1801  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Australian Govt. form asks if I own any Bitcoin of Cryptocurrency on: September 26, 2014, 01:44:14 PM
Maybe it's a survey, how many people with brain problems use Bitcoin?
1802  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Australian Govt. form asks if I own any Bitcoin of Cryptocurrency on: September 26, 2014, 01:21:20 PM
But do I own any bitcoins? The answer is definitely "no".

That's sad, want a satoshi?

Oh and don't forget the fact that they advocate child abuse.

Quote

 Proverbs 23:13-14New International Version (NIV)
Saying 13

13 Do not withhold discipline from a child;
if you punish them with the rod, they will not die.
14 Punish them with the rod
    and save them from death.

This one I've bolded particularly makes me laugh, lets see them worm out of this quote.

That's not the first pedophilic reference

Pedophilic has a sexual connotation. You should look back your definitions.

Numbers 31:16-17 is about God telling the barbaric savages (Christians) to plunder and rape, massacring all the children, and the non-virgin girls, but to save all the virgin little girls for yourself.
1804  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Some one is sending me BTC 0.00000001 , Why? on: September 26, 2014, 01:14:03 PM
Change BTC address and don't let them discover your address again?

No... as I said above, apparently what they're doing is "screen scraping" valid bitcoin addresses AS they FLOW thru the BLOCKCHAIN.

So USING an address in any way makes it catchable by these idiots.

I have had single-use disposable addresses (on casino website, for example) that have shown up .00000001 immediately after ONE transaction has gone thru it.

I can confirm this. I've changed my address a ton of times and they all end up recieving this misterious Laxo Trade 1 satoshi transaction. Now I only need to create 1 million addresses to achieve 1 BTC  Roll Eyes

Actually, you will need to create 100 Million addresses to achieve your free bitcoin.

Laxotrade sends 0.0001 BTC not 1 satoshi
Still, this isn't a good idea. The transactions may never be confirmed depending on the fees paid and the age of coin. It would take a lot of fees to send 1million 0.0001. Your CPU would be quite maxed out generating 1million addresses and your wallet.dat would be extremely big.

That's a major flaw in the system then, wouldn't you agree?
1805  Other / Off-topic / Re: If you had 1000000 Bitcoins? on: September 26, 2014, 01:11:14 PM
If everyone had 1000000 BTC, then their value would drop
1806  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Australian Govt. form asks if I own any Bitcoin of Cryptocurrency on: September 26, 2014, 01:09:45 PM
I recently had a brain tumor removed and I had my right side Balance hearing mechanics removed, I am applying for disability until i recover.

Filling out the form I came across the question "Do you own any bitcoin or cryptocurrency"

Comments?

You don't have to disclose that, they cannot legally prove you own a wallet
1807  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Atheism BS on: September 26, 2014, 01:07:37 PM
Christians are not wise enough to embrace socialism. They're stuck in Bronze Aged conservatism.
The most of them maybe. However, significant part of modern socialists and communists are actually christian rather than secular socialists/communists. Gennady Zyuganov, the leader of CPRF, for example. He officially stated that his views on the communism were derived from the Gospel. Roll Eyes

Indeed. Jesus was a socialist who gave free healthcare (healed the sick and resurrected some guy), fed the poor (the fish and bread), and discouraged exactly what the churches are doing (stealing).

1809  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Atheism BS on: September 26, 2014, 12:50:01 PM
If Marxism is based on atheism, is cronyism based on theism?
It was presumed correct until the beginning of 20 century, but later this statement has been disproved. Secular state isn't necessary for the socialist economy. Reverse is also true, it's possible to implement market economy while keeping dialectical materialism as official ideology.

There is a christian socialism and christian socialism, for example.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christian_socialism
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christian_communism

These ideologies are very similar with secular socialism/communism, the most Christian communists/socialists share the conclusions but not the underlying premises of Marxist communists/socialists.

Christians are not wise enough to embrace socialism. They're stuck in Bronze Aged conservatism.
1810  Economy / Speculation / Re: I'm going to warn you guys one last time. on: September 26, 2014, 12:49:22 PM
Bitcoin can never replace fiat, and fiat is not relevant to Bitcoin. Apples and Oranges.

"Money is outmoded."
Around the 0:55:05 Mark:
"All transactions are through codes. "

Do you think this is a Bitcoin reference?

More like a reference to atm machines and electronic bank account activities like deposits and transfers via atm.

ATMs were around in 93 though
1815  Economy / Services / Re: BitHash Logo Design Contest [20$ prize] on: September 26, 2014, 12:25:16 PM

Yeah there was some trademark issue's which I think we overcame , I got the vector files and now I own it. This is enough for me , I never asked for something out of this world type of deal , but I knew 5$-20$ would get something basic like this which is all I need.

I think it looks kinda cool wouldn't you agree?

I still recommend offering 0.03 BTC for it

Because the media keeps reporting that the Bitcoin "bubble" has "burst"
1818  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: How do mining contracts (cloud mining) work? on: September 26, 2014, 12:07:44 PM
You learn about bitcoin mining, read lots of advertisements, visit lots of flashy sites, compare prices, look at forecasts, consult experts, examine graphs, pick apart forum posts, make predictions based on all that and then you flush your money down the toilet. Then you spend the next 6 months making shit up to convince yourself and others you made money in the process.

Gee, that sounds terrible
1819  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Sexual objectification of women, what the hell is this? on: September 26, 2014, 12:06:08 PM
I wasn't trying to justify "it", one way or the other. I was merely pointing out that men (and in many cases women also) are now, and always have been, drawn to representations of the female form. Thats just the way it is.

Then that's a Non Sequitur, because you weren't making any conclusions.

"I really dont think women need anymore defending from men in the modern western world.  They already have a much better deal vs men at this point.   If you want to understand how bad men have it right now look into some perspectives from warren farrell.

You only have to think about your own life as a man though, things might change at some point but right now we are almost 2nd class citizens by default.  life is much easier for women, look at life spans."

Women still have to fight for their right to birth control and abortion
