181  Economy / Speculation / Re: Analyst claim Bitcoin will easily surpass $15,000 if it gets $10,000 on: June 20, 2019, 11:24:36 PM
Well i can't wait to see this happen after holding BTC over a year now. By the way even if it surpasses $15k i am not selling all my bitcoins. Hopefully we can finally hit the $50k rumours that i have been hearing about.

184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some IEOs could also turn out to be scam on: June 09, 2019, 07:08:40 PM
Well in a way you are right, IEOs have little tendency of becoming scams unlike ICOs. however i don't think it's the best of decisions to take the words of someone and act upon it in cryptocurrencies. It's always best to  do your own research into any project before investing into it being it an IEO or  ICO.
185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It is time for Bounty hunters to hold/hodl on: June 09, 2019, 07:06:30 PM
Most bounty hunters would always sell their tokens as soon as they hit exchanges, that has been the trend for quite sometime now. It's way better to hold your bounty rewards and wait for the project to be fully developed before selling your tokens.
186  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: crypto banned? on: June 09, 2019, 06:55:45 PM
The use of cryptocurrencies are frowned upon in countries like China and some others but that is also not enough to stop the development of the crypto industry. Switzerland, Philippines are some of the countries that have welcome the use of cryptocurrencies in their countries. I believe other countries would come round as well and legalize the use of cryptocurrencies.
187  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Accepting Churches on: June 09, 2019, 06:42:56 PM
Wow, this is awesome! I never thought of this actually in the global adoption of cryptocurrencies. That a church would decide to accept offerings in cryptocurrencies. Too bad i can't convince my folks over here to accept cryptocurrencies as offerings. They would even think i am coming to scam them or something.
188  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will be legally accepted in every country in the next 10 years? on: June 08, 2019, 09:33:28 PM
Well nobody knows the fuutre and what it holds but i am very optimistic that by the next 10 years the adoptino of cryptocurrencies especially bitcoin might have doubled as at now. Some countries have opened its arms already to the use of cryptocurrencies and i hope other countries are also going to do same.
189  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to safely store big amounts of BTC? on: June 08, 2019, 09:31:03 PM
It is a good idea that you have chosen to store your bitcoins on a hardware wallet but i dont think getting numerous hardware wallets is the important thing. Choose a good and secured hardware wallet and also make sure to store your seed words at a safe place. Don't forget to back up at several places both in the house and somewhere else. That way in case there is any accident like fires you funds would be safe since you can recover it at anytime.
190  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: More Bitcoin commercials coming!!! on: June 06, 2019, 05:48:55 PM
The use of bitcoin to purchase items have become possible but the little constraint on this is because these marketplaces are few out there. Crypto enthusiasts are also doing their best to develop marketplaces that would accept cryptocurrencies as their payment method. Tweet has been retweeted to get this news out there!
191  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will You Advise Newbies To Enter Bitcoin Now? on: June 06, 2019, 05:37:43 PM
I don't think its the best idea to advice someone purposely with the intention of letting them start investing into bitcoin. It's good to introduce blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies as this would help in the general adoption of cryptocurrencies. It's their choice and decision to make themselves to invest into bitcoin.

Leave them to make that decision themselves when they have made the necessary research about bitcoin investments.
192  Economy / Economics / Re: Does engaging with bitcoins put you at risk? on: June 06, 2019, 05:28:31 PM
I don't really get what type of risk you are describing over here but if it's financial risk then in a way yes. Actually it depends on how you invest into it and how long you decide to hold your bitcoin. If you would follow the value of bitcoin on CMC you would notice that it is very volatile hence the price changes from time to time. Investing into bitcoin is risky i must be honest but it's always safe to invest an amount you can afford to lose so that it does not become much of a pain if the price declines sharply.
193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH vs BTC on: June 05, 2019, 09:09:50 PM
The Ethereum blockchain have a whole lot of advantages over bitcoin talk in terms of speed of transactions. Also the use of decentralized applications on the blockchain of Ethereum. This has made the Ethereum blockchain network admired by many developers. However this does not mean ETH would beat BTC in terms of value.
194  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are altcoins useless? on: June 05, 2019, 08:59:18 PM
Most of them sadly but if you are holding any altcoin that falls within the first 20 altcoins according to Coinmarketcap then it ain't useless. Cryptocurrencies like ETH, BNB, XRP, XLM, LTC, etc. are all good cryptocurrencies to be found in your portfolio. Most of the altcoins that are useless are the ICO cryptocurrencies that have been generated yet without any proper use case to regulate its price.
195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest in? on: June 04, 2019, 10:03:01 PM
If you are waiting for the price to change before you invest then you would miss out on the rise of such cryptocurrencies. The best thing is to make research about the coin, look at it's highs and lows for sometime and read about the project and find out if they have a use case that would help the coin rise in future. If all these factors are satisfied then you can invest into it. Some cryptocurrencies may seem shit now but would be worth a lot in 2-3 years to come.
196  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto exchange Coinroom disappears with customers funds, Website Offline on: June 04, 2019, 09:56:30 PM
It's so sad that some folks always try drag the image of crpyto in mud with all these ponzy schemes and scams. This is not fair at all and i think crypto traders and investors should learn a lesson and trade on reliable cryptocurrency exchange that we have known them for years. Don't trade on any new exchange that just comes out of think air.
197  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Say it again? Bitcoin transaction fees expensive? on: June 04, 2019, 09:53:33 PM
Well charging such a fee for that amount of bitcoin transaction its damn cheap but what about the average crypto enthusiasts who is just making a $100 bitcoin transaction and it's paying the same amount. I think just like in centralized systems tx fees are calculated based on the amount of funds being sent.
198  Economy / Economics / Re: The bulls are back, bitcoin on the way to $5k on: June 03, 2019, 06:48:24 PM
Well apparently we are way over $5k, my prediction for the next run is about $10k. It's very funny some folks are waiting for bitcoin to reduce in value before they invest into it. I hope they catch us above $15k then they would realize their mistake for not investing into it at this time.
199  Economy / Economics / Re: More Countries Continue To Show Support For Blockchain Technology on: June 03, 2019, 06:43:31 PM
I love to see crypto enthusiasts applying the blockchain technology in various aspects of life and also very impressed about the attitude of the South Korean government in approving the tax reduction for blockchain start ups. No wonder there are so many Korean blockchain start ups in the crypto industry these days.
200  Economy / Speculation / Re: If history repeats itself, we could be in for a rally in June on: June 03, 2019, 06:10:37 PM
Almost everybody is itching for the bull run so soon haha... well the crypto market has increased by a great amount in the past few weeks but i don't think we can see a bull run in June, that's too early. Let's give ourselves either ending of this year or better still right into the first quarter of next year. I think we can see the bull market during those periods.
