Danke für die Antwort nullCoiner. Ich werde den Altcoinhandel vorerst leider sein lassen. Ist mir zu gefährlich irgendwas falsch zu machen und in Zukunft Probleme mit dem Finanzamt zu bekommen.  Du muss halt abwägen, wie viel Du einsetzen willst/kannst, ohne darauf angewiesen zu sein, da Du auch 100% Verlust machen kannst, und ob sich der Aufwand lohnt. Ab einem gewissen Betrag, kannst Du es ja an einen Steuerberater geben. Ich versuche das auch gerade abzuklären, aber es ist gar nicht so einfach... Allerdings habe ich schon gehandelt und in der nächsten Steuererklärung, sofern ich dann noch Gewinn habe, wird's interessant. Falls sich etwas Neues ergibt schreibe ich hier nochmal. Und im Moment hoffe ich, dass ich meinen Einsatz auch wieder raus bekomme, denn das ich mich verzockt habe, werde ich beim FA nicht geltend machen können  Doch. Wenn Du Verluste machst, kannst Du die auch verrechnen. Setzt halt voraus dass Du alle Trades offenlegst. |

I have a legal question.
Suppose a standard hypothetical scenario where NEM rises to 1USD in 1-2 years. I will want to withdraw some of my funds lets say 1 mil USD.
Now 1 mil USD will just arrive to my bank account - I would expect the financial police will be suspicious of how I could gain so much money.
Is someone here able to explain how this works in European legislation? Can I just withdraw money and say that I was a lucky NEM holder and everything will be fine?
Will I need to declare this as an asset gain and pay taxes? Or is this tax-free?

The conditions are various in the various European Countries. There's still no European Tax Office. In Germany, all bargains after holding one Year are tax free. |

Müsste Incent morgen nicht extrem ansteigen? So wie ich das verstanden habe, muss man für die MobileGo Ico doch incent kaufen? Wenn ja, wieso kauft jetzt schon keiner Incent und ver x facht sein Geld bis morgen Abend?  Morgen müssen mehr als 100000 Incent von mobileGo aufgekauft werden  Das heißt es werden für ca. 20 BTC Incent gekauft. Dürften nun fast für 30 BTC sein, da fast 3000 BTC mittlerweile eingekauft worden sind - wie dem auch sei - Kurs wird steigen mit der Zeit Damit sind wir nach Bittrex OrderBook gerade mal bei 19100 Satoshi (20 BTC) bzw. 19600 (30 BTC) Die 30 BTC sind aber nur die BTC des Ico - hinzu kommt noch der Werbeeffekt der Ico Käufer + die normalen Incent Käufe, ich denke ins minus wird man wohl nicht gehen wenn man heute Incent kauft. Nein, ein Minus Geschäft wird das eher nicht. Ich war nur überrascht und hatte mit mehr Anstieg rein durch die ICO Käufe gerechnet. Wir werden sehen... |

Check out the new "mobile-friendly" design at http://heatnodes.org. Use the menu at the top-right to access the different pages. The screenshots above are from Windows Phone 8.1. The rotating heat node globe has also been tested on an iPhone and seems to work well. Thanks a lot for this update! It looks much better than before. I know you like your Globe, but I would prefer not to have it on Start page. On my MacBook the start page only showed the top third of the Globe and I was nearly unable to scroll, because the only result was a change in the size of the Globe. It felt like there was only the Globe and nothing else on the Site. I think it could be better to have it way smaller and maybe an overview what you can find on that Site. Because there is lots of good Information to find. I will try the site on a mac tomorrow. On Windows, just use the center scroll wheel on the mouse to zoom in and out of the globe, and then use the scroll bar on the right-hand side of the screen if you need to get to the menus. Yes, I got it workin with scrolling at the right endendend, but thats not intuitive. |

I was browsing the NEM rich list and was surprised to see so many stakeholder accounts that are now empty or displaying balances of <100 XEM. One account once had 15 stakes bought from the NXT AE but now only has 25 XEM. Had they not sold, that would be worth over $1 million at current prices. I know it's good for distribution but still, ouch. On the other hand, there are also accounts which started off with a small amount of XEM and accumulated more over time. Several supernodes started off with only a small fraction of a single stake. Some of the Accounts were changed. I have a Stake too, but I moved it to another Account. |

At least on this nodes listing https://heatwallet.com/nodes.cgi I get "platform":"PC" Strange. I just checked, as I haven't "won" in the lottery for some Days. It's all there, but not displayed at https://heatwallet.com/nodes.cgiI'll try a restart, maybe I edited after I started? But I don't think so. Verify that your firewall/router allows incoming connections to port 7744. Thanks, seems to work now. |
