181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Token goes down. Wait or sell? on: July 24, 2018, 07:09:25 PM
Hello everyone!

We all know that the situation with market is not that good as we want it to be. Thus it affects a lot of ICO projects. On the one hand people don't invest in coin so much money as they did last year.

And what investors should do in such situation? Sell all they have for small money or wait until a token will go up?

Normal projects support their token by buying bots that give the impression of active trading which results in pumping of the price.

In this case one could wait for the first candle and sell the tokens when they are traded for x3-10-...

On the other bounty hunters sell tokens fast and the price goes very low. That is why some projects prefer list their token on Idex first. They want to see how a coin plays on market.

Oh come on, do you really think that bounty hunters affect the price?

How can they if the amount allocated to bounty is just several negligible percent??
182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What makes a altcoin valuable on: July 24, 2018, 07:02:20 PM
I'm developing an altcoin that is based on social sharing. What foundational technologies are going to make it the most valuable? What makes an altcoin valuable? I'm wondering if it is just how much people hear about it? Thoughts?

Social sharing has proved to be undervalued - all projects I've seen that dealt with this idea are not as popular as we wished them to be.
Currently the most prospective direction is enhancing the resources of blockchain (increasing the speed of transactions, reducing the fees, arranging the metadata), so draw your own conclusions.
183  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Hodl ether ? on: July 24, 2018, 06:51:37 PM
Should I hodl Ether or sell and invest in something else ? And if yes, then what should that new thing be ?
Despite the fact that the topic is almost 3 months old, right now I would prefer holding Ethereum because some great changes are coming.
The market has been green for the last few days, btc has just hit $8,000, so I believe that ETH will do the same thing in the nearest future (probably after August 16).
184  Other / Archival / Re: What you will do with your altcoins? on: July 24, 2018, 06:34:24 PM
During last time do a lot of bounties and get some different price. its near 17 numbers and all price according to the market no more then 350 USD for all... What you should recommend to do with this coins?
As far as I've understood, you've got 17 coins in your wallet?
Do you monitor all of them? Aren't you afraid that some of them will be dumped several times and get delisted from exchanges?
I think you should thoroughly revise your portfolio and get rid of the least promising coins..
185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you panic? on: July 23, 2018, 03:48:45 PM
As I have noticed these days, when the ICO hasnt finished yet and the sale was still on going, the bounty tokens has already been distributed and also unlocked they sell it immediately on forkdelta or etherdelta for a much lower that ICO price, in which it could greatly disturb the sales in tokens. As for you the investor on that token, would you panic when you see that the tokens you own already selling at much lower price?
All campaigns I've seen distribute bounty rewards to participants several weeks after the end of the campaign or after ICO ends.
At the same time, bounty tokens constitute just several percent (2-5%) of the overall amount of tokens so even if they are immediately unlocked it should not affect the whole price.
186  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is product important for a project? on: July 23, 2018, 03:44:09 PM
Guys, how do you think, is a ready-made product important for ICO project?

In my opinion, it is, because it can show investors that the team is ready to bring huge results and has future plans.

As an example - KickCity, event platform where each user is rewarded for event promotion. You can try it today. More information you can find here  https://medium.com/@kickcity_io/kickcity-public-beta-5aa66fafc5c7
Definitely it is important, though most projects nowadays do not have a ready product, so investors put their money literally into promises.
Of course I understand that development of a product requires financial support, but there should be at least a demo that would demonstrate the skills of the project team.
187  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: shall i convert my bitcoins to ethereum? on: July 23, 2018, 03:38:36 PM
i was thinking to sell my bitcoins and buy ethereum what do you thinkl guys
Generally people do vice versa - they convert Ethereun into bitcoins. Especially that it's not the best time for eth now - it remains on the same point of $450-470 over the past month and btc is gradually growing.
Just leave your bitcoins rest in peace and wait for the bull market.
188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Patience is the key on: July 23, 2018, 03:29:09 PM
As a matter of fact, it is very few number of noobs in the cryptocurrency business that understand the level at which patience is required and valuable in the business. I do tell my friends around me that wish to come in to the business “it’s only patience ones that would feed from the milk of a lion” . I bought some coins few weeks ago, which I decided to hold while it was dipping but I keep holding with zero fear and absolute patience. Presently, i’m In over 47% profit in all. My advice to my colleagues is all you need is buy into coins with good potential and relax even while it’s at dip. Trust me, you won’t live to regret anything if only you would be able to hold with patience. Thanks
47% of profit is a nice result and I'm glad to know that you've got these "steel balls' that do not allow you to panic.
At the same time, not everybody is capable of dealing with this nervousness associated with trading.
If one cannot cope with his nerves I would recommend to go out of crypto so as not to lose everything one day.

189  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: People move out from cryptocurrency! on: July 18, 2018, 02:37:20 PM
I have heard from many people that there are many people to leave the cryptocurrency.

Is that right?
If  yes then what are the reason behind on it?
If no then why people spreading that kind of news regarding cryptocurrency?
Those who were unlucky with their investments could indeed leave. Crypto market is not for people with weak nerves.
Still, this is not forever, we can see the green charts over the past couple of days. Hope this optimism will last as long as possible Wink
190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: Change rules in bounty programs. on: July 17, 2018, 06:27:57 PM
How do you feel about the fact that in some bounty companies change the date of delivery of reports. Change the amount of coins.
In general, at the height of the advertising company do what they want. I am amazed at this dishonest game. What is your opinion?
The most widespread situation is when the campaign is being extended, but the token pool is not respectively increased, so all the participants eventually get a lesser reward.
I faced this twice already and such a change made everybody really angry, though I knew we could do nothing about that.
Most bounties stipulate that devs reserve the right to make any change so one should be ready for surprises when entering the campaign.
191  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All the bounty tokens can be sold? on: July 17, 2018, 06:21:48 PM
Guys, what is percentage of bounty projects which do not care about listings? Tell me, please, based on your own experience, of course. I mean that some part of them(projects tokens) are not tradable as the team does not care about listings.
I'm not sure about the percentage, but all normal projects have at least the approximate date of their tokens to be listed (this info is generally indicated in WP, roadmap and Telegram group).
If you didn't manage to get this information from the devs, just stay away from this project and switch to a more trustworthy one.
192  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it risky to buy not top 100 crypto currencies? on: July 16, 2018, 08:25:18 PM
Hey what do you think, is it risky to buy crypto currencies that are not top 100? I mean do you have a higher chance to lose your money or not?
It is like you buy an old broken car and hope that it will repair itself so that you can use it for driving.
So I would definitely not risk by investing in such cryptos as there little chance that they will eventually recover. The chance of losing your money in this case is 99%..

193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: crypto going strong ? on: July 16, 2018, 05:32:37 PM
crypto is green again, do you thing is good time buy now .

Starting from yesterday all prices are green (ETH has gained $25).
This is probably related to the possible licensing of bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF) by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), which could happen very soon (they say on August 10 or 16).
I am really eager to see what this situation will develop into and I think we should all more intensely monitor the market these days.

195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: wasted 3-4 months in bounty and at end got nothing ?? on: July 15, 2018, 08:05:04 PM
I was a part of korona coin signature campaign from the bountyhive portal after working of 3-4 months i get to know that ICO did not reached the soft cap and i was not awarded any thing....that has caused me depression now....how the hell i choose a good bounty...after doing some research users suggested me bountyhive is good and i got this...what now...how to choose a good bounty that atleast pays somthing...some say good bounty managers but some of those campaign pays as well.....which ico rating sites are best for this please help....

Currently which is the best campaign to join can anyone suggest.... Huh
I wonder where do you all get those koronas and other absolutely UNTRUSTWORTHY projects from  Huh

From the link below (https://icobench.com/ico/korona-coin) you can see that it has only 2.8 points of experts' ratings.
Did you study the project before entering into its bounty campaign?
Don't you think that 3-4 months is too long for the bounty to take place? (it should be 2-2.5 months MAXIMUM!)

Please use icodrops.com for your further work.
Also search for Telegram groups that provide a brief overwiev of bounty campaigns.
196  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is crypto can built my future? on: July 15, 2018, 07:56:26 PM
I want involve this sector fulltime. But is their any ensurity of better future?
I suggest that you should first try a bit of investment and trading without leaving your full-time job (if any).
Then you should go through the full cycle starting from the purchase of the coin and ending with some profit in your wallet.
Otherwise you can just lose your money and become one of a crowd of crypto haters  Cheesy
197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 99% OF ALL AIRDROPS ARE SCAMS!!!!! on: July 15, 2018, 07:49:56 PM
The title of this thread is bit provocative, but the fact is that most people have a bad experience with airdrops. According to several airdrop hunters I spoke to, the majority ICOs don't pay out at all.

What's your experience with airdrops? Did you get scammed most of the times?
Airdrops were profitable in 2017 because they created agiotage around the project - this itself was a good advertising strategy.
Now people are unwilling to spend their precious time on registering and further monitoring the distribution of reward.
They would better spend it on something more useful from the commercial point of view.
198  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What am I to do? on: July 11, 2018, 12:30:42 PM
Now all the markets are crashing down and I don't know what to do with my altcoins. My briefcase fell 30% in a couple of days. I'm afraid I might lose more. Selling or hodl?
It depends on the coins you are holding.
Most alts cannot recover after the crash and they are just being delisted in several months.
I would recommend selling the least reliable coins and holding the ones you trust.
199  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is better? on: July 11, 2018, 12:23:01 PM
Hey guys, do you think It is better to hold main crypto currencies like bitcoin it ether? Or you hold all your money in alt coins?
It depends on your strategy.
If you are a long term holder than keep your money in BTC and ETH.
And if you want to do daily trading you can choose one of the alts and try to make your profit there.
200  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SLeepless nights doing bounty campaign is it worth it? on: July 10, 2018, 01:40:43 PM
I know that there are other members here working day and night doing bounty campaigns. But i think that doing bounty campaigns is not worth it especially if you had a lot of work during the day. Some are just boasting on their bounty campaign earning wherein fact maybe because they are lucky to receive those awards but somehow do not wish that you could be like them because some of the ICO project that you will going to work will not give bounty rewards and some of it will fail, or just pause. So no reason for sleeping late at night.
You are partly right because getting bounty rewards is a lottery and you can never know whether you will be paid at all.
At the same time, it is worth doing bounties just of certain prospective projects (3-5 projects at a time) that are 99% reliable and trusted by crypto investors and bloggers.
In this case one will be able to do all the necessary work during the day without the need to sleep late at night.
