1861  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: ▁ ▂ ▄ ▅ ▆ Cloudmining 101 (ponzi risk assessment) ▆ ▅ ▄ ▂ ▁ on: March 14, 2016, 01:48:43 AM
so which cloud mining would you prefer where we get ROI in atleast 4 months?

HODL

Instant ROI.

Not instant. It needs at least an year to reach ROI.
Moreover one risk factor is also there, price shrink.

If I have one BTC I will still have one BTC tomorrow and 4 months later, 100% ROI by definition. There is no "shrink". There is no counterparty risk. There are no issues with hardware (real or fictional), difficulty, exchange rate, etc.

There is no "cloud mining" out there that would achieve ROI (assuming the poster above meant 100% ROI and not e.g. 20%) in 4 months so why bother.

buying altcoin like ETH it's more profitable at this time than you hodl your bitcoin Roll Eyes
im buying some altcoin and earning more than cloudmining  Tongue

Why not try PizzaForCoins?? It allows you to order from any nearby Domino’s, Pizza Hut or Papa Johns. Pay in Bitcoins to PizzaForCoins, and they’ll order your pizza(s) for you. PizzaForCoins is currently available for United States and Australian customers only; the United Kingdom service is currently offline, while a Canadian service is "coming soon."

if this service avaible for my country, i will use it everyday, because I love pizza , i like it  Grin
any chance he open service in asia?

1865  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2016-03-12] BTC-E Withdrawals broken, trading suspended on: March 14, 2016, 01:09:56 AM
BTC-E just went offline and posted the following on twitter: “Внеплановые технические работы в ДЦ, возможны перебои в работе #btce” Translated to English it means: “unplanned maintenance in the datacenter, possible disruption of service ahead.

for me better to withdraw your money now, then trying other platform like bitstamp or bitfinex.
1866  Bitcoin / Press / [2016-03-14] bravenewcoin : Bitcoin Price Analysis — Buy the Dip on: March 14, 2016, 01:05:54 AM
Market Sentiment

This section is based on internal (anonymized) Whaleclub trading data and is published exclusively on BNC.

Current Active Long vs Short Volume Ratio: 4.6:1

Average Active Long vs Short Volume Ratio: 2.4:1

We have a 90% excess in active long volume relative to the average. The average weighted long entry price is $417.62, which is only slightly higher than the current market price.

Sentiment is bullish, although longs are slightly underwater. The risk of a long squeeze is above-average due to the high long ratio, and this risk will increase if price continues to drop. A broader long squeeze may take effect if price breaks down below the key $400 support level.

1867  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why did you come to Bitcointalk? on: March 14, 2016, 01:00:42 AM

1868  Economy / Economics / Re: When do you buy Bitcoin ? on: March 14, 2016, 12:58:39 AM
I buy whenever it works out with the budget.  Try to buy small amounts at a time so the price really does not affect it, it is more about the amount of btc rather than what price i purchased. I learned this awhile ago, it is a more relaxing approach to a very volatile coin.

nice tips, you want to use bitcoin for buying some goods? if yes the price is not important, because you will spend your bitcoin after buy it.
1869  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: March 07, 2016, 02:27:47 AM
I would go for the gold because the gold is more secure to invest if you ask me.
Although you can also do both because than you can make profit on a short term and also on a long term with the bitcoin.

If you are investing in bitcoins, you are gambling with your money, either you win or you loose, totally depends on the level of risk that you can afford.

trading at bitcoin is not like a gambling. it's very diffirent. in trade you get USD to your BTC or you get BTC for your USD. in gambling if you gamble your bitcoin, you can double your bitcoin or lose your bitcoin.

Mate he is trying to say that investing in bitcoins is like gambling, as we are not aware about the end result, if bitcoin grows we can make huge money, but if it doesn't we loose everything.

for me invest at bitcoin is like you trading from long term.in fact after yiu buying bitcoin you can't lose your bitcoin. you just lost the value of bitcoin.

1871  Bitcoin / Press / [2016-03-04] Bitcoin Ransomware Education – Cryptlock on: March 07, 2016, 02:18:34 AM
Removing Cryptlock has proven to be less of a hassle compared to other types of Bitcoin ransomware. Installing Norton Power Eraser on the computer seems to be doing the trick just fine, as the software will perform a list of rootkit scans. Cryptlock is on the list of threats, and the program should have little effort with taking the proper actions.

Unlike most versions of Bitcoin ransomware, Cryptlock does not seem to prevent users from accessing files by restoring a previous backup. Shadow volumes seem to remain safe from harm when a computer is infected by Cryptlock, which is an interesting change. Making this malware easy to remove should lead to very few people paying the ransom, either in Bitcoin or through other means.

1872  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your biggest problem with Bitcoin on: March 07, 2016, 02:16:04 AM
Until now, there are only few shops that accepts bitcoin, we still need to convert it to fiat to be useful in our daily lives, so I guess, the adoption of bitcoin is slow, and that's what I think is one of my biggest problem...Can't eat foods on stalls and vending machines using bitcoin in our place til now..

you can use Gyft.com buying your coupon using bitcoin then you can buyign anything what you can, in fact if you use gyft.com it's like you use exchanger from bitcoin to fiat, but you did'nt need id card Roll Eyes
1873  Other / Off-topic / Re: 2016, The Year of Bitcoin? on: March 07, 2016, 02:14:00 AM
Indeed, this is really the year of the bitcoin,we started this year with a bang...bitcoin's price survive the two events that gets into its way last January and recovered again, developments are still on its way in the coming months I think..

That's not enough to say that 2016 is actually the year of Bitcoin, we need to see the highest level of Bitcoin's price and also some stability , and i think that's could be possible especially after the next halving

if we start from Bang it's to hard ro reach biggest moon , we need biggest dump before reach last highest price ($1000). maybe we will reach $300 then up to $500 again. it's good for making new investor come in bitcoin trading
1874  Economy / Economics / Re: When do you buy Bitcoin ? on: March 07, 2016, 02:11:24 AM
i buy small amounts weekly. i hope i will exchange them when btc price over $500 for my holiday plan. if it fails i will work all summer :p

i hope you can enjoy your holiday with bitcoin profit Roll Eyes
sure bitcoin will survive and we will reach $500 again
1875  Economy / Speculation / Re: How many bitcoins do I need to retire in 20 years? on: March 07, 2016, 02:04:37 AM
Atleast you need to hold 100 bitcoins to have a comfort life after 20 years of saving. This is just a prediction, everything depends on the price of bitcoin. Lets hope for a good price in the future so to have much better life.

If the bitcoin doubles every year in the next 20 years, the price will be 1 million times of the present value. You just need 0.01 coins.

are you sure the bitcoin price can hit million dollar..? , i suggest you to collect more bitcoin, i think 100bitcoin is minimum amount to retire in 20years
1876  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best way to earn Bitcoins? on: March 07, 2016, 02:01:02 AM

1877  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best way to spend Bitcoin? Newbie's opinion. on: March 07, 2016, 01:55:02 AM
I'm going to try to go to Overstock.com and buy something just to try it out to see how it works.  Unfortunately, there are any businesses around where I live that accept Bitcoin as far as I know.

it's a good idea. overstock is bigggest market where you can spend your bitcoin, but for me i prefered to use poloniex or bittrex to spend my bitcoin.
