182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What is everyone's top 5 Crypto to invest in and why on: September 18, 2017, 11:26:35 PM
Bitcoin, Ether, Waves, OMG and PIVX
You have nice choice of digital coins and I am pretty much sure that you are earning good profits with these coins especially with bitcoins and waves. I don’t have five favorite coins, I am just interested in two that are bitcoins and waves, and they both are at present doing best jobs for producing profits.
183  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: did you place all your funds into bitcoin? on: September 18, 2017, 11:22:07 PM
I am thinking .. to put all my money in bitcoin what do you think? is it a good way to grow my money? or it is risky or.. ?

Putting all your money into bitcoin is not actually a good idea, it will be better you invest into bitcoin even if it is70% of your money into bitcoin and the other 30% for day to day activities.

Putting all your money into Bitcoin is a great idea if you are comfortable using it safely and storing it securely. It's supply is limited and on it's way to replacing all previous world reserve currencies.
It's a good idea investing into bitcoin, but I don't think it's okay you put all your money into it.

In the other hand, bitcoin replacing the fiat currencies all round the world is not too going to be okay,  and most countries will not accept it.
It is always good to have a portfolio that is diverse because you never know which of your investment is going to disappoint you. I am pretty sure that bitcoins are going to produce several new millionaires and there is nothing harmful in placing maximum funds into bitcoins at all.
184  Economy / Economics / Re: Money above all things, Yes or no ? on: September 18, 2017, 11:13:44 PM
Actually now and we're the owners of a multimillion-dollar company. There are things that help you build a company in there I think that will help you build your Empire that have actually nothing to do with money on the outside. Things like help me build your community getting your hands dirty every once in a while, helping in a crisis. just generally being a decent guy these are the things that can help build a success company these are the things that can help make a person Rich a lot.
I utterly agree with you because money is not meant to be treated like everything. Money is not made to rule humans, rather we are the crown of creations and everything has been made for our ease and comfort. Indeed, there are so many things that are more worthy than money like emotions that can’t be bought with money.
185  Economy / Economics / Re: Holdings of gold vs Holdings of btc on: September 18, 2017, 11:01:53 PM
Gold has worth what ever condition the planet is in.  Btc wants a heck of a great deal of infrastructure to even exist.  Appear the impending zombie apocalypse, I know in which I am trying to keep my money.
There is no doubt that gold has been serving us for years and is still in use. There are unlimited ways of utilizing gold but it does not give it a complete edge over bitcoins. Even if bitcoins require infrastructures, we all know that they are more profitable than gold.
186  Economy / Economics / Re: why is it so hard to buy bitcoin on: September 18, 2017, 10:53:03 PM
Just follow the rules dude. This is just a security measure of your local exchange to prevent or minimize theft, and buying bitcoin from stolen money.
Just like you I did the same. I made a selfie of my self while holding my ID.

I have not really bought any bitcoin in a while, i have been mostly trading this last year.  but i have been trying to buy today from localbitcoins and bittylicious and it has been a real challenge.  they want photos of me holding cards on localbitcoins and on bitty they need about 4 different forms of id, what is going on.

this is seriously restrictive to anyone wanting to get into bitcoin,  like its meant to be pseudonymous but if the gate ways into bitcoin dont allow that people will be put off.    Huh
I will suggest him the same. Rules are made for our security and welfare and I think we should not have any problem in following them. There is nothing wrong in proving your ID if you are not involved in any illegal activity and the money you are using for buying bitcoins is you’re hard earned money.

190  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which one is better? Forex or crypto currency trading? on: September 12, 2017, 11:29:29 PM
Crypto trading is better forex is just like gambling they claim to be regulated and all other real verification but the same is for gambling with forex you need lot of experience and there is no guarantee you will make money, i know few strategies from bitcoin theif it worked sometimes and sometimes it didn't work with crypto trading if you are holding a solid coin with good development you will surely make profit with forex that is never the case it is gambling with stocks.
Forex trading is nothing else but another name of gambling. You never know you will earn a profit or not. This is very risky to invest your money in Forex trading. I will recommend strongly to go for Crypto trading if you really want to play safe and earn a good amount of money.

>Money loves silence

This is great advice applicable everywhere
Yes, if someone will keep on posting rather boosting about his wealth on all social forums and websites, he better get ready for attacks. You cannot keep bees away from sweets for long once you have shown it to them. So, the lesser you open your mouth the better it is.
I think if you invest your money in Bitcoins and then you start trading, you have to be very much careful as there will be a lot of scammers who will be keeping an eye on your money and will be trying their best to take away your money. There will be no one else but only you who needs to protect his money at the time of trading.
192  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you trade altcoin with BTC ? on: September 12, 2017, 11:15:09 PM
Hi all,

Do you trade altcoin with BTC or fiat ? (or USDT)
Why did you choose this option ?

Thanks Wink

I prefer to trade altcoin with Bitcoin, because not all coins can be exchanged with fiat and some exchanges have not provided direct exchange of altcoin with fiat
I think this entirely depends on you. If you have made a plan to have such kind of exchange, then there is no harm in it. The only thing you need to take care of is that before making any decision, be sure that you are considering every possible outcome of that decision and that it will benefit you more.
193  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading on: September 12, 2017, 11:10:56 PM
1. Both are legit exchanges, I'd go with Poloniex because It has more trading volumes but Bittrex has more coins so It really depends on what you are trying to trade.
2. Coinbase If you want a fast method otherwise you can use Paxful, Localbitcoins as It's P2P trading so they charge less fees.
3. I don't do day trading or anything and this may not be the best strategy, but I usually find an interesting project that has potentials, I invest and hodl for the long term.
You have rightly explained all the reliable exchanges which a trader can use for exchange. I will suggest you to go with Bittrex only instead of giving every other exchange a try. It is the most trustworthy and reliable exchange as compared to any other exchange available so far. There is hardly any match of it.
194  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Insurance or cryptocurrency investment? on: September 12, 2017, 11:02:31 PM
Insurance becomes vital choice for those us who live in modern times. Because with insurance, our condition in the future is more secure. Whereas in crypto, everything can happen without predictable before, especially if intend to transfer insurance funds into bitcoin. Use other money than insurance. Investing little by little as you are saving to bank. I believe it's more effective and safe.
I'll be considering your opinion. I am somehow thinking of that too. Cryptocurrency can give you high profit but is volatile and risky where as insurance is more secure but only very low yield.
In spite of volatility, I think Crypto investment is far better than insurance. The way the market price of Bitcoin is increasing, I can see the future of the one investing in Bitcoin far brighter than the one who has invested in Insurance. Insurance cannot give you what all Bitcoin is giving you.
195  Economy / Economics / Re: How can we push the actual use of Bitcoin ? on: September 12, 2017, 10:57:17 PM
I agree with you, we are not suppose to just hold, because if BTC wants a future, it needs practical value, and can't just be used for trade. The thing is, that I think bitcoin utility will come on a natural way as the coin gets some more development. As soon as the Lightning Network gets implemented, I think the utility of BTC will just grow exponentially. They will be able to compete with paypal, mastercard and visa, in terms of transaction speed, so yes, they can be used for normal grocery buys after that (I heard UBER will accept BTC in a near future).
We should not simply keep holding bitcoins in our wallets for future purposes, if we want bitcoins to continue the legacy we should use them in trading and buying selling things off and on.

Bitcoins are having the potential of becoming international currency and that’s good news if Uber if going to accept bitcoins.
We can only push the actual use of Bitcoin only if we start using Bitcoin in our daily lives ourselves. Just buying and holding of Bitcoin will not serve the purpose. You need to make the best possible use of Bitcoin in day trading so that many other individuals may get benefit from it as well.
196  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Localbitcoins account suspended on: September 12, 2017, 10:49:06 PM
be careful about centralized exchanges, they can do whatever they want with your info and your account/funds. I'd recommend to find a decentralized provider
If your local Bitcoin account was suspended, then there may be certain reasons behind that. You can contact the service providers and the administrators, they will let you know what the problem is. You need not to worry much about it. This will be sorted out in short span of time.

198  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are holding Bitcoin? on: September 11, 2017, 11:16:01 PM
I guess they are holding bitcoins due to increase of its value. This gives those people that want to invest or buy bitcoin and convert it to real money when it's value become very high, the advantage because you could earn more than what you had payed for. However, it is also a risk because bitcoins could decrease or even disappear. If this happened, it would be a waste of money for those who are holding a big amount of bitcoins.
Only new people would be getting panic on seeing the critical situations and would sell their bitcoins for cheaper price. But investors who are in the crypto market from the beginning know very well the price movements of bitcoin. They have already seen that bitcoin has successfully overcome various critical issues and its surviving successfully.
199  Other / Off-topic / Re: What wallets do you use? on: September 11, 2017, 11:06:56 PM
Using a mix of distinct wallets, not due to the fact of possessing too a lot coins (not that I don't want to get a lot more), but since of the positive aspects of each, for instance, blockchain is best for some on the web transactions, the exact same for Electrum, whilst core is much better as storage IMO.
I prefer to use online wallet because I know that my bitcoin and money are totally safe and secure. Some people use the online wallet like blockchain and coins.ph. However, there are still people who the offline wallet also called hardware wallet that you need to install to your computer.
200  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as salary for a regular job? on: September 11, 2017, 11:02:17 PM
Would you accept bitcoin as your salary in your profession, especially if you work in other country?

For me yes I will accept bitcoin because we can exchange it in our local currency.

This is not advisable. Bitcoin have big fluctuation in price. We are at disadvantage if the price is going down during salary day the money would have a little value.
Better if the salary are real money.
Because if we got sick during salary day then we do not need to worry to spend real money. Unlike if bitcoin become your salary you would think twice to see a doctor because your money might not enough. Smiley
I won't take bitcoin as my salary. Even I can exchange bitcoin to my local currency very easily, it only takes few minutes, but still I don't want to take the price risk. I use salary to pay my household expenses. My bitcoin earnings go into my savings for the future. It is just an extra cherry on the top of the cake for me.
