I have more than 50 btc here and get interest every day without issue!
And still, no trusted member comes forth on btc-bankers behalf.

btc-banker has the private keys of every customer victim.

/thread
Also TF was trolling.
183  Economy / Auctions / Re: [Auction] 2013 0.5 BTC Casascius coin FUNDED begins at 0.6BTC UK on: June 11, 2014, 05:29:22 PM
I am very sorry to hear that, they've tried that on me before.

I sign any addresses using my PGP key.

Do you still have the funds or would you like to cancel the bid?

185  Other / Archival / Re: [CounterParty/Colored Coins] IPO announcement. Mimex - UK bitcoin exchange on: June 11, 2014, 04:02:41 PM
When do you expect your exchange to launch? You've been offering this IPO for a while (I just woke up so my memory might be a little foggy)

Around one months time. Platform should be complete in two weeks, after that its mainly just security that we need to work on.

Mainly just security?  That's the only thing that matters!  Store 90% of holdings in cold storage that NEVER touches anything that has ever been online.  Do not even transfer via USB key, use webcams and QR codes or something similar.

"Mainly just security" refers to the work required in the final two weeks, not our priorities. 2 of 3 address is what shall be used for cold storage and it should be more like 98%. The system is already prepared for this and we get given a "deficit" if someone tries to withdraw more than is in the hot wallet, and alerts us to top it up. Theoretically we could do closer to 99% cold storage but we don't want delays for our customers.

187  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [IPO] CoinPal - Crypto-Currency Exchange & Profit Switching Mining Pool {NEW} on: June 11, 2014, 12:26:56 PM
I would be interested in taking over coinpal, it would fit right into the project me and a couple of other guys are working on.
Brief:

We are working on a way to buy bitcoins at a Walmart, I have talked to the people at walmart and they have shown interest in the idea. But we would need a exchange to go along with the purchasing method to 1. Increase revenue channels 2. have a place to claim the bought coins.

I would gladly collaborate with you on that, for the place to claim coins part.

Escrow.ms might be a good option, I'll message him soon.
189  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [IPO] CoinPal - Crypto-Currency Exchange & Profit Switching Mining Pool {NEW} on: June 11, 2014, 12:05:02 PM
So this Ryan Gay is the scammer... and Ryan Milligan has lost what 50+ btc coins... and people here say he is a scammer... well just found this..

http://99designs.com.au/brand-identity-pack/contests/create-modern-welcoming-attractive-logo-alt-coin-exchange-369174/entries

So I do think Ryan Milligan is not a scammer ...

To you Ryan... Why not just ask the other Ryan for the CoinPal.net domain and all the ownership of the idea.. get him to sign some legal doc.. for the idea and all that and get post here you got all that info... and               then ask here in the forum for some more btc and get the CoinPal.com domain I think you could get it with a good offer look at the site on that domain it is well yer.. nothing..

Then re-open a new ipo and honor all the shares from the people that bought in to the old coinpal ipo... but tell them that it would be 3-6 months before you return anything on their investment...
Then from the new ipo shares sold...

Well hire people that can build the coinpal.com/net exchange.. you would be the CEO...

Hire people from freelancer.com or elance.com and only pay once work is done... and you could even offer shares to good coders..

Payout the holders of the old ipo that are looking for a fast return...

Also I would ask ryan gay to give you all his mining gear...other wise take him to the cleaners... or talk to his dad I am sure you would get his mining gear...

then use the mining gear to give small returns back to current ipo holders...

With everything in this crypto space still so new. there is room for a new exchange but it needs good coders and marketers... and investors.. and above all everyone needs to be honest..

anyway... I feel for you losing 25k plus and then get called being a scammer in a public forum... I did some research on you and I know your not..

Well just my 2 bit... (Sats)

Ryan M had been interested in investing in my own company (came to me), however never contacted me over a two week period, after being given several times to call or the opportunity to meet in person. Can't blame him I guess as he was fucked with this.

However, I want to make a proposition to the shareholders here. What we are doing is similar to that of CoinPal, although more profitable, less shitty and I have no criminal convictions. (Feel free to look up William Dunne, UK).

If as a collective of CoinPal investors you can raise the funds I require I will give you all half rates on shares, so instead of 0.008 I would give you shares at 0.004btc we need between £7,000 and £17,500. (The extra 10,500 is not required but would allow us to do some extra things for the exchange, to name a few it would get us the required initial balance for a euro account with 0 SEPA fees, allow us to hire a professional PR firm and launch a pool simultaneously).

Not normally into hijacking threads for self promotion, however as the origin of this thread is a scam I shall make an exception.

Impressive, 23 criminal records.

Yeah, I think the money is gone.
192  Other / Archival / Re: [CounterParty/Colored Coins] IPO announcement. Mimex - UK bitcoin exchange on: June 11, 2014, 09:05:03 AM
for clarification

is it right to assume that the majority shareholders (3 founders) will own 85% of the 100000 shares and the investors ( those who buy shares) will own the remaining 15%?

if not, how many shares are there actually (total shares allotted to majority shareholders and investors) and how many shares (percentage) will the majority shareholders hold and how many shares (percentage) are allotted for investors

Correct, although the investors will have significantly more votes per share than the founders. Once the IPO is over we will work out how many votes the investors need to give them a total of at least 45% of the voting power.

cant believe this saga is still going on!!!  Come on guys just cause Ryan G pays a lill dividend here n there and sends out a few worthless usb miners does not make this any less of on utter rip off scam!!! You lot who got conned shld be on RyanGs case, hassle his family, his families business, local media, report him to the authorities etc... If you dont the cunt will think he can get away with this kind of behavior and do it all over again. In fact he prob already is!!!!

Please do not hassle his family, its not their fault that he is a scammer. Mention it to them, and tell them what he has done but get one person to do so. Not a mob of people harassing them.
194  Other / Archival / Re: [CounterParty/Colored Coins] IPO announcement. Mimex - UK bitcoin exchange on: June 10, 2014, 11:06:37 PM
How often will investors see P&L, and Balance sheet statements?  Will they be audited (both BTC as bitstamp and bitfinex, and USD)?

Are there going to be salaries, or will all money going out be part of the 100,000 shares not being sold?  It's very easy to take astronomical salaries if successful leaving a fraction to go out to share holders.  The contract needs more work.  I suggest you look at other examples as there are many that are much more detailed.
Contract is currently lacking, I'll give you that one. Working on a GPG signed contract in the style of an MPEX contract.

As for salaries, I shall not be taking a salary. I am a majority shareholder and that is where I shall be taking the funds.

Initially we will be doing monthly dividends with a small report (basics like profit and expenditure). Eventually it will become a weekly thing, once we have a better idea of the costs (variable costs billed monthly).

Hope that answers the questions!

...we have a couple of 'larger' investors speaking with us so that may end up not being the case.

Naturally.  Met them while discussing your five-dollar ponzi investment, did you?
Not quite. Would you rather hear that I have a severe gambling addiction and put all of my money into ponzis rather than doing $5 for short lived entertainment
197  Economy / Securities / Re: FASBIT - THE EXCHANGE YOU OWN. on: June 10, 2014, 07:37:12 PM
Did you not do due diligence?
198  Economy / Auctions / Re: [WTS] Exchange platform on: June 10, 2014, 07:35:49 PM
I certainly will be.
Is this the platform your using to build your exchange ?

Regards

Duke
A heavily modified version, yes.

Best,

William Dunne

We have a customer base, already have a brokerage firm and the vast majority of the UK Bitcoin space (that we've spoken to) planning to use us.
steady. what?

Might sound over optimistic, but the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Probably worded it wrong

Why are you asking money from the public if you have a sound business?

The point was their intention. We have those people saying they intend (hence usage of the word plan) to use us. We need more money now just for hosting and security. Already have the funding for development.

That being said, we have a couple of 'larger' investors speaking with us so that may end up not being the case.
