181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not trust New wallets with your fund on: September 21, 2019, 05:39:37 AM
The reason why i don't like new wallets
1. They always have low users which means they have nothing new to offer, even if new users try them out, once they don't see any thing new they bounce back to their old wallet, repetitive at work

2. Many new wallets on playstore can't be trusted, they have different set of aims, some have access to your private keys but they will fool users thinking you are the only one in control of the private keys and some don't  give out private keys to users, they work as online wallet

I totally agree with you we should be really careful with choosing which wallet to use to hold and manage our crypto assets because as you say using a wallet which won't provide you private keys is really risky 'coz they can close app anytime they want and run.

184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Btc is 1st then? Other Alts? on: September 20, 2019, 05:51:00 AM
On what basis were you ranking the coins? Is it which coin came into existence first or by the total market capitalization of the project right now or just the popularity?
185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Cardano now will able of recover the majority of previous Bear on: September 20, 2019, 05:42:04 AM

The present situation of the coin scarcely springs up any perplexity with respect to its developments. Truth be told, the coin has been reflecting extremely bullish moans since a week ago.
Talking about the energy of the coin, the coin has had the option to exhibit an amazing force by recuperating most of its past misfortunes.Believe it or not, ADA has now figured out how to be in the rundown of probably the most solid coins in the market at present.
Along these lines long haul financial specialists ought to consider putting resources into the coin as it certainly guarantees a superior benefit later on.

I have suffered almost 65% loss on my investment in Cardano. Hopefully, what they are saying turn out to be true and I will be able to retrace the value I lost.

Did phase 2 of Pangaea started already? If yes is there still any chances of getting a key to get started? I am on the waitlist since phase 1 but still no joy.
Yes, started. And was already near end, but prolongated to 1 Oct. So, you have chance to participate.
About keys try to ask @GizemC on Telergam.

Alright, thank you very much. If you are saying that they have extended the phase 2 till 1 Oct I do might still have a chance to participate. BTW how much is AWS charging you per month?
187  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can exchanges steal my ether on: September 19, 2019, 05:07:49 AM
Most probably you are a victim of a phishing attack. During my early days on crypto, I met with the same fate as you. I entered my private key in the open form which resulted in the theft of my ETH.

Also, don't share your private key with anyone.

190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Finding the best Altcoins on: September 15, 2019, 05:14:30 AM
I've decided to put more attention on altcoins now when analysis project another big pump in crypto, but which tools/sites do you guys use to do so? I've seen many new coin listing sites and calendars and altcoin projection sites but I never got the feeling like "Waw this site is great". Any suggestions?

I search for low marketcap project which has potentials using either coingecko or coinmarketcap but lately I inclining more towards coingecko because CMC is sometimes taking too long to add new coins.

Why Taas just can be trade in here https://www.livecoin.net/en/trading/TAAS_BTC ?
This project still alive or not ?
Anyone know why projects silent ?

No TAAS already closed shop. They are now in process of sending funds back to user who registered in their platform.

As to why TaaS is still being traded on livecoin you would have to ask livecoin support that question.

194  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Telegram Open Network TON on: September 13, 2019, 06:48:41 AM
Weird this is the first time I am hearing that telegram have their own cryptocurrency. How did one buy the GRAM tokens? Was it through ICOs? I checked CMC but GRAM is not yet listed over there.
The sale is done. And they have made an ICO before and it was a successful one but became quiet afterwards.
Again this GRAM is the 2nd one but it's already complete.

Thanks for the details. I just checked the coingecko for GRAM token and their value fell by almost half since they hosted an IEO on liquid's platform.
195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bancor | Protocol for Smart-tokens, solving the liquidity problem on: September 13, 2019, 05:52:00 AM

To participate in this airdrop do we have to hold our BNT on the bancor platform or holding on exchanges/myetherwallet wallet will work as well?

Major exchanges may facilitate the airdrop and details will come closer to the time. But users who hold BNT in a non-custodial wallet do not need take any action in order to receive the airdrop in their wallets, except hold BNT.

Cool. My BNTs would be ready for receiving more free coins Cheesy

I constantly keep trading my BNT on Binance so if they will support the airdrops that would be greaat.

Does anyone know when we will be able to transfer our BEP-2 ONE tokens for the mainnet version of the ONE tokens? Also when they will allow us to stake our ONE coins?

Here is the answer to your question, taken from the An open discussion with CEO Stephen Tse on Harmony’s Vision and RoadMap — September 2019

...after the token swap and mainnet SDK, likely around October...

Full release of discussion check here https://link.medium.com/z286aMAlVZ

Awesome!! October is not that far away. Eagerly waiting staking enabled network because the price has fallen a lot lately maybe news about staking would really jumpstart an upward movement.

This is starting to sell like a scam.

Anyone get their final payout yet? I wonder if they've been selling our transferred tokens...

Just checked my address and so far I haven't received any payouts from the TaaS team. Just saw their roadmap and I think they will send me the payouts after sept.

I don't why they are taking too long for the payments, people who send the TaaS token to specified wallet address will they pay the amount on a monthly basis? They have the liquidity and why they are taking too much time to transfer the fund to the investors who send the TaaS tokens.

I completed my token transfer really late so maybe that's the reason they will send me my ETH at a later date? I will try asking them for a date on their community channel.
