First of all let me say I am proud at the community ZEIT has become. We are strong and now with only POS and 1 coin per POW our coin has no where to go but up.

I have been relieved for the weekend by another family member so I actually have time this weekend to work on more coin promotion and adaptation.

I have been in talks with the better bitcoin bureau to become the official sponsor for them. This is a huge opportunity and am asking the community for help.

I am still running the show however have been dealing with a family member on palliative care. I have been in constant contact with a few members who are working on projects and have handed the development reins to winevirus. We will have new wallets very soon and a new official forum. We have been listed on CoinMarketCap as promised: www.CoinMarketCap.com  which should start to bring us major exposure. CoinWarz is next!!

Block reward is halving tonight!! After tonight, Zeit will be twice as hard to mine!

We have lots of more work to get accomplished so we might be a little inactive for the day, but we will update you guys tomorrow. Also don't forget to check the giveaways/bounties post in the OP for thousands of Zeitcoin per day! We will be in touch later tonight or tomorrow.

Hey Zeitcoin family. An update has been posted to the OP including the new block explorer. We would like to publicly thank winevirus for helping get the job done.

Now that the explorer is up, CoinMarketCap has been contacted again and CoinWarz is next. The explorer was holding us back from moving onto these steps, so now we are in a position to proceed.

On another note, the Zeitcoin thread is already at over 290 Pages! This movement does not seem to be slowing down by any means and once wide-spread exposure is accomplished, there will be no looking back.

Current Objectives, Bounties & Giveaways
One of our biggest goals at the moment is to spread the word about Zeitcoin and continue to grow this community. We are developing a community-based website, but until that's finished, we are looking to continue growing. To accomplish this, we will be releasing new bounties and giveaways for the community every few days. The bounties and giveaways have just been updated so if you are interested in supporting this community while being paid in ZEIT, see the link below. Even one simple comment will be paid in ZEIT!

We'll give it some thought, however just ignoring CR altogether and resolving this directly with our community is way we'd like to go. Also thank you for your active support on the thread, we won't forget your involvement as we move forward.

Also @808shark, we are still accumulating as much information as possible before sending what reimbursements we are capable of sending. Everything will be sorted out this week.

Okay guys, step 1 of our promotional plan is rolling out NOW! As a community, we must stop discussing these unfortunate events in the past. Our team will work with all community members who have suffered a loss in private to resolve this, however publicly we must all come together and move forward.

We have commissioned AltcoinAuthority to host our "Bounty Giveaways" for us since BitcoinTalk is not a great place to keep a record of who has done what. Please DO NOT post your address on BitcoinTalk, this is not allowed.

Community Bounties: Help Spread Awareness!

The bounties include posting on a well-known blog, contacting well-known blogs to have them post, making a YouTube video about Zeitcoin, changing your signature & posting in other BitcoinTalk forums and simply sharing the bounty giveaway. We are open to any suggestions from the community regarding other ways we can create major buzz around this community.

This bounty giveaway will run for the next week and there is no limit to how many times you can enter for each task. We are aiming to DOUBLE the size of this community over the next week and we need your help guys. So much of our time has been put towards this CryptoRush issue and the block explorer that we must harness the resources of this entire community to make a buzz outside of this thread.

There are also bounties open for any type of promotional work or development work such as creating games, designing "info-graphics", messaging merchants or any other type of work. Also please tell others about these bounties to help grow this movement.

Also please realize that TZM has many chapters all over the world and the statement above is from the headquarters. By the time our inquiries had reached main office, we had already launched. However the second TZM told us they would not directly associate with us, we completely disassociated with them directly and instead are just a movement of people who believe in their principles.

No problem, I'll give you a brief update. We were in talks with a local TZM chapter at the very start and were getting a good response from them. However they decided not to be officially associated with us since they are not yet convinced about cryptocurrencies. This movement is a community of like-minded individuals who seek to integrate cryptocurrencies into the world of activism. We believe in TZM's principles of creating a better quality of living for all humans on earth and believe that cryptocurrencies are a perfect fit for this objective.

We are working on a whole new platform for us to communicate the next steps however as you can see are constantly dealing with other stuff that takes our focus away from the important things i.e. next steps for coins.

We will be releasing more info today hopefully once we get news the explorer is ready.

BigC will continually be censored from this conversation. It's funny because I just looked back to the last 5 pages of PM's here on BitcoinTalk and not one time does this BigC fellow come up.

@BigC: Instead of childishly spamming the thread calling US scammers, why don't you maybe send us a PM? First of all, you are not the only one that lost coins on the EXCHANGE. Does it look like we are an exchange to you? No. We know you are pissed, however your anger does not come close to ours. We have been left to sort this whole mess out with the small team we have. This community is 100x larger then we are, and we did not loose your coins, so chill out.

Our e-mail has been flooded with messages from people claiming they have lost far greater amounts than what we currently hold as a team. If we were to pay back everyone who claims they lost coins ON THE EXCHANGE, it would bankrupt us and there would be no funds left to continue development. Therefore we are looking into a way we can equitably reimburse those who lost with the funds that we have allocated to this fund. (50m + donations)

This community needs to realize that we are taking it upon ourselves to help those who suffered a loss. We did not steal your coins, so stop yelling at us and calling us scammers. Also thank you to those who are sticking up for us, we're doing our best and promise that the reimbursement fund will be put towards those that can prove their loss. However individuals like BigC who childishly spam the thread are going to be reimbursed last. Those who are supportive and PATIENT and understand that we are working hard to resolve this will be reimbursed much before these spammers. So just keep that in mind when you are calling us Scammers. I'm not saying you won't receive some sore of reimbursement, all I'm saying is you're making this much more difficult for yourself, so keep it up.  

A brief update has been posted to the OP. We are trying to get the block explorer up and ready for you guys by tonight. This thing has given us immense problems, however it's almost resolved and will be available VERY SOON! Mark my words.

In addition, new bounties will be allocated to those who help bring exposure to the Zeitcoin movement. We will be giving away upwards of 50,000ZEIT per person who helps grow this movement by following specific tasks. We're sorry about any previous bounties that have not been paid. Our development/giveaway fund has been slashed immensely as we have run into various issues that we have had to pay to get resolved. However we have a strategic promotional-plan that will allow us to distribute hundreds of thousands of ZEIT to those that help us grow. More information on this will be available tonight.

We have huge plans for the future of ZEIT, however patience is key. The exchange rate has been affected by all of these rumours and baseless accusations and does not AT ALL reflect this great community or the mining difficulty. Rest assured that after the block explorer is up, CoinMarketCap & CoinWarz will be in a position to list our coin. Then we will move on to further stages of our promotional plan to raise immense awareness.

Are you ignorant to how coins work?  We cannot delete coins from the blockchain why don't you learn how crypto currencies work before you make ridiculous accusations. Once a coin is on the blockchain it cannot be deleted.

That is the most ridiculous thing I have heard do far.

We changed the thread because we changed the coin from POW to POW/POS if you aren't smart enough to realize that I don't have to justify anything to you nor take your ridiculous accusations

Also, we're sorry but we had to delete some previous posts because hearsay will not be tolerated.

Regarding the early days of Zeitcoin, allow me to ensure that the team has evolved substantially since day one. Previous developers have been fired and the team has re-grouped to make this movement a long term success. Some serious reputations were tarnished by the issue at CryptoRush so it only makes sense that they would direct all of the blame towards Zeitcoin. Please be patient and let us sort through the evidence before starting the reimbursements.

The block explorer is almost finished and will be available soon. Once this is completed, we will move forward by getting listed on CoinMarketCap and then CoinWarz if everything goes according to plan. To be honest, ZEITCOIN has been vastly affected by countless events that were largely out of our control since day one, so once these are resolved, the promotional plan will be rolled-out and will take us to the next level with the help of this great community.

Sorry just catching up on what I have missed. I was away for the weekend visiting a sick family member. I am back now. It seems this Cryptorush is being blown way out of proportion. I was trying to stay professional about it but here it is. They screwed up, not us. We are willing to help give people back some of their losses because we know Cryptorush won't. We did not do this it was completely Cryptorush and anything they say differently is ridiculous.

I have over 200+ emails of people contacting us saying that we owe them their ZEIT unfortunately a) we don't even have enough to pay you all back b) we were hoping that after seeing what we were going to do with people who lost where it wasn't our fault, Cryptorush would own up to it and start paying back their members who used their exchange.

We have no affiliation with them and their allegations of us creating this problem to dump the coin is ludicrous how would that be beneficial for us in any way? It makes no sense they are trying everything they can to not pay their own users back. I feel this is a clear indication of who is at fault overall.

I will talk it over with the team to see what we can do however everyone should know our donation fund is no where near the amount people have lost and if I was you, you all should get together and go after the real people who you lost your ZEIT from.

I am fed up with trying to help and then having the blame put on us. We do not run the exchange nor do we have anything to do with how they run their exchange. WE DID NOT LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will go through the emails we have to see what we can do here however we did the donation fund as a help we were not assuming responsibility to pay everyone back as this was not our screw up!!!!!!!!!

March 14th update has been posted to the OP. It was a victorious day today guys. We went neck-and-neck right before the MintPal deadline and if it wasn't for the support of this great community, we wouldn't have made it.

Our goals at this point are twofold: Further development of Zeitcoin & raising awareness for this movement.

The Zeitcoin team is dedicated to achieving both of these objectives and are asking for support. We will start to roll out the promotional plan for Zeitcoin in the next few days which will largely be community-focused. In the meantime, simply re-posting articles/videos about Zeitcoin in social media groups & communities and talking about ZEIT in other threads helps us grow and get stronger as a group.

There are bright times ahead for the Zeitcoin family, all we ask for is patience and assistance so we can build this into a success for us all.
