lol I got out of GPU mining in January and didn't look back.  GPU mining died when all the Scrypt ASICs were announced around then.  Many GPU miners gave up their GPU farms.  There are still a few stubborn ones trying to survive but since there aren't many GPU miners left there isn't the same demands for ASIC resistance coins.  GPU mining just faded away.

It's a Pre Order.  December deliver is not a gurantee, look at all the others, Alpah, Tech, Flower tech, Fib, KNCminer, late on their deliveries.

IF is gets delivered in December (during the holidays, which we know is the best time to ship anything!!!). that is 3 months from now.  That is like 3 years in the non crpyto world. 

Will it ROI.  Well Difficulty is near 36,000 right now.  Where was it 3 months ago?  Oh head 15,000.  It went up 140%.  So by December the difficulty will probably be around 86,000.  So how long does it take a Bitman L1 to ROI at 86,000 difficulty?  Based on current LTC BTC prices... 178 days.  And this is assuming that difficulty will be fixed at 86000 for the 178 days.  If we assume a modest 2% increase we are talking 239 days.

Will it ROI?  It all depends on the world you think you live in.  One that suspends reality where you ignore the facts and shove fists full of dollars at preorder nightmares or a grounded world where the data speaks for itself.  Do you believe in math or faith.

Just escalate the claim.  Keep trying.  There are a lot of PayPal reps that do not know what they are doing.  Keep trying until you find one that knows what to do.  Say other people have filed claims against the company and were refunded through PayPal.

But most of all everyone needs to post their PayPal dispute numbers here so you can shares them and use them as evidence.  Email PayPal with all the dispute numbers.  Collectively it make PayPal listen.

On LItecointalk a guy finally got his full deposit with reversed by PayPal.  He escalated to Protection Service and Legal and they finally saw all the complaints.  You just have to keep talking to people at PayPal, don't give up and don't take the Alpha tech we'll refund your 30% if you put down the full 100%.  Alpha still has all the PayPal money frozen so you can get it reversed easily.  The ball is rolling, everyone get on board.

It is important that when talking to PayPal support to have them escalate to PayPal Protection Services or PayPal Legal.  The reps will only quote the 45 day limit.  They don;t know anything else about what PayPal does.  They couldn't even tell me what the PayPal terms and conditions are for Merchant Preselling, Oh but they are quick to state the 45 day limit rule.  Bunch of monkeys in a cage.

They are not given the permissions to escalate to a claim, so you have to get them to call Protection Services or Legal.  Those guys know exactly what to do.  I spoke to a PayPal rep 2 weeks ago who had to get a supervisor and then a call center manager to finally figure out that yes Protection Services can do reversals after 45 days and even after 6 months.  The supervisor was shocked that it was possible.  WHO knew!!!!

So do not take what the front like reps say as law.  They are just quoting the almighty callcenter tome of knowledge.  They are clueless as to how PayPal really works.

Everyone has to file PayPal disputes and post their dispute numbers here.  That way you all can use them as evidence when you escalate the disputes to claims when they are automatically denied.

Yeah I use Litecoin too.  Bitcoin is more pervasive so it's a little easier to use.  But I'm seeing Litecoin more and more out in the wild.  When I get a chance I use it over Bitcoin as the transactions are faster.  I buy stuff online and the whole 1 hour for confirmations is a pain.  Yes I know that shops can confirm much faster but not too many do so I'm stuck. What is worse is when I have to get by purchase in to get an overnight delivery.  I've missed the shipping window a few times.  That is mostly my fault ordering last minute but hey I'd like to see you remember your anniversary.  LOL.

All the other coins are not there yet.  NXT, Ripple may have market cap on par with Litecoin but I have never seen them anywhere so why bother with them.  2 years ago I was all about Bitcoin but I've been slowly becoming a Litecoin user.

With GAW I did well.  With Alpha Technology not so much.    My GAW account was me trying to claw back from the debacle that Alpha Tech was.  If I could my AT 250MHs vipers I"m still behind.  Hopefully if the Primes run for another month I can call the Vipers a wash.

AT lied about the products they sold to get past PayPals preselling rules.  When they were caught PayPal disabled their account and froze the funds in it.  Alpah Tech then started scrubbing the internet so they can try to get another credit card processor.  When the processor found about the preselling they cancelled the account to and forced AT to refund customers.  If they didn't MOHAMMED would have just kept the funds and refused to refund them.  ASSHOLE!!!!





We also learn that the company knew how behind it was and began debating what lies to tell the public to manage shipping expectations.

The BEST deal on hashlets is to buy 1MHs of some cheap hashlet and use the 5% discount from autopurchase in the zencloud.  But Hashlets are so overpriced not that they can't ROI like they used to.  Unless GAW doubles the hashrate on all hashlets there are much cheaper solutions out there.  Cheaper as in $4/MHs shipping now.  Do your research.
