MingoPool is a scam! After being screwed over by this guy it's now my duty to follow all his posts with a warning so that other people don't fall for his trap. Search the 365coin thread for "mingopool", TONS of complaints. He stole 0.38 365 from me. On the day I discovered it that amount was worth USD$352 ! Other complaints of him using miners credentials on other pools and changing the payout address. Stupid to reuse credentials, but still NOT COOL! It's amazing the pool ops can screw over the community and continue operating under the same name.

365coin is totally awesome and really cool. I'm really raking it in with my 3GH rig, good time for mining--and we're still regularly in the top 10 at whatmine.com.
Have you guys noticed that dwarfpool has 56/67 GH/s? That's 84% of the network hash. We're looking like maxcoin, which is NOT COOL. You all realize that dwarfpool is charging a 3% fee due to the high hash right? He's a good pool op, but this situation sends a bad message. First of all, with the low diff, even small miners could get a block each day solo mining. Anyway we need to spread the hash. You can bring some over to my pool nomp.1js.us (1% fee, no registration), or any other pool. if your bothering to collect the coins you should do your part to safeguard your investment, so please stop mining there!!!

I realize that everyone has a life and it too busy to work on our coin. It's cool, whatever. I'll try to find some time for it in the near future. We'll need to start a new thread soon, but I would like to have a nice looking website up first--and we'll need to keep some discussion going in the new thread. Nice to see a few people using the faucet Crazy to see that we're approaching the max block reward and the diff is so low. Great time to mine. I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm planning to start buying up coins as the diff starts falling. As long as those of us with over 100M can hold until the block subsidy hits 5k, I think it's possible to reach 1 satoshi before then.

I hope you're wrong, I've been selling BTC to buy VTC. I really like VTC, best community here, and still a relatively small market cap. How is darkcoin worth $60 million, and VTC only worth $4.2 million. VTC is clearly a superior coin, and once the stealth feature comes out, I think we'll see a lot of money moving into VTC. My favorite "feature" of VTC, is the success of it's P2Pool. A strong P2Pool makes it the most secure coin, arguably more so than Bitcoin.
Dev's, please listen, if you decide to change the algo, PLEASE make sure to have the P2Pool modifications ready first. So many altcoins have pools with over 51%, that would mean death.

The fork was in early April. We didn't start having problems until two weeks later. Why did you tell me in IRC on April 30th that my coins were safe and I should keep mining. Why did you tell everyone in the thread that our coins were safe and you just needed to fix the UI? Why did you drag us along for a week claiming that all coins would be paid out on May 2nd, and when the day came along you wiped out our balances? Why did you have fake miners posted on your site for weeks? Why did you accept new miners after you were aware of the problems? Why did people have the same problems as recently as May 22nd when the big issue occurred a month ago? Why do you think you can scam the community and get away with it? Not while I'm here. I will follow you forever and not allow you to screw us over again, that's a promise.

Friends, be warned. This is a DISHONEST POOL OPERATOR, everything will seem fine for a while, until he ramps up the fees to 50% without telling anyone, or finds some other way to screw you over. With many great pools to choose from don't waste your time with a known thief.
--- Sorry guys, I know this is all a bit off-topic. Let's get back to building the FluxCoin community--the cleanest alt we've ever seen.

There was a hard fork at block 44,500 April 8th 2014. Please ensure you are using the latest wallet.
That was in April, the shit hit the fan in May. That doesn't explain the fake miners that you had posted, nor does it explain why you were still accepting new miners and not making payouts as recently as May 22nd. --- Sorry guys, I know this is all a bit off topic. Let's get back to wanking

Ouch, that's not nice, thank you for letting us know. There is scam accusation board + you can add negative review to his trust I believe. If you're honest I think his account should be banned? I said to this guy a lot of times, im not a scammer. He claims his forked coins, it was a dev failure for a bad fork in 365 network. Please, stop follow me and stop saying lies. Mingopool is not a scam you can try it and make your own opinion. Then why did you tell me in IRC that my coins were safe and I should keep mining. Why did you tell everyone in the thread that our coins were safe and you just needed to fix the UI? I just noticed that "Add Algos" was added to the poll. Does this mean we would have something like Myriadcoin, or does it just refer to a multi function hash algo?

In Q3 we will have SCRYPT / SCRYPT-N ASIC. Soon we will start taking pre-orders.
You guys see this? Seems legit. It seems no one care, because ASICs will never mine Vertcoin. Regardless of algo. Dev will change algo in case of some nasty ASIC on the horizon. +1 This whole scenario has been planned out and discussed among the community long ago. VTC will get forked and there will be a lot of unhappy ASIC Scrypt-N owners. I would only see it doing well for VTC. After forking, news will break out that the developers mean it when they say ASIC resistance. ASIC customers hoping to mine VTC will spread their despairs, ultimately self-promoting Vertcoin. This isn't a dedicated Scrypt-N miner, customers will be paying for an Scrypt miner that happens to mine Scrypt-N as a bonus. I know if I bought one, I would mine VTC, especially if it was more profitable on that day. You may not care but don't blame me when the diff starts rising while the price is falling. This think WILL hit market, and when it does we need to be ready. All this talk about VTC beating ASIC, but "no one cares". Not very inspiring.

Looks like they were on the bad fork of 365 coin
There was no fork, 365coin hasn't had fork issues. This went on for over a week and he kept assuring everyone that everything was okay. He told me on IRC that my coins were safe and I should keep mining. He dragged it on as long as possible to keep people mining and then wiped out their balances. This is a bad guy. There's bound to be pool ops who operate in bad faith. It's only bad news for the community if good people do nothing.

Good news, the explorer is now fully sync'd up and operational. I also made some optimizations to improve the performance.
Anyone who cares about the coin and knows some basic HTML (I'm looking at you), should prepare a basic info page for kimocoin.com. Right now it's just forwarding to the block explorer. Please PM me if you can help out.
