181  Other / Archival / Re: Future of crypto is good or bad? on: October 31, 2018, 12:11:31 PM
Be rest assured that almost everyone here believes in the vision of crypto and definitely see the bright side of it. I am not in any way saying that crypto has no future, No. What I want to say is that, it will be good you read wide on crypto and understand it well and then you can make an informed decision. Almost all of us here have invested in one way or the other and it will never be bad that you join the train now but just know that, invest what you can afford to lose on any day.
182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do investors want to buy ICO even they know there are a lot of scammers? on: October 31, 2018, 12:02:47 PM
Many has had significant profits from ICO and have developed some interest for it. However, despite the numerous scam projects out there, there are equally legit ones and so why not take some risks.
183  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How safe is our money in crypto? on: October 30, 2018, 03:09:38 PM
With traditional banks and financial services, we do less with respect to the safety of our asset/money. In crypto, the security of our money lies largely in our own hands. We has to be much responsible and avoid actions that jeopardize our security
184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How to pick best signature campaign on: October 30, 2018, 03:05:02 PM
With your rank, I guess you have less experience in doing so and so I suggest you look for good bounty groups like the amazix and many others and just join their bounties. It will save you enough time and perhaps wasting your time on scam projects.
185  Other / Archival / Re: Is the world really waiting for a global decentralized money? on: October 30, 2018, 02:59:34 PM
Nope, the world is actually wasn't and may not be even ready now, though we have it among us. We hear governments speaking ill of Btc and that should tell you the world never anticipated this. However, I believe the growth of Btc acros the globe will force them to embrace decentralised money
186  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will survive enemies it has created ?? on: October 30, 2018, 02:55:05 PM
I personally do not see your list as enemies to Btc adoption. Btc is just a digital currency and I think its only enemy is the government. If it is legalized, all the list you have made is irrelevant.
187  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto is your full time job? on: October 26, 2018, 01:12:21 PM
It is a part time job for me. I do have a traditional job but whether you would want to do crypto full time or part time depends on you and what you choose to do in crypto. If you do with buying and hodling then I guess no need going in full time but if you do say trading, take it can take almost all your time within a day.
188  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Samsung has now entered the cryptocurrency world on: October 26, 2018, 01:07:56 PM
News like this can draw more investors into crypto and that is what we all want to see. It is absolutely a good news because samsung is a great company all over the world and their presence in crypto can convince a lot more people that at least crypto is not a scam like some people say.
189  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is crypto capable of making the world go digital? on: October 26, 2018, 01:03:49 PM
The world has already realized how cumbersome handling paper money can be and have gone almost 90 percent digital. What I see happening is that if the world go completely digital, it help in a way help crypto to grow since that is exactly what crypto is all about.
190  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is trading stressful for you? on: October 25, 2018, 09:43:34 PM
Combining trading to my books was very stressful and I just couldnt handle it any longer so I stopped some months ago. Thank God I am done with books now..lol.. One thing I used to reduce my stress was to sleep and eat lots of fruits to replenish my self
191  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Still HODL? on: October 25, 2018, 09:35:46 PM
lol....Lambo full of women and cocaine....Big dream intead.
With respect to the post, it is very necessary that we hold on to our hope and not sell at this point. WE have already lost enough and selling now will mean that we have lost them for real. Sometimes, it is worth waiting
192  Other / Archival / Re: is EVERY ico a scam?? on: October 25, 2018, 09:19:58 PM
Absolutely not. There are many good ones and I know even those who shout scam to all ICOs do invest in some of them. I have developed the interest of reading whitepapers and to tell the truth, many of these ICOs are really meant to solve real world problem.
193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to get fast rich in crypto world? on: October 24, 2018, 05:07:02 PM
Very educative and interesting post. If you have more advice on investment, you can share it with us all. You will never when some of these information will do you many good.
194  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Downsides to crypto on: October 24, 2018, 05:00:52 PM
I think we should discuss the shortcomings of Btc currently and as btc/crypto enthusiasts discuss how best they can be resolved or better still how best the suggested solutions can best manage these shortcomings. I believe the adage that goes like: when we get to the river we will know how to cross it. Once worldwide adoption happens, of which I doubt, and problems arise with the system, we can then look at it.
195  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are we still "Early Adopters"? on: October 24, 2018, 04:52:48 PM
We may be early adopters if what we all hope to happen to crypto world really happens: and that is worldwide adoption. In that case then we can say we are early adopters in that crypto world will grow massively and by then we might have known how best to navigate around and may have gained some advantages over many.
196  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is now a good time to store some Bitcoins? on: October 23, 2018, 10:44:53 PM
Currently, I will say yes because the value of Btc has fallen so greatly now and I do not think it is going to fall any lower than this. Though we see some mini dump just when the value begins to rise but amidst all, it is a perfect time to store more.
197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bountyhunters, be careful with twitter accounts on: October 23, 2018, 10:40:06 PM
It is unfortunate and very disappointing to hear some of these news. How can this be. Just for tagging crypto. There are a lot more unneccasary stuffs that go on over there but nothing has been said about it. These are some of the reasons why we need to support good blockchain based social media emerging.
198  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What am i expected to do? on: October 23, 2018, 10:35:30 PM
The fact that you have been in crypto for more than a year means you have gained some level of knowledge and that you can identify good coins. What I will say is simply this, if you are holding good coins, then it will be good you keep hodling till the bearish season disappears and then you can regain your loss.
199  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: IS HOLDING TRULY THE SOLUTION TO DROP OF BTC PRICE? on: October 20, 2018, 09:20:27 PM
Well, I understand your confusion. What you should know is that every market is relies on an economic principle of supply and demand. When demand increases, price rises and vice versa. Applying this to Btc, when more people hodl than they sell, the demand for Btc will go up and that will have effect on the price, right
200  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think there's another way to pay in the future? on: October 20, 2018, 09:12:02 PM
No doubts this will come some day to come, if not already started, but as a health personnel, I do not think this will be a good idea considering the numerous health risks associated with it. The world should know that blockchain technology has it all and they must not look any further.
