Earlier you promised Josh a review of Coinstand in exchange for an invite (aka getting bribed with free stuff). You're what passes for a "journalist" in the cryptocurrency world, and it's a damn tragedy.Ouch! I bought some Pex Peppers sauce too. I liked the green taco sauce. The rest was nasty and way too hot. The problem I have with buying from someone like Pex Peppers is all he did was dump paycoins by using a alt coin transaction company that dumps them on the market right after he sold anything. He was just there to make a buck off of everyone and seem like he was doing the community a favor. I did like the fact that he was selling a real product that I mostly liked. I'm not for or against pex peppers (too much flouncing out of the room for me and never bought the products).... but, they wanted vendors and vendors need to buy supplies and pay bills... until XPY has conquered the globe, they're going to have to do that in fiat. That's why all the places having accepted bitcoin is a double edged sword. Its great that I make 70% of my purchases now with BTC, but on the other hand, that drives down BTC prices when they convert. So, why would it be any different for any vendor using paycoin? They're just one step removed from getting a debit card system in place that converts to fiat right before you buy. BTC wasn't always like that. When silk road was up there was a reason to have/use BTC, buying drugs, that you couldn't do with anything else. BTC was also big enough that not every vendor/merchant accepting BTC needed to switch them to cash. There just isn't enough to do with paycoin for it to make sense, and it has never made sense. It was dead from inception because there was never a logical thing for GAW to do with the coins they paid $20 for. There is nothing for pex peppers to do with the coins he gets for his sauce, he can't use it to buy ingredients, pay rent, do whatever. Giving coins to Josh and letting him buy you stuff on amazon or pay your phone bill, or put money on your prepaid debit card isn't going to accomplish anything when the only thing that Josh has to do with the coin is dump it for cash. I really don't get why people can't see this. People can keep fucking the chicken, it's bringing me lots of entertainment, but I'm shocked that people can't see why this won't work. |

Not from my location. I am still getting the " This website has a redirect loop" error message. I got the page to load once, but by the time I got down to the bottom of the beta tester thread it stopped loading. That thread is funny, Josh says the guy got 1k of free stuff so he should be happy. I'm sure the damage from the dumping Josh did to get that 1k to buy that macbook was much less than that for the true believers. |

^^^^ This I came to the conclusion a while ago that Josh invented Paycoin to give him a way to exit the Hashlet scam. Since people "voluntarily" exchanged Hashlets he can then claim there are no damages from his original scam.. and Paycoin is just an alt-coin that failed. That's been obvious since they were announced. that's why the coin has no hope, it's built on lies. This is not a run of the mill coin. I have no idea how or why any of those get started and then work or don't work, but this one is separate. An extremely high percentage of paycoins are or were in the hands of scumbags in GAW, or idiots who "switched their hashlets" because of lies from GAW. The only way to fix that is a time machine. No one involved will actually do anything to help, but if by some miracle something gets accomplished people in those two groups will dump and push back against the progress. |

 PayCoin is at 9¢ - my grocery store charges 10¢ per plastic bag at checkout. PayCoin is such a flop, you can't even buy a plastic bag, let alone products with a PayCoin. A PayCoin won't even cover the bottle deposit if you wanted to buy a soda. Why are they even trying to save this turd? It's seems like it's userbase is about 8 people... I think a lot of people are locked into those stashtakers until next month, so they have no choice. But, when those free up, I think $0.09 will look like a serious upswing. Can't wait till that day comes and they can't get their coins back because Josh "let" someone else "manage" them. |

Of course these mysterious investors are more pissed at the guy who has their worthless coins than the guy who promised they would be worth more, is the main reason they are worthless, and gave them away to that other guy for no fucking reason. You guys really need to stop talking about the fork/destroying coins/whatever.
Not that this shitshow has a chance of working anyway, but a group of people being able to delete someone else's coins makes the whole thing worthless. You do that and no one with a brain will touch the coin with a 10 foot pole. I mean, the coin has got to where it is today entirely on the back of brainless people, but if there is a way to actual make this work you are going to need people with brains coming up with a reason for people to have/use the coin.
This coin is a dead duck because they only reason this coin has ANY value is because of promises from Josh/GAW that have turned out to be false. If you are going to "start over" without Josh/GAW you are going to be starting from scratch (and you probably should start from scratch because so many scumbags have enough coins to fuck you over if you try and "fix" xpy.
If you do a fork though, no one will invest/participate because of the fear/realization that you may be able to do another one to fuck them over in the future.

They are never going to reduce the stake rate because the only method to make money on this scam is to dump coins created out of thin air. Anyone trying to find a new way to make money is going to be fucked by that dumping, and the people doing that dumping have no incentive to do anything else.
