Looks like we're in for another weekend "dip" where if you hadn't check the markets all weekend you wouldn't have noticed anything had changed Cheesy

I would say we're in June 2011 nearly every single week.

Hourly EMA 10 and EMA 21 try to cross for the third time, let's see if they can make it.

The two lines are still a notch short of crossing over, more popcorn.

I think you accidentally linked the wrong page. Your link is about stocks.
its all about buy/ask. doesn matter if it stock or bitcoin

Exactly, that's why the manipulators would not give you the chance to pick up bitcoins at teens. Even as a bull I would not dream of taking a handsome profit and buying back more cheap coins all at the same time, it ain't boxing day yet.
whatever manipulators doing is to profit..and only way to profit is to SELL

You probably don't know that most of the people in this thread have had their holdings appreciated so much, that we can comfortably cash out in 30-40, taking some profits, and buy back at 20-30, just before you can see your teens. Wink

And no, to sell is not the only to profit, at least you don't always need to sell on your own.

I'll post what I said again.

The market will grow more and more volatile for a long while, and we'll see more and more people leaving this place or becoming bearish fear-mongers, I have been in this subforum since day one and I know how many have done so.
1848  Economy / Speculation / Re: Totally called it! on: March 24, 2013, 12:53:02 AM
Yeah, congrats on successfully predicting there will be snow in the winter when it's only summer, weatherman. Cheesy
1849  Economy / Speculation / Re: A "crash" from a noobs perspective... on: March 24, 2013, 12:42:33 AM
You are starting to get obnoxious. Did you go long on bitfinex and are scared of a long squeeze or what?

Sorry bro you are wrong on a couple of things:

1. I've been obnoxious and pretty much on the right side of things concerning price for some time. Look at my ignore button...i'm pretty sure I got you beat in the ignore count department.

2. I've been long since $13.50 on bitcoin (this year) and long Litecoin since $0.005 last March.

I am speaking of leverage. Did you buy with borrowed money?

Yes I borrowed money from people who sold bitcoins cheap and now I am holding bitcoins when their price is much much higher. So in a sense yes I did buy with borrowed money.

Ah, there are different kinds of borrowers, I put some of my money on loan, and buying my monthly share with the interest generated, and there are other clients who want no risk in some of their investments, so I put these money on loan as well. But anyway, I am happy that it's working out well for everyone, except some bystanders. Grin

Everyone is so impatient on the dips to see what can happen next. Always playing for pennies.

What do you mean?

What I mean is that you can't shake out the weak hands by being ravenous on the dips.  Take two breaths and don't hit buy.......yet. Wink

You mean you want to see bigger dips?   I am sure we'll see them in the future...

Hi folks, did you pick up anything in the fire sale? Grin

<g> no. my trading engine was out of ga$, tried to call brokers to secure "whatever you can buy <55 for immediate wire transfer" but as I was talking it snapped 50->60 in Bitstamp, so I said LOL, wtf and went skiing.

Just came back, yawn. Call me if it goes back <55.

Brokers? Doing ths? ???lol Cheesy

The fact that none of you idiots can see the manipulation is hilarious.

I guess greed did blind you.

All of you sounded so happy and gave each other a hug then shouted " WALL WAS BOUGHT DOWN, not PULLED"

Guess what? i did buy out my own walls . How much did it cost me? a merely 0.6%. What did it gain for me? a damn bull trap.

Enjoy.

LOL so it was/continues to be your manipulation?

I learned quickly how every one of you watched for the wall to be bought out then jumped in BUY BUY BUY.

Easy enough for me .

Walls at 50s and 60s are mine. I didnt push the 70s.

ps. remember 0.6% as a total of 0.3% x 2.

This guy is not necessarily a joke. What if he is 'loaded'? Not impossible to imagine.

1855  Economy / Speculation / Spasmodic selling on: March 23, 2013, 09:59:25 AM
I.e., can't stop giving away bitcoins noobishly at whatever low price, even when buyers are already offering conspicuously higher bid prices.

Can't remember how many times I have seen it. Grin

In the bitcoin world, you don't need to go to such length to prove your holdings.

Besides who the fuck cares about what he says? In the end of the day, it's the profit that matters.
1857  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer - MtGoxUSD wall movement tracker on: March 23, 2013, 07:13:52 AM
The recent price action is very bearish. We might be testing $62 or $63 soon. I hope not.
A climb to $75 and then a pretty typical correction is 'very bearish?'

Some people seem to think that after the market has run a marathon it can't take a breather before starting off again.
Must be the same people who moonlight at Foxconn managing the assembly-line workers....

It is a bit strange from the current trend though. For the last few months, when it takes a breather, it goes sideways, not down.

The run was unprecedented, so the bid side is quite thin, as no one would have thought they could buy at those price points, otherwise the down volume is pretty lame.

interesting thread none the less. smells of pump and dump BUT i am sure things ARE happening

He posted sha256 first.
1859  Economy / Speculation / Re: Things are happening behind closed doors, very important for Bitcoin things. on: March 23, 2013, 06:34:54 AM
Vladimir, what about putting that into a piece of text, timestamping it and give us the hash?

fair request.

SHA256

Now can we get that in MD5 ?

MD5 is not collision resistant, doesn't matter a lot though.

Thank you very much, seems that you are really onto something. Smiley

I will store it in a safe place.
