1841  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buy the DIP, and HODL! on: March 07, 2023, 06:02:37 PM
Bitcoin price is constantly being discussed and researched. Recently we have seen some light in a bearish market. While the global situation is quite bad, the effects of the economic recession have not yet subsided. At that time the bullish trend of Bitcoin naturally indicated its positive side. Bitcoin fell to $16,600 just as it was expected to be more bearish, but it has once again turn to bullish and  surged 40 percent. The macro backdrop also played a supportive role as the Federal Reserve cut its interest rate hikes this month. Currently, if an investor wants to hold Bitcoin for a short period of time, he will get the profit. But there is no need to take that kind of risks. Now if one plans to hold BTC for long term then he can reach his goal before the expected time.
It becomes speculation because bitcoin will be an interesting discussion when they want to know the movement but we will not see how accurate it is, about the bear market it is very natural because several factors cause the price of bitcoin to fall, for example with some FUD spread by some people, including several agencies, went bankrupt, so this triggered panic for those who were not strong.

I think an investor will not hold for a short time because the principle of an investor is a strong hand to hold bitcoin as long as possible, on the other hand the current price is still not high enough even though buying around $ 16,000 it is still too early to sell bitcoin assets, still be an investor as much as possible with the next 10 years he will definitely get everything.

Trending crypto market investing in Bitcoin can make some profit. And if you can get a good idea then definitely buy and hold Bitcoin. Buy bitcoins when the bitcoin market goes down and sell when the price goes up if you want to sell later. And thus you can become a successful trader in the future.

This is not about trading buy low sell high, here is discussing various bitcoin accumulation strategies including cash flow management too, you can buy dip or with the DCA strategy so it's not a guarantee of a successful trader later.
This thread talks about how to hold bitcoins longer with a 5 to 10-year term.

This rumour has been appears since last year that Barcelona has showed their interest to Bernardo Silva on summer 2022 but he has decided to stayed and i think Silva has make good decision because in Manchester City Silva always be played for almost each weeks and actually Manchester City fear to losing him because Silva is important player for them but if this summer Silva will decide to leave then nothing they can do besides release him but last time i heard Manchester City only want not less than 80 millions so i was wondering whether can Barcelona able to bought him
Bernardo Silva at Manchester City got an ideal place and became one of Pep Guardiola's mainstay players. Even though Barcelona is interested in signing I'm not sure it will work out. For Bernardo Silva, Manchester City is the right place to improve his career. After all, Pep Guardiola will not let this player go, I even think that Bernardo Silva will get a contract extension.
I know about Barcelona's interest in Manchester City player Bernardo Silva, but I read in several sources before that the problem was that Barcelona's finances were uncertain, making it difficult to bring in Bernardo Silva, whose price was quite high.
Actually Bernardo Silva's style of play would suit Barcelona very well but Pep Guardiola is of course still interested in his services in his current team, I don't know later in the summer whether it will be a change where Bernardo Silva goes to Barcelona or stays with his current team.
1843  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: March 06, 2023, 02:11:40 PM
This shaming defeat of United , will forever hang on in the history of EPL games and in the most humiliating defeats of an important club in a derby! Funny how most of the fans yesterday thought that they can defeat Liverpool and even more , score around 4 goals  Grin Grin Grin which made ma laugh as whenever you count your chickens before the fight , you end up counting nothing but sorrow. Anyway , United should have their heads up high as long as they can and focus on the next game.
History is not easily forgotten and there will certainly be many comparisons later on for the Derby game but obviously this was an embarrassment with such a huge score how is it possible in the second half to score for Liverpool?
I saw on some social media the sadness about Manchester United fans obviously this is going to be another joke, with this win for Liverpool they still have the ability to stay in the top four of the Premier League.
I believe it was probably the worst day for Manchester United, at least they won't be the same in the next few games with this result, I know Ten Hag can change this bad game.

Anyway, don't forget to share your secrets with us mere mortals who couldn't predict the price to save our lives.
There is no secret in this, I guess the prediction spontaneously dropped it.
No crystal ball in possession Cheesy, this was purely due to luck, even analyzing this price would not be accurate.

Congrats, mate! Amazing prediciton and amazing win, 5 mBTC with only 1X wagering requirement!

So, how did it go? Please, tell us here about your adventures with slots on Bitcasino.io.

Still waiting for the 5 mBTC to be credited, so I can't share my experience on the bitcasino slot as a result of this guess, maybe if it's been credited, of course I will share whether I win or lose.

Still waiting for Karl to confirm it. Wink

Questions:
1. When and why did you become interested in cryptocurrencies?

Quote
Answer:
It's been almost 10 years that I know about cryptocurrencies and this is really a long journey until now, still in the crypto environment until I decide to stay here.
Interest in cryptocurrencies actually started with a friend, maybe we often hear about this from other people and a lot of friends around us helped us to understand and introduce cryptocurrency at that time, I don't remember who that friend was because I lost contact and making it difficult for me to contact him again.
Thanks to him I was able to get here and continue my career in being involved in cryptocurrency to focus on making investments for now.

Quote
Questions:
2. When and why did you buy your first bitcoin?

Quote
Answer:
I don't know when to buy bitcoin, for sure for the first time I entered the world of cryptocurrency, I didn't immediately buy bitcoin, but I was looking for some free coins from giveaways or faucets that I've experienced to get some satoshis from these faucets or from giveaway coins in a swap for bitcoin.
So buying bitcoin was when it was booming but, to be honest, I forgot how much to buy bitcoin the first time because it was a long time ago so I don't remember much about it but at that time I was more focused on the giveaway to get tokens and some of the proceeds the faucet mentioned above.

Questions:
3. How did you get on the forum?

Quote
Answer:
Registration on the ajiz138 account forum was August 09 2014, but I forgot about it for two years I came back again in August 2016 and there I learned a lot always asking about newbie problems but over time and the developed of my knowledge in this forum.

About logging into the forum is a friend also who suggested it here.

Questions:
4.1. How do you think mass advertising of gambling projects has a positive effect on the development of the forum or harms the community?

Quote
Answer:
The positive effect on forums is obvious because in my opinion gambling doesn't damage forums or harm them, it's just advertising here and of course, if there are lots of people who do it there must be a lot of enthusiasts including their audience now they are more focused on gambling (for those who like gambling) and myself prefer soccer betting which is the favorite bet.

Harming Society? I don't think so as long as we never invite anyone to gamble except for our own desires, if we come to a forum and just want to play a casino that is promoted on the forum then that is our desire not because of coercion but if we force something on other people to play casino then it is should not.

Quote
Questions:
4.2. I see that you wrote a lot about ICO in 2017. Was this period successful for you or were there more negative experiences?

Quote
Answer:
Aisio? Maybe ICOs.

If that is what is meant, of course the 2017 ICO period was very profitable because what I know was that it was the initial pre-sale which was booming at the time, with several projects that I worked on I got enough for the ICO and this is enough to say successful where I able to reap considerable profits during this period.

And since in the middle of 2018, ICO sales started a lot of fraud where almost what we did at that time in 2018 became dark ICO sales because some projects came and appeared which ended up being a fraud by taking away investors' money, here of course I experienced no small loss.

Now the ICO project is dead, with a few years ago it came out with the word pre-sale IEO, IDO, IGO, etc and now their hype is all over.

I think there will be a new trend again someday.  Cheesy

Questions:
4.3. What do you think will happen to bitcoin in 2028 after the halving, when its mining will be very expensive?

Quote
Answer:
Bitcoin has a pretty good 4 year cycle to repeat history in bitcoin price it hit its previous ATH in 2021 the highest price at the time was $68K so that's a pretty good multiple of the previous ATH, right now I'm looking forward to the 2024 halving for less than a year we will achieve that, of course, it will change to a new cycle in the following year and what is clear is that we don't know how high ATH will be next after the halving in 2024.

So for it to happen in 2028 I still don't think about it because it will definitely go through several phases where bitcoin corrections are deeper so that during that journey I don't know what happened, sometimes with FUD news out there it can cause bitcoin prices to fall and collapse.
The important thing is that I got HODL until 2028 meaning I kept bitcoins for almost 10 years.

Quote
Questions:
4.4  Will Bitcoin be a number one coin or the etherium will replace it?

Quote
Answer:
Bitcoin will remain one of the top coins, and I don't think Ethereum can replace it.
I don't have a clear reason for this, but believe in bitcoin.

Questions:
5. What do you think of the current Merit system and signature campaigns?  Do they harm the forum?

Quote
Answer:
Since it was implemented in 2018 regarding the merit system, I think it is quite effective where users can become more established members and be more creative in building their posts, actually with a merit system to prevent lots of spammers.
Almost all campaigns now apply a merit system of 120 last days, maybe that's how managers do it to find qualified participants.
This certainly doesn't hurt the forum.

Quote
Questions:
6. The most useful forum topic? Most helpful users?

Quote
Answer:
Beginners and Help maybe this board will be the most useful and helpful for newbies or others, here there is also some kind of concern starting from loss anticipation, fraud, how to rank up on the forum, some other ways senior members do to help others according to the topic discussed.
This Meta Board is also important for seeing developments on bitcointalk forum issues etc.
There are also other boards I think any information if it helps other members it will be very useful for them.

Questions:

One of them with this.

Questions:
8. Do you trade on exchanges or invest in projects?

Quote
Answer:
I said for now in the period 2022-2023
More investing in bitcoins than investing in projects.
At the moment I am not really interested in investing in a project.
Trading: Well I do trade on CEX exchanges rather than DEX, but it's not very often as I only trade to buy bitcoins with the DCA system.

Quote
Questions:
9. Tell a story about your big profit or big loss?

Quote
Answer:
The big advantage is from the ICO project in 2017 when at that time I got more profit because when the ICO sale started it didn't last long so when the token entered the market it could immediately be sold at a high price and that was a very good time beautiful.
It was a loss in 2018 when bitcoin went under $5K and many other altcoins crashed and couldn't stay in the market, so that was the biggest loss.

Questions:
10. What do you think about the DEFI ecosystem?

Quote
Answer:
Actually, it's good with the DEFI ecosystem but it's always taken advantage of by many scammers who create new projects with the DEFI system so I'm not too interested in DEFI, now a lot of DEFI projects have sprung up but it's not impressive what they have developed.

I don't know which site is in first place and so on but I know in the forum it's the best casino site I've ever played and it's my own experience, so if you look at bloggers to see reviews then choose gamblingbro maybe it will give you a little answer which definitely returns to your own criteria which choice is right to play.

Remember that in this forum there are many casinos with their best offers and they are still active today and there are also many users, are you going to try one of them except stake.com?
I think many people have suggested how to choose the best casino site.

1848  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: March 05, 2023, 02:53:32 PM
Liverpool with their poor results this season will not be a weak side for Manchester United to defeat.  Lately they have managed to win a good number of games and that seems to have boost their confident. The two teams seems not to have much injury players and Liverpool who would have been the weaker side is playing home, this proves the match to be a difficult one to predict. I think it will either be a draw or the both team to score.
I know Liverpool are not currently in form, but I think it will be kind of difficult for Manchester united to win them, most people are underestimating Liverpool, but I believe it will be a very tough match for Manchester united. Liverpool is currently in 6th position and they will definitely want to do everything to be in top 5, Newcastle which is in 5th position is leading Liverpool with just two points, I believe Liverpool will want to win the match, but I don't think it will be easy for Liverpool also because Manchester united are currently in form also, it will be a very interesting  match.
Their attackers have now recovered like Diego Jota and Firmino of course this adds to their squad better than before, of course I think they have to think about how the defense is solid because I see that Liverpool tend to always experience defense that is easy for opponents to beat and this needs to be Klopp's concentration as his strategy.

Liverpool are still very wide open to get a champion league ticket if it is true that they maintain their winning streak, I know this will certainly be a difficult match where Manchester United is a formidable opponent we already know they have grown better than Liverpool, so by playing in Anfield may be a hope where to get the 3 points.
1849  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you know any telegram group where a lot of gamblers meet? on: March 05, 2023, 02:19:57 PM
I used to try to enter the gambling telegram channel group but the discussions there started to get weird, lots of spam and mixed with other discussions so I unsubscribed on the channel and I never looked for gambling discussions on telegram again.

Maybe it's true that some of the suggestions from other people are trying to find it in Discord discussions but I'm not interested and it doesn't provide any benefit to me so I don't follow and never again, just focus on forum discussions, that's the same as looking for a solution too.
1850  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Trading Or Holdings on: March 05, 2023, 01:18:37 PM
I want to know the opinion of our community that which is the best option. Just do both trading and holding. You need to trade most of the bounty tokens/ coins 🪙 to exchange with the top altcoins bitcoin. And hold the potential altcoins to wait for the raise of their price. I do this way to gain more benefits from the values of the coins/tokens.

It depends on the experience of the individual. Not everyone will be smart enough to know which Altcoin has potential to do well in the future. For an experienced trader who can do both trading and holding at the same time and still stay in profit they can go ahead. But for inexperienced or novices in the crypto business it is better they stick to holding Bitcoin, If they can earn other tokens/coins they simply swap to Bitcoin and hold because it is better to grow sluggishly that have all your sweat thrown in the dungeon.
It's not easy to choose an altcoin that has the potential to be traded and profitable, sometimes it's much more difficult because you have to analyze it first so it requires strong experience to understand and choose in trading, but for beginners I think this is a difficult way where they have to struggling in trading where there is no experience it will be a loss and a trap and cannot return the capital back, but by means of professional trading and being able in his skills it is possible to get used to doing that.

But the way that is simple and can be done by everyone is holding, he might just buy and then save it. If there is a free token from the airdrop, it is much better to exchange it for bitcoin and store it as a long-term asset.
But what can do this?

I cannot recall whether I had received an invitation or not when I had responded to the questions.

I am pretty sure that you do not need to receive an invitation in order to respond.. but there might be some specific questions that zadad might want to ask you since you are saying that you want to get interviewed or maybe if you did not wait for an invitation, then you would merely need to tailor whatever questions that you are answering in a way that they are largely current in the way that you answer them and that you try to tailor the question (or your answer) in a way that you are able to largely elaborate in regards to showing the way that you think about the topic, with examples and/or your own life experiences.
I have seen that you are on list 23 which means you have been invited for this interview.

I'd better wait for an invitation from zasad to start the interview and answer it because I see there are no specific questions specifically in the OP, so I don't know what questions zasad will ask me if it's true that I'm invited maybe it will be a little different from another.
If it's the same as other people's questions, maybe I'll answer it right away, but I think it's better to wait from zasad first.

For sure, I am familiar with the idea that even within the month there could be enough "uncertainties" to cause you to have to withhold making any BTC purchases until the whole month is resolved and until your next paycheck comes in because you might not be confident that you have enough of a cushion in your cashflow reserves.  I do believe that as long as we are building our BTC holdings and also attempting to learn from our mistakes (or our stress points), then the longer that we are in bitcoin and the longer that we are striving to invest in bitcoin and to build our BTC holdings in an aggressive way, we should be able to get better and better at managing our cashflows in such a way that we lessen the stress of the "lack of reserves" in our monthly management... and sure there still might be some periods of stress and shortage, but maybe also there might be higher levels of reserves as we get more comfortable with the size of the BTC holdings that we may have had already built with the more time engaging in the practices of accumulating and building our BTC holdings.
And that is the most important thing how we learn from the mistakes of the past it is included in the uncertainty in finance every month sometimes has to wait for salary to come again to start how to pile up bitcoin with a state of severe pressure.
It will almost not be smooth every month about any necessities but as much as possible we must be able to save so that we can become a better ownership in the BTC that has been bought so far, not about imposing but the principle of planting money at BTC is a must in the future that I am Believe as a more important asset.
Honestly, until now I am trying to be better in managing cash flows again even I study in various places how to manage good cash flows and not cause pressure because for me it is important a necessity where I have to know the procedures for managing it.

Of course, there might be ways that we can either increase our income or cut our expenses to make ourselves more happy to be able to buy more BTC; however, at the same time, there might well be limitations regarding how much energy and efforts that we might want to put into making such changes with some considerations that some of those kinds of changes might not really be sustainable.. even though they could be something that we are willing to do for a relatively short period of time just to potentially create some additional financial and/or psychological cushion.
Until now, not only relying on monthly salaries, of course there must be more income as a reserve that is made for my bearings, for example in a small business that is still being carried out, sometimes in this case it cannot cover the operational costs that are carried out, this is something different where working in the office is still running while the small business is still being done even though it is different from the cash flow and expenses.

It is true that reducing expenses will make us a little more relieved because there is no bigger burden to bear each month and with the changes made, especially in management, it will be much more comfortable than thinking about our egos thinking about buying excessive goods.

Who wants to give an interview, write to PM.
Who else can be invited for an interview?
I invited about 1200 people and even got bad reviews for spamming. Approximately 19% or or 1 out of 5 users agree to take part in this project. And some users need more time. It's not a quick process.

What about me? Are there any requirements in this interview so you have to do it at PM?
I took a quick look at some of the OP's interview listings and this looks interesting to me as well as challenging where to share my early entry into the world of crypto and its passions.
If allowed I will be your PM.
1858  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: March 03, 2023, 07:25:50 PM
Liverpool have a chance to break into the top 4 before the end of the season if Klopp and his team really take advantage of every game to get maximum points. Liverpool will still fight over for 42 points for the rest of the season including against Manchester City, Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham. So there is still a chance of the top 4 and qualify for the Champions League next season if Liverpool are able to win the next 14 matches.

But their consistency will always be questioned because they are a top team in the Premier League. The match schedule will be very tight and difficult in April, especially having to play 3 big matches between Manchester City, Arsenal and Chelsea in 9 days.
The opportunity to enter the top four of the Premier League is quite wide open for Liverpool, only in the week now they are dealing with a heavy team (Man United) while the team is above its performance thanks to the hard work of Ten Hag so far, if for example, Liverpool lost again In this match it will be more restrained and more difficult to pursue him again, I don't know how to anticipate Jurgen Klopp as a coach but it seems they will play more optimally.

It is a big question sometimes I see Liverpool's games sometimes inconsistent and lack of concentration especially in April as you mentioned, obviously it will be a heavy burden for his team and Klopp.
1859  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: investment advice? on: March 03, 2023, 06:00:14 PM
Both of you have to understand that investing in bitcoin is a high risk because prices fluctuate, it is very possible that you can lose if you sell quickly and panic when the price drops, but if you have pretty good fundamentals then it's right to choose bitcoin as an investment.

I see your post on the Bitcoin Discussion board for the first time you buy bitcoin on the Binance exchange, it's a good step because you have dared to do it with a good step I support how you have invested even though it's a small value.

About storing assets for bitcoins it is better you have a private key in the sense of using a Trustwallet wallet which is called non-custodial so have your own control over your own assets and do not recommend storing on any exchange because it is a third party just like a bank.
1860  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buy the DIP, and HODL! on: March 02, 2023, 07:16:43 PM
You are correct that sometimes if you are just buying bitcoin regularly, you might not miss the extra money that you are putting into bitcoin, and after many years, the seemingly small amounts add up to a lot of value that you put in, and hopefully the value that you put in has either retained its value equal to other possible places that you could have invested it or even better if the value that you put in has gone up in value.. and going up in value has tended to be the case in bitcoin and seems that there are pretty decently high odds that the value will continue to go up in bitcoin.. so long as you are not overly anxious in regards to the timeline.

Another thing could be that you have a somewhat erratic cashflow, and you realize that you tend to have between $10 to $100 per week that you could invest into bitcoin, but some weeks the cashflow is very tight and other weeks you have some thing (goods or services) that you feel that you need to buy in a timely manner.. so you have discretion regarding whether to invest every single week.. and maybe while you continue to be somewhat focused on building the size of your BTC stash, you consciously make those kinds of allocation decisions on a weekly basis.. but as your stash gets larger and larger and larger  with the passage of time (hopefully), then you might decide that you only need (or want) to make those allocation decisions every two weeks or maybe once a month.
Indeed I sometimes never pass extra money into bitcoin I think that is considered unnecessary money that I need right so I put it in bitcoin it is much better than storing it in a place or in fiat, after many years this is of course there must be incremental start of my portfolio will be adding more regularly because it's a higher chance than the others I'd even be pretty optimistic on Bitcoin.
That's what I have to face with anxiety seeing the market go down, of course it will be a little nervous, but I try to hold it in.

This is still a consideration where when cash flow is uncertain I have to be prepared with a smaller allocation every week or maybe skip and place once a month, sometimes any costs we don't expect, for example buying needed goods, services , maintenance will also take more money, we don't expect it, so if that happens, for example, this week and the money for the allocation of bitcoins runs out, then I skip buying bitcoins in that month, but when there are problems with small fees, I always force myself to buy bitcoins, even if it's small with $10 the important thing is that the accumulation must continue at least once a month.

I don't disagree with any of this, but it is might be good to point out that someone who is new to investing might be in a very good position to allocate all of his/her investing to bitcoin, because s/he does not have any other investment.. and maybe s/he had been living with his/her parents, and just starting to work on building financial independence, so in that sense, when someone is starting to invest, there is not necessarily any need to diversify for the mere sake of diversification..    Fuck that nonsense.   There is nothing wrong with starting out with one investment (which could be bitcoin), and then working towards diversification once the one investment builds up in value..   Of course,  I am not suggesting 100% bitcoin, because there should always be an emergency fund and a contemplation of cashflow versus expenses in order to know how much can be invested into bitcoin, and bitcoin may well end up being the ONLY investment that someone starting into building his/her investment portfolio might have.
But beginners won't take this as a risk, maybe what they know is bullish, what the media or other people hear, but when they put all their money in bitcoin without longer learning, they will get caught up in their greed and difficulties, but that's how I understand it beginners who want to start investing in bitcoin must start small even if they don't have other assets but at least for the beginning they understand in their experience if everyone feels that they understand they can increase their value higher with the money they have.

I cannot disagree with any of this, yet I will still say that if you have a monthly paycheck, you are likely not buying all your monthly expenses for the whole month (especially something like food and transportation costs), even though you might have some expenses that are due on a monthly basis, so you can choose how much to allocate to BTC, and let's say that you have $2k per month coming in, and you have around $1k in known costs such as housing, food, transportation and entertainment, so you have a pretty decent idea about your budget and that you have an extra $1k that you can choose to invest.  Depending on where you are at in your bitcoin investment/allocation journey, you still might want to consider dividing whatever is your extra income into weekly parts... and yeah for sure you do not have to invest all of that right away, and maybe you divide some of it as DCA and some of it is held for buying on dips and some goes into replenish or build your cash emergency funds, and maybe you want to make sure that buy $50 per week of bitcoin no matter what, but you don't really want to spend the whole remainder of the $800, so you save that for buying on dips, other investments or even to make sure that you do not have extra expenses for the remainder of the month, but then once the new paycheck comes in, then you have an ability to have another $1k that is available, so any of the $800 from the earlier month could be spent towards the end of the month.. and my main point, is that you should feel that you have a lot of discretion, including the discretion to buy all of your BTC allowance with the whole $1k at the beginning of the month..
Maybe every expense we can manage and far in advance have determined how much for one month is allocated for our needs including what you mentioned, but from all of that there must be some left over and it will be included in bitcoin as their planning for long term investment and for example if they have discipline in their finances $1000 in one month it should be enough however it should be good enough.

But everyone is different, the same as myself here, there is still an allocation for bitcoins every week or every month, I myself prefer that every week it will process faster than monthly.
Once we can still manage a good budget and don't change our attitude in our lifestyle, we can do whatever we want, including investing in bitcoin every week.
