Honestly, Regulations of Bitcoin by government makes no sense. What really do they want to Regulate?
I'd bet what they mean by "Regulations" is the ability to have total control of Bitcoin or better still the ability to Manipulate price, split, control and confisticate your Bitcoin whenever they want.
It's honestly not as much regulation as it is taxation. They want a hand in that money flow. Yes the government is always thinking about the money from their people. Even on Europe no needs regulation for bitcoin and the government can not take the taxes from the bitcoin, due to In Europe, Bitcoin is a very small niche market. It has enough security if you secure your personal information. It depends on your own management. But I think there are still some good hackers so make sure your wallets are secured and no one has access to it except you.
So basically the personal information about the owner of bitcoin (private key, password of wallet and other) are not secure there are chance the other people to hack it and taking the bitcoin from the wallet, but the bitcoin's network/blockchain is very secure until right now there are no issues about the bitcoin's network be found and some people can not manipulate the bitcoin's network for personal purpose. |

How do you know that the price won't be more more low and how do you know if the price will be high after we buy the coins? It is not complete source of information how you can do that. All of people has knew about this basic knowledge  In my personal experience the time to open position buy or sell the coins depending on the trend of price, if the price is starting going up i started buy the coins and wait until the price being more expensive, it is based on analysis technical.
