181  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin price bubbled? on: September 12, 2018, 11:58:04 PM
The main difference between popular "bubbles" like estate bubble, DOTCOMs or tulips in 17th century and Bitcoin, is that in all the aforementioned cases was a moment of overall realising that some asset really worthless. Bitcoin are not confirmed by gold, but it has a value. Even if btc is overpriced, there won't be a large one day drop to $3000, like "expert" said a few days ago. Price may go down, but it will go slow. Thats why its important to track your coins properly. I use https://coinsharbor.com to see all the my coins price movements. Very useful site.

Of course, compared to those aforementioned BTC is much superior

Any things that is moving has its value

BTC doesn't only moves, It creates transactions and markets

an innovation disrupting financial services

The manipulators are so eager to get this things exploited by price
182  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to survive in a bear market and cut out losses on: September 12, 2018, 10:08:37 AM
The first thing we have to do when the bear market is holding a coin. There is nothing we can do unless patiently waiting for the bull market. Or you can also join the bounty program, airdrop and ICO projects.
There is only one solution to stay away of losses and to stick with profit by buying coins more coins if it is a bear market so you will not waste your time till bull market but this is also benefit to get coins of high potential those generates huge profit for you. Now start buying more coins so that you may make a large collection or hold coins in large quantity so a time is coming when you sell for huge profit.

Not actually the only solution

There are still a lot approach depending on what a persons right way of doing it like what OP's approach

the downside of buying large quantity at bear market is that you wont really know its floor and might tempt you on selling when the price goes down deeper and deeper

Just remember that unless you aren't selling it, your coins doesn't lost at all

183  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Common Errors of Trading on: September 11, 2018, 04:27:23 PM
The most common error in the transaction is that the fees and charges are getting higher and if we choose low fees then the transaction will be slow and delayed, so I see that electronic money is becoming more and more expensive. It is more complicated and more difficult to invest and cost

Buddy, you're on trading thread section

The OP referring to Errors on trading not on transfer fees

Crypto is getting lower and lower by now, chance of getting them if you want to

And its not complicated to invest with it
184  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: WHERE can I buy bitcoins with my Mastercard Credit Card on: September 11, 2018, 02:06:11 PM

185  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Risk Management on: September 11, 2018, 10:30:54 AM
Risks are inherent or always there whenever we talked about investment especially Bitcoin and the whole cryptocurrency community. But how do you deal with these risks? What are your experiences or even techniques in managing risks? In minimizing risks or even eliminating it?

First you need to have tight stop losses to avoid the huge loss that wipes you out.  Second I would suggest diversifying your holdings into different sectors and different market caps.  This may cushion you in case of market troubles.  These 2 when combined can be very effective.

Problems in tight losses is that its an easy hit of fluctuations

Exchanges knows about it, they will basically hit those losses before going reversals

what would be the safest is to have a little to no leverages on margins, thus if you have an already open order, you don't have to worry and just wait

186  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Be calm when the market falls on: September 11, 2018, 06:04:08 AM
Mine is different because I sleep when the market falls. It's hard or impossible to be calm if every minute, you are checking the prices of bitcoin or altcoins in your portfolio. I also noticed that even once a day is bad for me so I only do once a month checking.

You're Holding eh

For an experienced day traders, both falling and climbing markets are advantages

feeling of excitements when those two scenes in place, and some boring if slowmoving

what it really differs is that when price falls, a lot of folks will hurt

when price go bull, seems everyone is happy
187  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buy low sell high? on: September 11, 2018, 05:38:11 AM
So I have seen Coinbase is the main "source" for buying/selling BTC, but I was wondering if anyone has used the method of converting bitcoin to another currency when it reaches a high point, then converting it back to BTC when it is low enough.

If so, what wallet(s), exchanges, etc. are you using? And more specifically, what crypto do you recommend converting BTC to, in this situation?

Any help is appreciated!

There are local exchanges like here in my country that can instantly convert fiat to btc or btc to fiat but unfortunately I cannot take full benefit from that. I need a huge money to make it work and my total btc holdings are less than BTC.30 so to be able to gain much more profit on that buy and sell game, I'll be needing at least 2 btc.

0.3BTC is barely enough

Go to decent Crypto exchanges like Bitfinex, Binance, Bittrex etc... and transfer your BTC

Trade with them, check also with other alts

you might get decent returns, or lose your capital

Trading skills will basically apply though
188  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Daily trading experience on: September 11, 2018, 03:51:58 AM
Hey everybody I want to share my trading experience with these guys: https://discord.gg/2cjRufh. I've been using their free crypto calls for a few months, and I made a small profits 1-3% almost every other day. Also the community is very helpful and I learned a lot new information and ways to cope with emotional trading.
I will suggest you first start with small trades until you become more knowledgeable and calm.

Don't trust this newbie, folks. I have a hunch that he is part of that shady group that gives free crypto signals. Nobody can achieved that 1-3% profits everyday considering that the bear period just continue to go worse. Trust your own research instead on relying on pump and dumpers.

I'd just check the group

A lot of useful reading materials with regards to trading for free

however the highlights of it is the premium memberships

No harm on the site and nothing to be afraid of beside of its name 'Voodoo Crypto' Cheesy

189  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Day trading and heavy manipulation on: September 10, 2018, 01:28:26 PM
Yes indeed. Currently, the market is unpredictable as much as possible. I also think that there are market manipulations so that most traders panicked and sold their coins. In general, trading is the flow of money from the pockets of some players into the pockets of others.

Of course, any trading market has manipulators

even at stocks, forex and regular market prices, there are still manipulators

Its already existed, get used to it, and make profit from it

even a small fish could do a roller coaster ride with the whales
190  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: scalping strategy on: September 10, 2018, 01:07:18 PM
Good day everyone, what tools/strategy/method/indicators do you use in scalping trading strategy?
I am thinking of using bollinger bands+stochastic rsi, is this a good strategy?
I saw one youtuber using BOLL and Stochastic RSI too in trading and I have tried it too in scalping and I can say that it is a good combination of indicators but take note, these 2 indicators will not guarantee that you will make profit on every trade you do.

been using it for a while

it really needs a pure monitoring as it varies every now and then

so far this two indicators, even the bol and RSI + orderbook would be a bad ass

its exhausting though

193  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Market manipulation on: September 10, 2018, 01:09:24 AM
I was expecting that For Sure all the way will get more votes and thats what happening here. Yes, everyone knows very well that market manipulation is prime business here to make some good fortune. Who does that ? Off course the whales are big players in that and they will always keep doing such things all the time for their own benefit. They dont care if you are loosing money because in this game someone has to loose their money so that others can gain from it. For example, whenever there is panic seller who is selling his BTC at cheap rates then at the same time whales would be buying it. And create situation like this, market needs to be manipulated badly and they do it all the time.
I guess what I don't understand is how they make money if they sell at a loss? If they are pumping and dumping, then why is there more dumping than pumping?

They don't sell at a loss

Intentionally they are buying at cheap price from panicking people

then Its where the pump comes in

an easy profit from the whales

Though sometimes whales, eat their own

195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: I'm mining at a loss on: September 09, 2018, 02:28:02 PM
Yes leon, I'm lazy to explain the factors that can affect earnings, I'm sure you also know. it isn't just a hardware that is owned and coins are mined but experience plays an important role in it.

btw, what coins are you holding or what coin want to buy. I have a bit ETH in a pocket from mining 7 months ago  Grin

yeah, still have my eth in my basket

I'm watching these coins Dash,EOS,XRP,XLM

and of course the doge Coin,  Grin for pump and dump

196  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading or mining? on: September 09, 2018, 09:00:54 AM
Mining is systematic and stable, with proper organization of the process.

I'm afraid its not stable as what you think

Mining difficulty and price is not stable, those two is relative in mining profits

trading is better, you can use your own exp and IQ to make money. And about mining, you have to depend on the power of the computer.

Lol.. you are not only dependent on computer while mining

to tell you, you need also an exp and IQ to make money same as trading you've mention Cheesy

197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: I'm mining at a loss on: September 09, 2018, 08:32:36 AM
I don't understand your questions.
If it means an electricity cost bigger than earn by mining, of course, you have the decision to shut down/ sell it your equipment. Btw, what is the equipment? is it Mining Rigs (GPUs)/ ASICs/ CPU/Mobile phone?

Guess, it doesn't matter bro

mining at a loss is not even logical

If my rigs wont cover its bills, then time to rest for the moment

Id rather buy coins which I believe would go up later on, than mine them

Its even more economical

198  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: FINALLY A GOOD TRADING BOT ; but need a little help. on: September 08, 2018, 02:28:11 PM

199  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Careful with Social Media Tips on: September 08, 2018, 02:22:59 PM
Social media are the things we should not believe the most. The news is uncertain and sometimes it does not affect our portfolio too much. We should not listen to the words of journalists say, we have to design their own strategies to play with the market. That's the best way.

Not just on social media, its also true with news media look at CNBC

everytime they would site a news on what would the expectation on BTC price

the Opposite will always happen..Lol

they have some use anyway, use them in reversed tactics
