182  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 1xbit closed my account and stole 1.2+ BTC on: October 06, 2020, 01:31:48 PM
sorry to hear that blogab.

Dealing with same issues with Cloudbet.  They stole about 1.4 btc from me.  Cite violations, but they waited for me to deposit to steal the funds.
183  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: October 06, 2020, 12:52:35 PM
FYI, 'ordinarybloke26' account trying to stir up interest in the presidential betting odds is a clear shill account for Cloudbet.  Few reasons why:

Steering attention away from the stealing/scams by cloudbet trying to keep the content about sportsbetting (yeah but if you bet sports there and you don't lose, they may not pay you depending on the weather or the day or the economy).
ordinarybloke26 is such a "can i please blend in" type of screen name.
Presidential betting is a huge money grab for sportsbooks just like stealing is.  The bets are tied up for months, and the sportsbook can use that money elsewhere in the meantime and invest and make a return in the markets or whatever they do with money like run other illegal businesses with it.

AND THE MOST DAMNING EVIDENCE:
another brand new account called 'cryptofiend01' https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=2849561 has 4 total posts.  The first one being a US presidential odds thread, the 2nd being another absolutely random no value post.  The third defending cloudbet in a thread stating Cloudbet needs to be booted from the forum, saying that people are trying to "smear" cloudbet because they are likely a competitor.  And the last post?  A no value post just saying "bitcoin moon" or something on a thread.

And after all this?  They have left positive feedback for ordinarybloke26 here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=2849561  stating that he is a good dude or something.

The shill accounts boost each other up and it's so obvious, and they defend the site and try and steer the conversation the way they want.

Cloudbet:  you are spending MY $15,000 or $20,000 that I deposited to the site to use for reputation management and turning your scams into profitable marketing ventures.

I hope that people are waking up to this.

Cloudbet:  Please return the deposits I made on the day you stole them.

THESE ARE MY DEPOSITS ON THAT DAY THAT I REQUESTED 67 BCH CASHOUT.  I WANT THEM BACK NOW.  NOW.  now now now now now now.

24 bCH + 20 BCH + 16 BCH + 3 BCH + 11 BCH = 74 BCH in deposits on the same day I requested a 67 BCH cashout.  You don't want my action.  Fine.  Return the money doesn't matter if it's an account that is in the profit.  I will never use your site again, I need my deposits back.
184  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet should no longer be allowed on bitcointalk- a danger to community on: October 06, 2020, 12:44:13 PM
Take a look at this account 'ordinarybloke26'
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=2849561
They were given a neutral trust by the brand new member cryptofiend above directly after registering.  It's funny because I had just called out ordinarybloke for also being a reputation management shill for Cloudbet as well.

The nerve of this sportsbook to steal from players and then try and bash them and call them people trying to smear Cloudbet or give them a bad name for no reason.

Listen, the site stole $15,000 from me and they have the nerve to use new shill accounts to boost each other's rep.  I can expect negative trust coming from their shill accounts now that I left negative on their account because it's so obvious new accounts giving other sham accounts rep is so obvious to me.  It's unbelievable.
185  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet should no longer be allowed on bitcointalk- a danger to community on: October 06, 2020, 12:37:50 PM

If I'm not mistaken, Cloudbet has been around since 2013. I doubt they could've lasted this long if their biz model is to scam people. I was on Reddit the other day and I noticed all of the pinned posts on r/cloudbet are scam accusations... their competitor or at least someone is trying to mess with them...

BTW guys, I'm not into blatantly accusing various accounts of being shill accounts because at times it can be out of line.

However cryptofiend01 is 100% a shill account.  Their first post was commenting on betting on the US presidential odds.

For a sportsbook, taking bets on long term events is a serious money grab.  Bets are tied up for months, and the site can then use those funds to make more profits elsewhere while waiting to pay out (if they even pay out at all)

The account has 4 posts.  first one being commenting on a presidential betting thread from cloudbet or something.  Next one a random post with zero value and zero interest, no idea why they'd post and then 3rd one this post.  last one is just "bitcoin to the moon yo".  check the history.

If I were Cloudbet, I'd constantly be hiring reputation management and shill accounts to build history over time and sway the opinion in the forums.  It's standard business practice these days.

Seriously, defending Cloudbet a site that just stole $15,000 from me.  This is only beginning if they don't return the money.  This shouldn't ever happen to anyone.
186  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet should no longer be allowed on bitcointalk- a danger to community on: October 06, 2020, 12:32:51 PM
Mess with them?  They just scammed the crap outta me.  Are you actually staying informed or are you someone trying to help Cloudbet not pay the money they are stealing from players.
187  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: October 06, 2020, 11:49:07 AM
Fwiw, I think @Cloudbet should just send back your last deposit ($20,000 or $15,000 I'm not sure?) and then close your account and move forward.

Considering they paid out a 330btc win after disputes some years ago I don't see them ruining their entire rep for a measly ~1.5-2BTC here.

Time will tell, but I've worked enough with Cloudbet in the past to know that they should want to do the right thing.

I appreciate that but let me make note of a few things:

#1 rep already has made very angry remarks towards me in PM's on bitcointalk and also in this thread remarking that "case closed, you can't have those deposits back for 75 BCH because the account was in the green".

#2 The economy is down, betting volume is down, and more sportsbooks are popping up in the space every day.  these sites have hired a massive workforce and likely cannot keep up with paying them due to the fact that less people are risking their hard earned cryptocurrency in a down economy.  These sites are going to start exit scamming sooner or later.
188  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: October 06, 2020, 10:21:15 AM
I supported the flag and also left them negative trust. I will remove or revise the trust if they return your rightful funds to you.

Thank you.  I'm sorry about the antics but I'm desperate to be paid.
189  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: October 06, 2020, 03:26:15 AM
I only see open markets for the Presidential Election at the moment. Will you be opening up markets for the Vice President race?   Huh

why are you supporting the site when you see that they steal winning account's deposits?
190  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet $15,000 confiscated due to US Citizenship on: October 05, 2020, 10:28:20 PM
I left negative feedback on their account and I supported your flag. put the link of the flag on the OP (on the first page) for all people to see and decide whether they support the flag or not. Is something cruel keep money from the customers
I was very tempted to leave negative feedback for Cloudbet too but will give them time to respond to my request which was posted earlier. Cloudbet are seeing these types of selective scamming allegations piling up therefore they really should start re-thinking their strategy about addressing complaints and also making it absolutely clear in massive bold letter with a jquery pop box on their website before users sign up stating all the warnings they want to avoid confusion.

Hi everyone, we'd like to address the case of efxes.

Our Player Safety Team performed a standard verification check on the account after noticing several failed logins from the USA.

Our authentication log reveals that the player attempted to authenticate from the USA followed by several other European cities within minutes - this clearly goes against his claim that he is living in and playing from Mexico.

Whilst the player complied and supplied an identity document and proof of address, he failed to submit documents that support his claims of residing in Mexico. We consequently closed the account after confirming a clear breach of our terms and licensing agreement.

We ensured that the player received the total sum of their deposit back and consequently consider this case to be closed.
@Cloudbet

Please could you confirm the following:

1) What were the total number of deposits the user efxes made before his account was closed

2) What were total amount of accumulative funds user efxes deposited before his account was closed

3) What were the total amount of funds that user efxes gambled

4) What were the total amount of funds that user efxes won by betting

5) What was the total amount that you returned to user efxes before closing his account

Your answers will provide enough information for members to be able to conclude if the amounts involved (what he sent to Cloudbet and what Cloudbet returned to him) are disputed or not.

Furthermore, the Cloudbet reputation was already affected after years of disputes and allegations and this is one more in a long line of complaints. Unlike the other incidents though, there is now a website which clearly will be indexed by search engines and will bring negativity to your business like never before: https://cloudbetscams.com

If Cloudbet are not in the wrong there are plenty of members here that will support it but if Cloudbet have selective scammed efxes then there will be no member that will ever defend Cloudbet.

Please try to reach out to efxes and resolve this matter.

Thank you

please answer this or resolve things iwth me privately cloudbet.  Please.  I'm tired.
191  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet $15,000 confiscated due to US Citizenship on: October 05, 2020, 10:26:35 PM
thank you man, i appreciate that.

And thank you to Jolly and Slow Death.  I am sitting tight and awaiting word from Cloudbet.  Jolly has asked the right questions.  Slow death has made some excellent points.  Arcas laid out some good information.  These are good people in the community.

Let's see a resolution pleaaase.  Put some faith bath in the sites please.

This was just posted in the Cloudbet scam accusation thread over here at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5277995.20

here is the post:

This is spot on.

Basically, let's say I ran a sportsbook.  Any time there's a winning account over a set amount of time, I can do the following:

I can mis-grade a wager so that all bets are voided after that if they win (but if they lose it, nothing happens).

I can also: wait for their next big deposits.  If they lose all of it, no problem.  If they win, I freeze the account and find ways to either hold the funds for many many days and not pay due to fraud investigation, or immediately come up with a guilty verdict for a TOS.

It is criminal

still nothing.
195  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: October 05, 2020, 10:55:22 AM
Please return the money cloudbet.  I am desperate for a resolution I need the funds back that I deposited in that day.  That is why I requested the cashout.  after losing some.  I deposited the deposits one after the other after the other without losing them, just firing away.  Then when it was time I requested a cashout because I took my shot, I lost some back, and then I requested cashout the deposits.

Cloudbet is saying because total deposits over 3 month period was less than total withdrawals, they're entitled to wait for my next deposit and take it by force.  Not OKAY.  RETURN THE 67 BCH NOW.
196  Economy / Gambling / Re: #1 RATINGS of BITCOIN SPORTSBOOKS : poster book discussion on: October 04, 2020, 04:38:31 AM
Welp.  Nitrogensports has finally done it.  They've limited my bet limits to mere pittances.  Cloudbet has stolen my money.

What are your recommended bitcoin books?  I'd rather not send in my personal documents to any more scamming ass sites like Cloudbet.

Let me know...  I STILL do not understand how to use Fairlay lol.  it seems hard to find bets, it makes little sense to me.  I also like live betting on tennis but I'd rather not get stolen from again because the book doesn't want to take my live tennis bets and other live bets.
197  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: October 03, 2020, 10:42:41 PM
I also have zero against cloudbet.  I just want my money back and for this to never happen to others.

One thing I ask- it looks like this story is making the rounds.  Can you guys please go put in a good word at Reddit, I think this will really help.

I'm going to take a brief hiatus from the thread and see what the community and Cloudbet can come up with.  I'm not doing well in my mind, this has casued me significant emotional, mental, physical stress and has me doing things I wouldn't normally do like post on many forums.

Don't know how you guys would take getting robbed of your life savings- I am not doing well.

I pray for the day I get paid, and I normally don't believe in a higher power.  Please help.

I'm working with a member who is helping to put it up but I don't know him very well but he's been extremely helpful and says it could help in getting the word out and possibly getting me paid.  I just gave him all the info I have.  He is still working on it.

I really need to get paid, what the hell is going on.
