182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Wallet that you trust? on: January 24, 2019, 06:49:25 AM
Which wallet do you consider for ERC-20 tokens and how safe is it?
In my own experience i used Citowise wallet for token erc20 as long used it, i did not found any problem. It is safe wallet for token erc20 of ethereum because the developer of team does not know about our private key , it can be used for smart phone Android and iPhone the other benefits of Citowise it support for bitcoin, litecoin bitcoin cash, ethereum classic ETC. For all of community who interested in Citowise wallet and other information about it can be found on here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4573326.0
183  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Nobody wins in gambling anyway on: January 24, 2019, 05:26:52 AM
This might be a hard truth for some people but we are always looking for an edge an a thril
Hard truth for some gamblers but saying nobody wins in gambling is absurd. A cycle will go on like the example of OP but the fact that they have won in the first place proved that saying nobody wins is wrong.

Count in small amount or bigger amounts, everyone will experience win it's just up to us if we will be greedy to gamble more and won't control  ourselves.
Maybe most of the gamblers have tasted the winning moment at least once in their lifetime but not all there are some very unlucky people and this world who never won any games at all.
If someone want to have more wins than they lost thwy have no strategy, they need to be lucky enough.

Everyone would have won atleast once for sure, but overall when we consider people would have lost the money rather than making the money from it. And we know people instead of playing for fun actually want to make quick money and end up losing money a lot.

The people always play the old rules of gambling, they always be players that's why there are many gamblers lose their money in gambling games and now almost all of them blamed the gambling games, but if we play new innovations in gambling games which the players can be the house of gambling games, they will have good chance to be winner in gambling games.

185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: EOS - Asynchronous Smart Contract Platform - (Dan Larimer of Bitshares/Steem) on: January 24, 2019, 05:05:02 AM
And the other good information about the EOS projects is here:

BOS enabled IBC feature with EOS

BOS has enabled the first ever Inter Blockchain Communication with EOS. It is now possible to transfer EOS tokens to the BOS network, and BOS tokens to the EOS mainnet by using the ‘bosibc.io’ smart contract.

Soon more token communications will be available from BOS to EOS and viceversa. The speed of IBC is expected to improve too.

For more info about IBC:
https://github.com/boscore/Documentation/blob/master/IBC/README_EN.md

KOREOS joins EOSForce and run as BP candidate

EOSForce has announced the introduction of KOREOS as a new BP candidate within the network.

KOREOS is known to be the biggest EOS media platform and best community builders in South Korea.

[EOS Go Marketcap presents more than 150 tokens!]
Today EOS Go Marketcap (eosgo.io) reached a new milestone. More than 150 tokens are part of the EOS Marketcap ranking, with a total marketcap of 338 million USD.

That's good information about the development of EOS community.
186  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A good way to avoid scam ICO projects on: January 23, 2019, 06:32:44 AM
The ICO project is currently far more than income for a moment. Try to make the most profit possible, until the ICO deadline is over, and then make a big sale. ICO projects are indeed potentially high enough to be used for fraud, fraud which is detrimental to investors.
Especially if previously the ICO project did not require any legality.
Before investing in an ICO project must pay attention to several factors:

1. Must know detail Concept of the ICO project
A good ICO project must have a good concept.

2. See market segmentation
How much market potential is related to project segmentation and of course must have new innovations

3. Long-term orientation
One thing that can make it easier for you to judge, is to look at the real objects offered from the project

4. Team
Who are the people who work behind the project

Is there another way to avoid scam ICO projects, your input is highly expected

Thank You
I just want add one more to avoid scam projects of ICOs, we must see their products of ICOs i know almost all of ICOs projects is start up but does not mean they don't have any products for the investors or community, usually a good projects of ICOs they have real of products which are offered to their costumers at least beta of products. It is good information about good or bad ICOs projects to avoid scam projects of ICOs.

Hi All,

I've been away for nearly a year. I've done all the snapshot thing that happened and have all my passwords etc. Can someone please and kindly explain to me simply how I get my EOS back and which wallet I should put them in?  Smiley
Hello i think you must choose the wallet of greymas and import your EOS private key which get from register on your wallet of ethereum in ICO stage, in my personal experience the simple of EOS wallet is greymas you can check the link below and make sure read care fully and becarefull with your private key of EOS, do with your own risk of losing the funds in EOS.
https://github.com/greymass/eos-voter
Also you must see the video about how to use greymas here is the link on YouTube https://youtu.be/5jPWKaxiCjU

Interested about backwards-incompatible Cardano wallet API changes that were in Cardano 1.4 or how to build a Cardano client with both the old V0 wallet API and the new V1 wallet API? Look no further!

Here's the latest IOHK blog post explaining both topics: https://iohk.io/blog/backwards-incompatible-changes-in-cardano-1-4-wallet-api/

They are very excited to announce the launch of the Cardano Ambassador Program! This program helps them recognize and acknowledge the good work happening in the community. Learn more here: https://forum.cardano.org/t/announcing-the-cardano-ambassador-program/19023 #CardanoCommunity

Following the launch of the Tokenization Standards Association — BetterTokens, Waves team decided to subsidise projects that are able to provide all the necessary documents requested: we will pay the 1,000 $WAVES fee, bringing the cost for issuers down to 10 $WCT. Anyway, the review process is not mandatory: all tokens created on Waves platform will continue to trade, unrestricted, on DEX, using their token id as their identifier. Read more on our blog: https://blog.wavesplatform.com/decentralised-token-verification-our-vision-for-the-future-and-a-fix-for-the-present-fefd5531b33d

An excellent initiative that will help attract more new real projects to the platform.
We need to see who will come to the platform.
You are right and the other great news about waves is they’re launching Waves Explorer 2.0! Clear and user-friendly interface, easy switching between TestNet and MainNet, improved experience for mobile devices including tablets, and enhanced quality of code (one of the fastest blockchain needs a really fast explorer): https://blog.wavesplatform.com/waves-launches-explorer-2-0-e1d4f7ace9e6
