In order to avoid bounty scams you need to consider 2 things:
1. CHECK THE PROJECT - you need to do research about the bounty, the project team, the whitepaper because some might just copy and paste it, the advisors, roadmap, bounty pool and ofcourse the founder you need to be a good observer, check their background because sometimes by just merely observing and reading you will know right away if the bounty is a scam.
2. CAMPAIGN MANAGER - the one that you should always consider, because if the bounty manager is scammer then the bounties itself is a scam, and it is really obvious if the bounty manager has a negative trust then surely he or she is scammer, one thing to consider also is the rank of the bounty manager the higher the rank the higher the legit factor, you can always do research here there are many list of legit and reliable bounty manager and the list of all bounty manager scammers.

I do completely agree with 1st point of check the project . but regarding campaign manager rank in forum , then want to tell you something that i saw many good projects use service of full member rank manager , even some do manage bounty themselves so they have only junior member rank account. What I am trying to say is the higher the rank the greater the responsibility. Say for example the bounty manager is legendary he won't risk his account as a legendary knowing that the campaign is a scam and he himself is a scammer. So if the bounty is being managed by a legendary you can't argue that it is not legit. |

Sa totoo lang, nasubukan ko ng ma-scam sa first experience ko sa signature campaign. Dahil nga first timer ko, hindi ko masyadong alam kung ano ang dapat ikonsidera bago mag apply sa sig. Campaign. I agree that we have to consider the reputation of the managers, dapat well-experienced ang manager. Bukod doon, kinakailangan din na tingnan ang project ng campaign kung magiging successful ito. Higit sa lahat tingan natin kung naka escrow ang fund upang siguradong hindi tayo mai scam ng mga managers.
mahirap po talaga kung ma scam, lalo na kapag sig campaign pa ilang buwan mo din yun pinagpaguran tapos mapupunta lang sa wala. kailangan po talaga maging mapanuri, mapagmatyag at matang lawin dito sa bitcointalk. |

The best solution for this kind of problems is to assemble some sort of bitcointalk police that will handle who goes against the rules. Although there are moderators, but I think we need a group than can handle millions of users to make this forum clean, we can't depend on reporting someone because some users don't bother to report and we can't just depend on moderators.

HODLing is the best choice to make, in order to be successful in this world of cryptocurrency you need to hold. I got what you mean not to cut the chain but whether you HODL or not there will be someone who does not want to HOLD and just dumping around. So, you need to hold if you find that token has a lot of potential and if it is enough to carry it's load in this crypto universe. Because some tokens are not worth holding on like some shitcoins who is just for GAS purposes.
