1801  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Parents disagree with MMO – Make Money Online and Bitcoin ? on: October 17, 2017, 11:36:36 AM
You have to explain to your parents what is bitcoin, and what can be generated from bitcoin. If you can give real proof to your parents, such as the success of friends or other people from the results of bitcoin.

They just cared about you because there were many sites who are scam.  They tend to show that they gives you real income but after giving them some good amount of money, they will be nowhere to find.  Our family especially our parents are just concerned about us.  Just like you said if you will show them proofs that bitcoin is a real thing then they will no longer disagree with it.
1802  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: interest in bitcoin is increasing on: October 17, 2017, 11:34:21 AM
As per we can see the interest in bitcoin of people is increasing at a high rate...I believe it will be our future...but will the shoppingsites like flipkar, amazon be able to accept bitcoins?
may be in the next generation.......thanz fr reading

Yes, it will definitely call their attention considering that bitcoin becoming more and more popular around the world.  Especially those people who are always online.  If they will include bitcoin as their payments, their sales would likely to goes up because many will find it interesting.  And it will also reach the attention of those who are not into bitcoin if they will see that bitcoin indeed is a thing of the future.
1803  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: October 17, 2017, 11:28:51 AM
It's very unlikely that bank will disappear because of Bitcoin. If hard currency is gone than banks will start using Bitcoins as a new currency and in online banking as it's already dealing in hard currancy in online. So no bank won't disappear because of Bitcoins in my opinion.

Absolutely, bitcoin will not make banks disappear.  Especially that bitcoin is still done online ofcourse.  Foods, supplies, everything are bought physically by money.  Maybe if there are stores and other establishments that will accept bitcoin worldwide then perhaps it can diminish banks but it would not still disappear.  We need banks even if we think we do not need them.  Government will not let banks to disappear because it is also a good way to have an income.
1804  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Is Your Bitcoin Dream? on: October 17, 2017, 11:25:00 AM
I have lot dreams for bitcoin. But first, if I can earn in bitcoin , I will help first my family, my parents. I want them to be happy with me, I will buy what they want or need before buying mine. I will show them what bitcoin can do and provide them their needs.

Family first, that is also what I am dreaming of.  Though my family already knew about bitcoin that it can give an extra income, I never gave them anything that will be so beneficial to all of them.  Maybe if I have a lot of bitcoin, I will renovate our house and bring them to somewhere.  Just giving them a memory that is unforgettable.  After that I will buy my own house, buy a car, and even put up a business of my own.
1805  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What impresses you the most about Bitcoin? on: October 17, 2017, 11:22:22 AM
Bitcoin is very impressive because you can earn easily even if your just at home.

This is the first thing that brought me to use bitcoin.  The fact that we can earn even we are just at home and wherever and whenever we want.  I have a fulltime job but the salary is very low.  That is why I looked for ways to increase my income. There it goes, bitcoin is here to solve my financial problem.  Now I can say that I have at least a savings and do not worry anymore about finances.
1806  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Really The Future Of Money? on: October 17, 2017, 11:19:50 AM
I really hope Bitcoin will be the future of our money. This way, goverments and banks will be out of the game.

It is the future of money considering that it can do almost anything and everything that fiat currency can do.  Only the fact that bitcoin is not tangible and that is ofcourse it is used online.  Bitcoin can let us buy things, pay bills, and even invest it to make it grow.  But I do not think that banks and especially the government will out of the game.  Remember, government will always have the last say to everything.  It can banned bitcoin whenever it pleases.
1807  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who can destroy Bitcoin ? on: October 17, 2017, 11:12:24 AM
I think that Bitcoin will be destroyed by itself,I mean by its popularity and high price exchange. Cool

Yes, it can be like that because bitcoin is so popular and really something to look up to.  Many will keep their coins until their desired target or amount.  Maybe if many people will continue doing this then bitcoin will be like extinct, I do not know.  It seems like that that it will be destroyed because there is no bitcoin in circulation.  But these would be really impossible.  If bitcoin will be destroyed then all other digital coins will be destroyed also.
1808  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think are the biggest disadvantages of Bitcoin? on: October 17, 2017, 11:09:30 AM
The biggest disadvantages bitcoin has for now I think is the slow time of confirmation of transaction. Sometimes it takes hours or more just because there are too many transactions but I really hope transactions would be faster soon so that we can enjoy bitcoin more. I think if bitcoin transactions are real time no matter how many people use it for transaction daily, people might consider it to be used as replacement for credit cards.

I cannot say that this is the disadvantage of it.  You already answered the reason behind the slow transaction is that there are too many transaction build up.  I guess it is just normal even on remitting money abroad, it takes like hours before someone on the other part receives the money.  So basically it is not really a disadvantage.  It would be called disadvantage if you do not know how to be patient.  Maybe you should atleast withdraw your money earlier before the time you need it.
1809  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest now or wait a while? on: October 17, 2017, 11:06:44 AM
Hey guys, my name is Thamos and I'm fairly new to Bitcoin. I've been reading up on Bitcoin for like, only, 2/3 weeks now. I was already planning on investing but I wanted to have a bit more knowledge about it all. I guess now I do.

I was just wondering, seeing how Bitcoin's price has increased by a lot over the last couple days, when would be best for me to hop in the pool. Should I buy now or should I wait till the price drops (even if it's only by a small percentage)?

I'm just looking for some advice. Thanks a lot!

First of all hello and welcome to bitcoin talk community. Now lets talk about investing. I'd like to suggest you should invest now. Because the price is increasing and maybe it increase more in December.  I heard it will reach up to 10K plus or maybe more.  So don't waste your time invest now .
Don't worry about the high price of bitcoin now. People used to say 4000$ is a high price and now they know it was not high because we are near 5600$. Similarly in future , bitcoin price will rise even more.

Definitely.  Bitcoin price right now seems too expensive but if the price goes on and continue to raise just like you said, then it is better to bite today's price.  Invest now and we will all be happier before this year ends.  Even if it goes down a little, the fact that bitcoin price continue to goes up for these past years just shows that it is indeed a good investment.  So we should invest now more and wait for a good result of income.
1810  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why People Are Not Honest. on: October 16, 2017, 05:21:27 PM
Can I ask why people are not honest. As in, why is it that people don't keep to their words even when they can do so? Can't I just do business with someone without signing papers and get lawyers and witnesses and still keep to my words? Can't we get trustworthy people anymore?

Be honest if people around you are not.  That is one of the sayings I always think of everytime I am on the berge of quitting to be honest because I do not receive the same to them.  Honesty is the best policy.  I will continue to be one if others are not.  In that sense I feel honored and proud that my parents raised me in a good manner.
1811  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you agree in death penalty? on: October 16, 2017, 05:18:31 PM
If death penalty is sentenced to someone who kills someone else or does corruption,  then I agree. A killer should be responsible for a dead soul and a corruptor should be responsible for people's life

Death penalty would be the best punishment for people who killed innocent one.  And like you said, corrupt officials and politicians should be punished with this as well.  I think those who are sentenced to death after fair judgment is worthy of it.  Lives taken to someone who are so innocent is appropriate I think.
1812  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why are people scared of taxes? on: October 16, 2017, 05:14:02 PM
I don't know why ppl are always scared of paying taxes.
taxes are actually a great thing but only if everyone pays them and if they are spend on useful things only. Just look out your window and you will see lots of things paid with your taxes you use everyday.

It is all because to think that great portion of your salary goes to tax.  That amount that was paid to tax can make a big difference to your living.  It can actually buy many things and can improve your life.  But because of tax, and we are obliged to do so, we hate it.  And most of the times, we cannot see any improvement in our surroundings.
1813  Other / Off-topic / Re: Should I Go To College ??? on: October 16, 2017, 04:31:25 PM
Obcourse you should go to college thers a lot of opportunity if you are a degree holder...majority of the people wants to go to college but few are giving chance because of poverty saw don't burn your chances...material things gone but knowledge naver fade away that's the only things that cannot get on you..

Yes, do not let that opportunity to learn and be educated passed by.  Like what you said, there were many who wanted to study but have no means to do it.  If you have a degree, there were many doors for opportunity that will come.  No one can take away your pride.
1814  Other / Politics & Society / Re: how to break teenage video game addiction on: October 16, 2017, 04:27:03 PM
Games such as dota, dota2, csgo and much more caused the teenager addiction nowdays. How to prevent this things happen to our teenagers.

Just do not spoiled them.  I think and if ever I have a child of my own, I will buy them game console or cellphones when they rich college.  Or in case you already bought them these gadgets, it would be better if you have a contract or an arrangement.  Arrangement like they will play for only 1 to 3 hours after that the next time would be on the other day.  It is just being strict.
1815  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: October 16, 2017, 04:01:38 PM
It is better to invest it because if you save it the worth of the money will stay the same but if you invest it the worth can go higher and down this way you can make profit and with saving you can not make profit.

Yes it is always been better to invest our money since it is the way our money works for us.  Although it is vital that we have savings for emergency situations.  And then after saved a rightful amount, we can invest our money.  Bitcoin is a good investment to deal with.  It has been tested and proven.
1816  Economy / Economics / Re: Investing money on bitcoin..! on: October 16, 2017, 03:24:58 PM
many are gambles, other are investors, other are believes. We are all in this for different reasons, some for profit others for the revolution itself. Whatever the reason, make sure that you invest only what you can afford to lose. BTC is nice but it doesn't help you if it leaves you one day without a house and food. Invest carefully guys

Really nice advise.  I make it to myself that I will invest only what I am willing to give.  I am here for bitcoin because I need an additional income.  And after the continuous growth of its price, I started to save some of my earnings.  I even invest some on investment sites.
1817  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Falling...Is it Panic Time? on: October 16, 2017, 03:20:51 PM
I respect all the BTC holders with massive stacks in their wallets, because they teach each and everyone of us an important lesson. Don't sell. HOLD. Everyone of them can at an instant sell their stash and cash in, do you know why they don't? Because they believe in this - even though they are millionaires already, they are holding because they believe they'll be billionaires, which is very likely in many cases. Don't panic and sell, buy and hope Smiley

I remember clearly that it was August 1 that everyone was talking about.  I saw before my eyes the price of bitcoin continuously goes down.  I panicked and sell all my hard earned bitcoins.  I slept and woke up feel terrible.  Bitcoin price goes up again and even priced higher.  Since then, I believed with bitcoin and just holding into it.
1818  Economy / Economics / Re: Does this mean Cash will be extinct? on: October 16, 2017, 03:17:13 PM
Sweden is contemplating to stop using cash by 2023, does this mean cash might be extinct if other countries follow suit?

https://www.weforum.org/agenda/2017/10/sweden-could-stop-using-cash-by-2023?utm_content=buffer40bef&utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter.com&utm_campaign=buffer

Well maybe because Sweden is one of the richest country and so they are also advanced in technology.  But that does not mean that countries should follow it.  There are many things to consider.  Here in our country, not all places have electricity.  Only few people on particular place knew about computers and gadgets.  So it will not be possible for cash to be extinct.
1819  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: October 16, 2017, 03:13:56 PM
Gold, hands down.

Bitcoin is for gambling/trading volatility on steroids, not a serious long term store of wealth.

I agree with you. I go with the gold.. yes bitcoin is surviving but i don't wanna risk my money gold has been surviving eversince so i go with gold.

Gold has been here on earth and circulation for centuries now.  Yes bitcoin is surviving and it even proves that it is the big thing.  It surpasses the value of gold and other commodities which is like decades ago.  Try to invest in bitcoin, risk some that you are willing to lose.  But the greater the risk, the greater the income.
1820  Economy / Economics / Re: Is an economy without physical money safe for the poorest? on: October 16, 2017, 03:09:09 PM
Imagine the situation in which we don't have any physical money and every currency is digitalized. The US dollar is now a token, the Japanese Yen is only in the network and the British pound is a fast-moving digital coin. What are the consequences of such an economy for the poorest of the population? Do you think that a few people can influence the digital wealth of people and wouldn't hackers be the best people to have as friends?

That would be very hard and I think that is the time that poor people will kill themselves.  Think of it.  How they will able to earn money in simple means like a little help or massage or other service.  How they will buy foods if they do not have any fund online.  Maybe, if the government will educate all poor people in using computers and computers will be available for all then it can happen.
