Another review of the novella imagining Kim Davis in lesbian prison.

This one is by Lizzie Crocker of The Daily Beast:

Yes, if I'm going to plagiarise my posts, I shouldn't be so obvious about it. Smiley

I'm trying to decide if it's funnier to see this as "the will of Allah" or as the devil getting some revenge for Hadjis stoning him.

Wait. Hadji? Is that right? OMG. Hadji's dead! No!!11!

You stampeders did it. You finally really did it. God damn you! God damn you all to hell!

Well, TPM is one bunch of cunts.

I haven't noticed them before, but based on this story: yes, one bunch of cunts.
185  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is it OK to use Fiction to attack Political Opponents Sexually? (NSFW) on: September 25, 2015, 11:08:11 AM
I don't think it's right. Fight with truth, with words, not lies (fiction).

Sometimes the truth can only be said in the context of fiction.

I cannot believe people are STILL falling for it. Dude had to lock his thread. I think he had his "ah ha" moment. I knew he lost at "racist" and "Fox News" for a non Fox News link.

Too funny.

This seems like an unnecessarily sexist assumption. I didn't notice my compatriot Canadian friend awesome31312 stating his or her gender. And, you have to admit, if someone's reaction to the evidence contradicting your worldview is to lock your thread and run away crying, there's a good chance they're a little girl.

Here's another story from a source that isn't "Fox News."

http://news.investors.com/ibd-editorials/092215-772291-did-muslim-clock-boy-perpetrate-hoax.htm

They include one thing I brought up earlier and was one reason I was quick to be suspicious.

Quote
The family's spokesperson is the Council on American-Islamic Relations, a terror-tied group that in 2006 sued US Airways for kicking several Muslim activists off a flight for behaving suspiciously and rattling passengers — a stunt that looks eerily similar.

Today I saw the following article:

http://talkingpointsmemo.com/livewire/kim-davis-erotic-fiction-novel

It's a "story" but it's essentially an ad for an e-book. Someone wrote a short erotic novella about lesbians in prison, with the central character clearly based on Kim Davis. (Kim Davis was the Kentucky clerk who went to jail for refusing to sign marraige licenses for gay couples.)

Is the acceptable? I suppose it is. But I'm inclined to take it a step further.

The TPM story was written by Sara Jerde. (The author of the novella used a pseudonym.) Beliathon made a couple of images of Sara Jerde with cum on her face. It's fiction. Her real life boyfriend is also in the fictional picture saying the fictional line "Wipe yo daddy's cum off yo face, girl!" For the record, if the cum is from Sara Jerde's father, it's pure coincidence. The pictures are fiction.

Is this OK? Why or why not?

If it is, can someone clue Beliathon in on how Beliathon could get the images to show up when someone googles for Sara Jerde? Beliathon might be willing to throw a little bitcoin at the project.

I was so much looking forward for that selfie, BOzo and Fraud Jr. I hope they'll still do it.
Too bad.

Don't fret, I'm sure that another wingnut conspiracy will happen along soon enough to give you another hate boner, just keep checking #Breitbart.

You might want to call your doctor about the hate boner you have for Breitbart, since it's lasted more than three years after his death.

Which of the propositions put forward by people who are objecting to this "clock" story do you classify as false? Which do you classify as part of a "conspiracy"? One assertion is that the "clock" he "invented" was simply a digital clock from the 70s or 80s taken apart and put it in a pencil box. Do you think that's false? Do you think that's a "conspiracy theory"? At this point it seems obviously true. Whether or not the result looks like a bomb is subjective. You could do some empirical tests though. As I suggested earlier, those of you who are sure it looks nothing like a bomb could take a clock of the same design into sensitive government buildings. Record the results for later analysis. (By "later analysis" I mean laughter by people like me as we watch you get arrested, tased or shot.)

It's OK. I'm not really expecting a thoughtful answer from you.

This decision is both Stunning and Brave.

By the way, isn't saying "manslaughter" hate speech? Shouldn't it be "personslaughter"?

Sorry, I haven't kept up with this thread. Is it safe to assume Beliathon's continued to just post memes and no actual content?
192  Other / Politics & Society / Re: 14 year old Muslim teen gets illegally detained in Texas for homemade clock on: September 22, 2015, 10:10:39 PM
Something about this story smells. I'm not buying it.

Called it.

Interesting to watch jjphillips and wilikon furiously firefighting a story which doesn't fit with their hate obsessed fascist world view.

One reason I was able to call it is because there've been several stories of Muslims in the U.S. purposefully instigating a situation and then later claiming Islamophobia. Since I've seen repeated evidence for this, it's become part of my world view. This particular example fits perfectly into it.

I understand many people have a different world view which boils down to "West bad. Islam good." In order to shoehorn this situation into their world view, they simply ignore the clear evidence that the young Muslim student simply disassembled an existing digital clock and put it into a case with wiring to make it look suspicious.

And look, you have a good strategy. Ignoring evidence is a very good way to protect your world view. By all means, continue.
193  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Hitler's world may not be so far away on: September 19, 2015, 01:00:21 PM
hitler wouldn't be standing around doing nothing while millions of islamic invaders break into europe and demand free stuff from us

That's true. Hitler would actively make an alliance with the Muslims to help eliminate their common enemy: The Jews. Just like he actually did.

Voted "I don't know but would like to know."

Surprised that so much ppl vote for US Gvmnt. Guys , you seriuos? If it was true don't you think a Snowden would tell the world already?

Oh, Snowden, why didn't I think of him yesterday. Theory 5:

5. Snowden did it. His motive was to help enact the surveillance state so that he could later reveal it and be considered both a hero and a villian. I suspect if we look hard enough at his teenage years, we'll find connections to Dick Cheney and Larry Silverstein. Go!

This thread has so much potential.

Superficial Meme-Boy

and

Confederate Britler

teaming up to defeat the evils of Jewish Capitalist Slavery.

But several hours with no follow-up? Don't let me down guys.
teaming up? i don't make common cause with white knight cuckold trots

Now, see, this is exactly how the Capitalist Jews keep you all enslaved. They keep you divided so that you can't forge at least a temporary alliance in order to defeat your common enemy. If you could team up you might be able to acheive your goals of destroying capitalism and exterminating the Jews. Then you could fight it out over whether the future should be ruled by National Socialists or International Socialists. Oh well.
196  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Roger Waters: "Donald Trump is pig-ignorant" on: September 18, 2015, 08:51:32 PM
If you shave trump's head he resembles Mussolini.

Actually, I think you just need to take off Trump's wig.

To stay on topic, though, if you put a Hitler mustache on Roger Waters, he looks like Hitler. Eh, he kind of looks like Hitler anyway. (Watch The Wall. People misinterpreted the fascist imagery.)

I'll be damned. Put a Hitler mustache on Roger Waters and he actually does look a bit like Hitler. More like the result Hitler's incestious relationship with his neice maybe.

Oh, I do apologize. Here in Canada, "ENG" is short for "English" in high school.

As a Canadian myself, I can confirm this. Plus, here in canada, "plug in" and "batteries" mean the same thing. It can be confusing, obviously.

Hey, are you near Toronto? Maybe at some point we could meet up. I can show you a clock I'm building.

I'm in Ontario.

Well, then we probably will meet up at some Bitcoin event at some point. If so, I'll make sure to introduce myself and show you my cool clock.
198  Other / Politics & Society / Re: [Vote] Who did 911? on: September 18, 2015, 07:45:28 PM
I think you're getting off the topic of "Who did 911"? I mean, obviously Muslim terrorists did it, but for the sake of getting the thread back on topic, here are some other possible options to discuss:

1. Charlie Lee and Mike Hearn did it. Think about it. This was 2001, Google was relatively new and on the rise. Mike Hearn knew he had to get into Google and Google knew it had to get into China. Who's Chinese? Charlie Lee. (Probably, I haven't checked this, so I might have gotten some disinformation here.) So Charlie Lee and Mike Hearn team up to commit 9/11 so that Google will come into China and Mike Hearn can get into Google. This is all a prelude to the real plan, of course: Charlie Lee creates Litecoin and Mike Hearn creating XT in order to scare Bitcoiners into buying Litecoin. (LiteCoinGuy can confirm all this.) Obviously that's way more believable than Muslim extremists and jet fuel causing steel beams to lose their structural integrity.

2. no-rice-peas did it. This whole thread was posted by her to distract attention away from the fact that she was responsible for the whole thing. Why did she do it? Why else: she had no rice or peas. Victim of poverty striking a blow against capitalist oppression.

3. I did it. Come on, you've all been thinking it all along. I'll let you figure out how and why. And I would've gotten away with it too, if it weren't for you meddling kids.

4. No one did it. It was all staged. The towers are actually still standing and no one died. The Afghanistan and Iraq invasions were also staged -- neither happened. Why the elaborate ruse? Oil. Greedy oil-craving oilers.

They didn't think it was a bomb, they just wanted to **** with a brown kid

Argument from authority! Plus, kind of racist. Argument from racist authority!

Do you know what argument from authority is?

Yes. I'm making fun of the fact that you don't. Or in language you can understand: wah, wah, wah wah, wah wah, wah. Moron.

Argumentum Ad Hominem

Hey, you got one right! Good job!
200  Other / Politics & Society / Re: 14 year old Muslim teen gets illegally detained in Texas for homemade clock on: September 18, 2015, 07:32:10 PM
My favorite aspect of this is that a 14 year old boy can make a clock from scratch but his engineering teacher doesn't even know what he's looking at. Perhaps the kid should be teaching the class?

apparently he showed it to his ENG teacher, who then told him that it looks similar to a bomb and he should be careful showing it to people. He then later pulled it out of his bag and plugged it in , to show how it beeps to the class. that was when it was confiscated and everything escalated.
imo, he is getting too much attention, I dont think he was arrested because he is Muslim, HE GOT ARRESTED BECAUSE HE HAD A BRIEFCASE WITH A TIMER IN IT. Now everyone is talking about how the education system in place sucks and how they treat Muslims differently.  Sad Huh

Actually, he "proudly offered it to his engineering teacher", according to the Dallas Morning News. Not his English teacher. He said not to show it to anyone, not that it resembles a bomb.

He didn't pull it out of his bag and "plug it in", you can't "plug in" a homemade clock, it runs on batteries. It beeped because of an alarm during class.

If there was a legitimate bomb threat, they would never confiscate the bomb, they would call in the bomb squad and have students evacuate the premises. In not doing so they pretty much killed the entire school. They didn't think it was a bomb, they just wanted to **** with a brown kid (This is the first time I drop the F bomb on this forum).
the version that he made didn't run on batteries, it was a plug in clock. and by ENG i meant Engineering.

Oh, I do apologize. Here in Canada, "ENG" is short for "English" in high school.

As a Canadian myself, I can confirm this. Plus, here in canada, "plug in" and "batteries" mean the same thing. It can be confusing, obviously.
