with how it's turning out:

We'd also like to support Whatsapp in the future, as there are still a lot of people on there, but their terms of use are very strict and they've been known to instantly disable Whatsapp accounts that run a bot.
We'll be looking into contacting Whatsapp for an official statement and we will keep you updated.

I have been developing coins since December, was heavily involved in the early reddit/doge movement (dogehound) my old bitcointalk handle is doges. You can see the dates, I went from doge to Unobtanium where I took over there and rebooted the entire project. I invented crypto-kilograms, and again paid for everything out of my own pockets hiring professional web designers and buying the highest-tier servers for rockchain.info

Honestly UNO has cost me several thousands of dollars to reboot, and I had never recovered any funds from that project -- Which has made a few other people considerably wealthy off the pump 2 months back.

Pandacoin was ran and sold entirely by Wolong to his private followers, I was the developer of the project. Meaning me and the devs were in a private room developing the coin 24/7 while wolong was selling the initial shares to people. If you followed the thread everyone would know that the devs ended up as bag holders and none of us made really anything, so all the claims of us having a bad track record at least is very deeply far from the truth. I fought for panda for everyone, and even sevoque is being extremely generous by offering to pay back losses to panda IPO holders.

And the lead dev of this project had nothing to do with any of us, so at least keep that in mind as well

I knew that offering pandacoin IPO buyers was going to be a double edged sword but i did it anyway hoping that people would see the reason for it, not see it as something negative or buying people off. Those guys who have given their details over, are free to do whatever tehy want with their coins, if that means they choose to sell them immediately, so be it, its not our decision.

i would like to point out that we are in no way obligated in any way to have to offer this to anyone, we are doing so as we feel its the right thing to do and at the very least, restore some confidence in people who have got the wrong idea about what happened with panda.

Okkkk...... I joined the Panda group a few days after it started, and still kind of an outsider, but here is how I see it:
The coins were given to wolong because the whole coin was essentially wolong's. The UNO devs were only there to code, not manage. Also, wolong appeared to be the one selling the coin to people (the Chinese), so it seemed probably seemed logical to give the coins to him (I'm not sure. Like I said, I'm still a bit of an outsider.)

But anyways, the lead developer of this coin, defrostr, had absolutely nothing to do with the panda launch, and he holds all the premined coins, so even if the UNO part of the team are scammers (I'm not saying they are), defrostr is the one in control, and he has a positive track record.

That's my two cents, and please don't hate on me too lol

nice feedback, had you actually read the thread, which you clearly haven't you can see my responses, mutliple, per page to people addressing everything that happened. If you recall, he released a pasetebin blaming me personally for the whole thing that unfolded. 2 hours prior to this he was blaming one of the other team members. An entire 24hours prior to this, myself and other team members were pressing him for answers as he decided to cut ties with the community on launch, as i've previously stated 100 times, and we were obviously pissed off about that in itself, compounded by the fact he decided our questions weren't important, and then he dumps his coin and pisses off, makes up some crap about how its my fault, the dev teams fault, cryptowest's fault, etc. You are aware that i have friends who are in his circle jerk who he still owes BTC too, why are none of them hating on me or refusing to talk to me if its all my fault, the teams fault, or somehow orchestrated by us ? How would US, minus wolong, going in to some sort of plan in any way benefit us when held the lions share of the coins that were available at that time? There was a 3% premine.  Wolong got 2.5% of the TOTAL 3% premine.  That was dumped and those profits were shared behind scenes.

If you recall, he released a pasetebin blaming me personally for the whole thing that unfolded. 2 hours prior to this he was blaming one of the other team members. An entire 24hours prior to this, myself and other team members were pressing him for answers as he decided to cut ties with the community on launch, as i've previously stated 100 times, and we were obviously pissed off about that in itself, compounded by the fact he decided our questions weren't important, and then he dumps his coin and pisses off, makes up some crap about how its my fault, the dev teams fault, cryptowest's fault, etc. You are aware that i have friends who are in his circle jerk who he still owes BTC too, why are none of them hating on me or refusing to talk to me if its all my fault, the teams fault, or somehow orchestrated by us ? There was a 3% premine.  Wolong got 2.5% of the TOTAL 3% premine.  That was dumped and those profits were shared behind scenes.

second of all, my understanding behind wolong getting 2.5% of the coin was that he was going to personally do the distribution of all IPO funds that he had personally raised - NO ONE IN THE TEAM HAD ANY ACCESS TO THESE FUNDS OTHER THAN WOLONG, he raised 250btc in exchange for i believe 1.5% of that, although that some percentage of that was MEANT to be used for giveaways, bounties, paying for further development etc, and that also included 200million he held for mollymachine. The remainder of it, was his to hold.

Edit<> I just want to add that the comment above about coins being used for giveaways and bounties were what spurred us to start asking him questions as we wanted to further promote the coin and were being restricted from doing so as a result of him ceasing communication with us at launch.

I don't get what your saying, there are plenty of people who received their pandacoins at ipo, and plenty of people still holding those coins as they are facing a huge loss as a rsult of wolongs actions. I think, what your saying is that he had all the coins so he could dump them all and we could all profit..right? In hindsight, after all the hassle, maybe it would have been better to be partnered with wolong so i could at least tell you what you want to hear. Sadly, its not, and no one on the dev team has any further contact with wolong, and infact, when i started putting out feelers to help in some way contribute to the previous IPO holders (which by the way, had nothing to do with me) he was very rattled by it (so i hear) from a friend of mine who is in his channel, although the IPO holders are excited..

You need to appreciate, we are going above our duties to do some good in the community and help people feel more at ease with what happened with panda given that a number of us are from the same team that worked on the coin. You need to get away from the mentality that we were in on some masterplan, that we are trying to repeat it, or whatever. But look, the good news is, we are just over a day away from launch now, i guess the coin will stand on its own merits, and you can make a clearer and more educated decision on what you think of us, the lead dev, and the potential for the coin. Until then, why dont we be amicable and just leave it till after launch for you to continue criticising us?

if your going to keep bringing up the irc logs, produce them. I know about all the logs as i was part of most of them and i am not worried about their content because i know what they say and it backs up everything i have said here about what happened and i will maintain my position indefinitely.

I have no control over further development of panda, the other main dev responsible for producing panda has been AFK since the project started and is still AFK, so we are unable to provide any updates until he returns. He is currently in Ukraine so we have no ETA.
