be careful
i opened account yesterday and i deposited.
then i could not play because i used tor browser for registration (it does not say this is not allowed in terms only you cannot play if gambling in your country is illegal but in my country gambling is ok but i want still to be private).
then I COULD DEPOSIT without no problems but now i cannot play and also cannot withdraw my money. i dont even get error message i just cannot play and it loads so it looks like its fault on my computer but live chat tells me it is something else and i should email.
i asked tem on the live chat what this is about and they said that i should write a mail to theyre support and i did that.
i did not get answer on mail and asked again in live chat and then they said "i will get answer shortly". that was 3 hours ago and still no answer.
i dont understand if they dont like tor browser why i can still make account AND WHY I CAN DEPOSIT and then they keep my money.
i hope this is misunderstanding from their site but for me 1000$ is a lot of money and i dont understand why they let me deposit and now i canot do anything with it.
also this is a btc sports book i have the right to be private and privacy is the most important thing if i look for sportsbook. i wanted to play with 1000$ but if they not offer privacy that is not good for me. i hope this is misunderstanding and my account is open soon but still no answer on mail and live chat says they cannot help me.....
i will update here when problem solved or i get answer but for now everyone should be careful if he values privacy (which i think everyone should on a bitcoin sportsbook)

i am very scared because my 1000$ is STILL LOCKED on theyre site and i did send them my documents but i have to say this:
IT IS UNBELIAVABLE that a BTC sportsbook blocks accounts after deposit and asks for kyc. i have never expierencded this and i am not new to btc. if they dont like my account they can block me AND NOT LET ME DEPOSIT but i did nothing and they always wait after deposit to lock your account so they have your money first!!!!, i deposited and nothing worked no error message just i had to message them and ask what is happening and chat could not help me..... now they want kyc and i have to wait for days to get to my funds. this is not acceptable image you have lot of money on sportsbook and they lock your account and ask for kyc in the btc world....
I ADVICE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS SPORTSBOOK IT IS VERY VERY SHADY AND THEY JUST BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT WITH 1000$ ON IT AND NOW WANT KYC
PRIVACY IS THE MOST IMPORANT THING IN CRYPTOWORLD AND THEY ASK FOR KYC AFTER LOCKING YOUR FUNDS AND NO ERROR MESSAGE OR ANY MESSAGE YOU HAVE TO FIGHT TO GET YOUR FUNDS BACK!!!!
i will update here again when i get reply i am very very disapointed from this expierence i hope it is misunderstanding and i can change my review to positive once my account works but for now DONT OPEN ACCOUNT THERE and WITHDRAW YOUR FUNDS and DONT BET THERE because they will just lock your money and you will have to spend hours to get it back or even get reply from theyre team!!!!
