181  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: ASIC or other fast homemade machine will kill BTC on: January 24, 2013, 11:25:07 PM
I agree with OP. ASICs means centralization, which is opposite to BTC "definition".
182  Local / Offtopic / Re: Romānă on: January 24, 2013, 11:09:58 PM
Ma intreb si eu, nu am nici o explicatie. In orice caz, pare ceva atipic. Adica nu par speculantii obisnuiti de weekend.
183  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I AM LOOKING FOR A TRUST LTC EXCHANGER on: January 24, 2013, 02:30:25 PM
What do you mean? I exchanged between BTC, LTC and NMC, and withdrawn them, on BTC-E.com, without much issue. They seem trustable for this matter.
184  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Announcement] Avalon ASIC Ships on: January 24, 2013, 10:00:36 AM

I may have missed in the previous 70 posts but

Has anybody got a bonified Tracking NO from UPS,FEDEX or any other shipping company ??

If people have tracking nums read belong story as INFO only

Here is a story.... In OZ it is common that IT company's run/owned by people of ASIAN heritage have a habit of getting large CREDIT accounts owed to suppliers such as INGRAM MICRO & others  (i.e 1 mil hear 700k there ) the company's may have been trading for 5+ years and for whatever reasons  they jump on a plane and disappear into mainland china

Never to heard from again and totally untraceable due to china's Fu*k Y*u policy

Is there tracking Numbers somewhere Huh

Is the OZ you are talking about involve a wicked witch and a yellow brick lane?

look around Numbnuts.......

No seriously, where the heck is "OZ"? It's not in the country abbreviation list and a brief look at two of your links didn't say where either. So....where is this magical corruption filled land of yours called "OZ"?
Australia, dude..
185  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [3600 GH] BTC Guild - PPS, PPLNS with TxFees+Orphans, Stratum+Vardiff ASIC Ready on: January 24, 2013, 01:13:05 AM
I was just wondering is cgminer reporting an efficiency of 555% is normal. It is always around there btw, I use stratum.

Well.. yeah, most of the people who read a physics book will wonder.. Cheesy
186  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Announcement] Avalon ASIC Ships on: January 23, 2013, 10:16:08 PM
so whats up with tom and the basic asics

There was a thread started by Tom, he was offering those chips for bulk sale, but the topic is now removed on the grounds that Tom's account got compromised.

They are not Toyota, what do you expect of a small operation?

Considering the today love relationship between China and Japan, and how fast you can upset this guys from Avalon, I am afraid you're done with them.. Cheesy

Are all servers down? I lost connection to all of them even the Giga for large farms.

I'm still hashing at almost full speed..
189  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Announcement] Avalon ASIC Ships on: January 21, 2013, 12:36:05 PM

They can send it to me in HK SF express from Shang-Hai it only 1-2 days away.....

If my vote counts, I vote too to be sent to hardcore-fs..

400W and only termal pads? That means a lot of chips on board, I guess.. Did they say how much MHs per chip they got?
191  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Announcement] Avalon ASIC Ships on: January 20, 2013, 04:34:00 PM
One possible scenario is that they had manage to assemble just very few units in order to ship something on 20 and what they have left in hands is prototype level, not worth for a show.
192  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Announcement] Avalon ASIC Development Status [Batch #1] on: January 20, 2013, 10:44:11 AM
When was the last statement from Aavalon; what did they say?
I think someone posted a screenshot from a discussion with one of their guys in a messenger window.

Pai o sa platesti TVA daca vine prin DHL.
194  Local / Offtopic / Re: Romānă on: January 19, 2013, 06:32:45 PM

195  Local / Offtopic / Re: Romānă on: January 19, 2013, 01:41:17 PM
Incerc sa folosesc GUIMiner cu un laptop. Stiu ca nu fac mare branza cu el da incerc sa vad despre ce este vorba. Primesc urmatorul mesaj "using JSON-RPC (no stratum header)" Oare ce sa fie?

https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Mining_hardware_comparison

7950 = 500MH/s = 30 USD pe luna (aproximativ) = 1 USD pe zi.
198  Economy / Speculation / Re: Help me drive BTC price to $10.000 on: January 17, 2013, 12:12:09 PM
That's like mass increase with speed, faster it moves (up) more inertial resistance you will meet from those who will dump their coins (something like Higgs field).
199  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Announcement] Avalon ASIC Development Status [Batch #1] on: January 16, 2013, 12:06:21 PM
I am glad Avalon helping me to dance on Josh bones.

But I should warn all of you about Avalon itself.

No demo, no tests, no bitcoin hashrate increase so far. Only pics with unnamed chips. And 5 days to delivery.

Lets see, lets see...

Hey guys. 4 days left! The question is "4 days left for what?" Say somethething, show something?

From what I understand, you need to kiss them first.

I'm quite calm, but informative.  Grin
