where did u buy those frames ?
Made the frame my self. thats great. if you are building a second one, try square-tube alluminium. it'll give more sturdiness and also better visual appeal. but this one looks great for DIY. i'll be making two next week, but not by myself. found a metal works shop to do it for me. one is open frame and another is a closed frame with better ventilation and protection from dust with custom dust filters. with the summer coming near, i don't think the closed frame will work better, but i'm doing it just as an experiment. will post pics when it gets delivered I did make one with the Square tube but the problem with that was, drilling the hole for the board to fit, and adding other attachment was a bit of a problem. Anyways the V-rod is quite sturdy i was able to sit on it and held quite sturdy. :-) Yeh with the summers coming it is better to stick with a open air with a heat catch exhaust vent. |

Well!! with the gpu heating up i decided to to build a open air rig. My plan is to stack up the six rigs on top of each other and connect each rig to a heat exhaust fan going through the roof. this is my first prototype. (does not house a PSU)   Working on other prototypes too. The second protype will be a one that can house two 1200w PSU I will publish the build details and schematics once i have determined which one would work better. And a Third prototype is a experimental liquid immersed cooling solution, using a few different types of liquids to immerse the entire hardware in it. {might make this one around August.} |

did you setup the rig?
If yes, i need 1 clarification. how many cards can be used with un-powered risers?
The H81 board have an option to have the pcie slots powered so no need to powered risers. at the moment. Ya i know that. i use asrock z87 killer. it too has 1 molex connection on board to support multi-gpu and 7 pci-e slots. but i found it can support only 4 cards on unpowered risers. i also surfed around about the H81 and got some answers at litecointalk that it also has the same issue, even when 2 onboard molex connectoions are used. and also some said it works fine with 6 unpowered risers. so i just wanted to confirm about that if you had setup ur rig Well i only have one rig up and running right now with 4 cards the other two i will be getting in a week or so so i would be able to answer that then. as far as i know it should be fine. |

Thanks. Added to the list. I would advise against it as i am not able to find any reviews or people using this services. From Bangalore. Had come for our meetup as well. They have a registered company and seem to be genuine. They dont look like they are running a pool. They are not running a pool.and the contracts dont seems to be there. No equipment. No details of how they are hosting the mining equipment or proof. so till they start business they should not be on the list. it give a wrong impression of support and advertisement. They are not a pool. They Host GPU's and pay out LTC.
