Speaking of trash... Arizona Roll Eyes

Two missed FGs, bad snaps, 3rd loss in a row. Looking a bit shabby at this point in the season.

Your battling back nicely!

Yeah Prator was trying to tank me! Smiley

He had -1 points until that last fg.

Surprised no-one grabbed Jeff Wilson Jr.

I blame San Frans O coordinator for that loss!

Why the fuck wasn't kittle involved?Huh?

They just used him for blocking, Morons.

Tennessee was a bad matchup for him.  He was td dependent (which he did get).  Not a big Wilson fan for ff, could get 1 point or 20 lol.  And yeah saints are down to their 4th, I think Alvin Kamara will be there backup lol.  I imagine if it came to be they would run every down and just play power football like the Pats did in buffalo.

Kittle is an elite talent that is D proof.
My bad, you meant Wilson.

He was only a good play by way of volume but yeah tenn D has been solid, thats why I have been playing them every week (up till now).

I would agree on Yahoo next year as well.

MERRY CHRISTMAS one and aLL!

Funny thing, in the live chat next to the James Webb telescope launch, they are debating whether Earth is flat or not...  Cheesy

I've seen the curvature of the earth with my own eyes after I was in a team who performed a space balloon experiment.
I had immediate access to the raw footage from launch (on which I could see myself) - edge of space - landing after its success.

But even without this small hands on evidence there would have been no doubt in my mind, obviously.
If anyone still believes the earth is flat they are incredibly stupid or just want something to be what it is definitely not for whatever reason I guess.

Maybe it's easier to comprehend for some people the earth is flat because that is how we mostly perceive it ourselves without having to resort to maths, experimentation or recent conclusive evidence.

It's like flies which live for only one day. How would they possibly know about the daily sun setting and rising sequence or have any notion of seasons when they cannot experience these and where communication fails to comprehend such a thing.

Maybe flat earthers hunger back to a simpler time.

My guess is they would probably be more interested in gold than Bitcoin also if that is the case.  Smiley

This is the big problem with electric cars: Once the powertrain warranty is out, the value of the car is pretty much zero. Gas engines can go 200k miles and can be fixed without a full replacement.

I remember in 2005 the roads were full of Gen 1 Priuses. Then they started to just disappear, and now I doubt anyone has seem one in years. Why? Battery pack blowing out and while you can swap it for a couple of thousand, most people just junked em.

It's a problem.

Not to defend Tesla here - horrible build quality and Musk is a smug asshole - but their batteries can last 200k-300k, I've seen quite a few with that mileage. And Model S is supposedly a luxury car that can do 0-60 in like 4 seconds, so that $22k should be compared to maybe M5 or E63 engine replacement? Plus there are battery repair options available, just not in Finland apparently.

Anyway, we're at peak dinosaur juice technology, and electric stuff will only get better.

Edit - grammar.

It was $21k to have my XJS v12 rebuilt in the 90's.

It got a Chevy 350. Cheesy

Talking about GPUs..I wanted to build a new PC..got everything, apart from the screwy GPU, which is nowhere to be found for a "normal" price.
There is no point of paying triple price, because for that price you can almost get the whole PC with the "offending" 3080 in it..but I just wanted the card. No can do, for more than a year already.

Used GTX 1080 for $400-500 (still overpriced but "only" by 100% or so) plays all games that I can throw at it. The whole GPU shitshow was already going off the rails before this "shortage" and I refuse to participate in it. (other than repairing blown mosfets and reselling because that's just business)

I sold 2 old RX-580's for $500 apiece a couple months ago just because its retarded.

On the orders of Russian authorities, ISPs in Russia have blocked TorProject.org, the main domain of the privacy-focused anti-censorship tool Tor. The move comes hot on the heels of moves to block access to the wider Tor network following allegations that the service helps people to access previously blocked sites and facilitates crime, including access to the dark web.

Good. They could do with another round of improving the protocol. The TLAs are probably pulling all the analysis realtime by this point.
